Gorgeous! If you have an autistic adult living with you. You know they appreciate their own space. Plus, your able to have plenty of space for visitors to stay for a while. That master bedroom is insanely inviting.

Hello Nate! Very good video! Love this place! There are a few things I'd change, but there always is! I'd put in a Library Music Studio Office Room somewhere. Husband needs a Gym somewhere. I'd put a handicapped tub in the Master Bathroom, but we'd keep the shower this time. It's a little narrow, but it has a door and a bench seat - and most times I wouldn't be using it and it's big enough for hubby. That Master Bedroom looks like it's big enough to put two regular beds or even two queen size beds in it! And you're right, I'd keep the door in the bedroom for emergencies, but make it a solid door. The kitchen is mostly okay. Don't like the sink being in the island, but it's not a deal breaker when there's no where else to put it. I would move the microwave, but not sure where. I like the story too. I'd put an upright freezer in the utility room, so probably remove the table area for the freezer. Place is pretty nice and the price is not bad at all for the space! Again good video. God bless you!

Howdy Nate! I really like the uniqueness of the layout. This hm is very lg and great for a lg multigenerational family. The big formal dining rm would be a waste for some families but a blessing to others. I still want to see pot/pan drawers and lg garbage drawer. It's really how most people live now. One more thing a manufacturer could be known for is a pot filler in each house. The water lines are there and the convenience of not lugging heavy water filled pots seems like a no brainer to me. And no manufacturer specializes in homes subtlety designed for ppl with disabilities and definitely W/C accessible. Ok done "commenting" now lol 😊❤🤷♀️

Master bed.
This is a big home but it is beautiful. Having tow bedrooms with their own baths is great for anyone who may have their parents living with them. We found ourselves in this case with my wife’s mother, when her dad passed away. Two masters would have been ideal. Great job Nate.

I really like this layout. I would probably want to change the furniture to make watching a movie more comfortable, but it’s definitely a home with space.
I’ve never liked external doors in my bedroom, so I would want that walled off, but I like this house enough that the external bedroom door wouldn’t be a deal breaker.

Except for bathroom entrance to master closet;it’s a beautiful home.

That’s actually a very spacious home! My only thing is …. That family room would have to be totally rearranged to accommodate a tv. It won’t look so “open” once you do that. Most people watch tv. They really are should set them up with one. Lol

Love many things about this home. BUT, I don't like the idea of having a closet for my clothes in a bathroom, where the moisture could cause mildew on my clothes. Secondly, I personally don't need 2 areas to eat, so would opt to make the kitchen bigger due to having a large family. But the beauty is definitely there in this unit!
I was thinking that I could do away with the formal dining, and put a bar or a pool table there.

There are quite a few things I would change about this home: no carpet, relocate microwave (cabinet right by the fridge will be great place), gas fireplace in 1st living space and in master en-suite, open cabinets over fridge, square all sinks and make a double sink in guest bathroom, change color of the kitchen island and put outlets in pantry.
I really really do love this home but I feel the designer left out personal touches for the buyers for such a large home. I noticed it already had a gas stove!!!

I remember this one. Overall, a great home. That microwave would have to be moved so I could reach it. I’m only 4ft 6in, so it definitely wouldn’t work where it is. I’d get rid of the counter in the laundry room and put a freezer there. Otherwise, a great home.

Hello Nate, green sure is your color. I would take the formal dining room and put a pool table there. Has a lot of good space every where nice floor plan. The only thing I didn't care for is the master closet. Have a great week.

I've seen you tour a home exactly or for the most part as This one. Nice and that mm master bathroom is very nice and absolutely must have door's on the closet. Id keep the door in the master to the back deck only if I had access from it to my back Yard so I could let my dog's out in the morning right from the bedroom. I like the view and open feel of the windows in the master bathroom and They have blinds on Them so I'd definitely leave them clear and close blinds if I feel it necessary. The door to the back from the bedroom I would want solid though.
The other home I toured like this was also at Homes Direct in Albany, Oregon. it was optioned a little different but exact same floor plan.
I love this house. Would change a few things like matching the in a lawsuit that has a bathroom like the other one but this is great.
