This mobile home is very nice, I really enjoyed seeing this layout! The manufacturer for this house Cavalier Homes. The model for this home is the "Harding." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,150 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I love this single wide. If I could afford it, this would be the one I’d want. Disabled vets don’t make enough for one. Love this layout completely.

For a single wide this home sure packs a punch. It's beautiful and looks so much bigger without the furniture in. Not sure on sliding doors beside the front door but the light they allow into the home is lovely.
This one was really pretty. The space, in the master, where the tub would be, would be nice for a makeup vanity...Nice light. What I didn't like is that they used the panels in the closet and laundry area....I'd rather have sheetrock through out.
😆😆😆😆 I see now it's tape but I would love to have that color in my stove and refrigerator microwave😊
Great single wide! What more could a person ask for? Big bedrooms with nice closets. Dedicated dining space. I am not a fan of the sliding doors in the living room. I think it would make it more difficult to place furniture. Thanks for showing!
When I ordered my double I took the patio doors out and put in a window.

I really like this model !!! But I dont care for the sliding glass door beside the front door. Id rather have windows you loose living space with the sliding door
This is awesome. Yeah I’d tweak it with windows vs. sliders and add that soaking tub, but the layout is great!

Very nice home at a good price. I don't like the idea of a dishwasher next to the stove, and I don't think I need two sets of sliding doors. I would definitely option in a tub in the master bath.
This home would be good for me and my mom, we are looking to downsize

Needing something very similar to this but " affordable ". Love the double master bed/ bath on opposite ends with open concept living/ dining in the central area. Not crazy about all of the huge glass windows on the back or the sliding glass door's on both sides though. However, this is very close to what I've been looking for in a floor plan.
Just curious, what does this one run in price?
Sounds crazy but I don’t like the long skinny hallways on my double I found a lay out with no hallways just got lucky I guess these are all beautiful homes if mine was not paid off I might consider a new one
So putting a sliding glass door in the living room is a very bad idea. Can you guess why? You only have 2 walls to put furniture on. I have seen this model with just the sliding door in the dining/kitchen area. This is one of my favorite singlewides. The open living room flowing into the kitchen makes it look really big and open.
I wonder if this was special ordered for a handicap person. Mobile home entrance doors are narrow so it would be easier to enter through the sliding door. Then the master bathroom would be easier easier easier to navigate in a wheelchair with the tub removed.
I wish mobile home manufacturers would stop putting sliding glass doors in them. they are a headache and with the settling of the trailer. It doesn't take much for them to get off track
Would French doors be better, if not then to have a wide door way maybe the wooden dual doors where one of them is bolted to the floor and ceiling when not in use. And when needed open both doors. Sounds extreme for a single wide but not when you’re moving furniture in and out.
We have had sliding glass doors in 3 single wides and not had any problems. 1 double wide also with no issues and that one was bought used and in the same place for about 15 years.
Also not secure. My main issue. Sure they could take those out.

Agree with you,I would not feel safe with sliding doors... Seems would be too easy to break into.. JustSaying,. Maybe longer windows.. Probably only my in thinking..😊🌼☀️🌻🌞😃
I think they should start doing more of these homes with the red frigerators a teal green and two microwaves and stoves I just think it would be much better and better looks

Homeowners probably have nice views, front & back. This is not a typical design.
I wish they put a window in the second bathroom.
Very nice, especially for the 90K price. (Unless you have nice views, front & back, two sets of patio doors is a bit much, agree. However this is a custom designed house & it's what the buyer wanted. And most likely not a standard design idea.)

Ok a special ordered house. So someone ordered two front doors. That’s just strange. I was thinking shortage on supply for windows. Anyway, the floor to ceiling windows ought to be where that sliding glass door is. Other than that, the house is gorgeous. It needs that tub in the master. First guest bath in a single wide with a ton of counter space I ever seen sure like that too. Glad to see they didn’t leave out the dining room and the floor to ceiling windows are fantastic to look out while sitting at the table. Every dining room needs windows. The only other thing I would change than two front doors down to one would be a double window over my sink a must…. Great house tho!
The sliding doors by the front door is just weird.
I know. You would think that would be the rear of the mobile home.
The showers are small and so is the closet in the bath.

It's really lovely. One question where is the furnace?
It's inside the hall closet, between the guest bathroom & the second bedroom @ 5:19 You'll see that the lower portion of the door is vented for a furnace, if you look closely.
Nice house! I do not like the sliding glass door in the front. 1) It takes up too much wall space in the living room. 2) It takes away from the curb appeal of the front of the house. It looks stupid in the front and right by the front door. Just my thoughts. 🤷

The 2nd bedrooms closet is in the bathroom???
Again for the price you'd think that would do a few things. First double hung rods for all the closets. Second a little bit of tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. I agree its great layout but very plain for the price in and out.

I don't like the closet in the bathroom cause of the moisture.
I said the same thing about the closet in the bathroom in my opinion the odors where people rid of their waste and a closet of clothes, shoes and other items is not a good idea or sanitarily safe. Now for those who might talk about my language, I bet y’all understand my point simply. I would most definitely put a tub in the master bedroom if none other to soak and relax sore muscles or pains as one ages. I am 65 years, ten months and 7 days as of this comment. I also thought the centerpiece was a bit much and took up space for which a table to be more versatile and movable. Overall I like the setup. After hearing about sliding doors in mobile homes as well as sliding doors in regular apartments and houses, I would not want a sliding door. Thanks for sharing on CZcams. Why is there no window in the hall bath? Fans are never enough in the humid Ohio River Valley.
Sliders placed three feet from front door? Was that really the best place? Unless you put up a porch it's gonna look goofy. Even then, smh.
What is with that gap above the one part o the cabinets? Oh yeah, it's called a remote dust collection site.
Barn doors? People think they look good but they eat serious space. You just lost most of that wall for a door to the master bath.
Thanks for reminding folks that there will be adjustments and minor damage after moving the trailer. It's understandable for them to be freaked out. I do like the island. Knock it level and it would be better. The back sliders are placed nicely. Love real gypsum walls. I think I would have changed out the hallway bathroom and gave up some of that closet to make it a jack and Jill bath. It would feel more like a second master with direct access. And you could pop a window in while you are at it.

I would rather have more cabinets where the sliding glass doors are. I dont care about light. I need cabinets. I hate kitchen with not many cabinets or counter tops. I cook.

The cabinets are too shallow and too long. The bathtub is too small
I don't love this one. The sliding glass doors on the front are kind of weird and there seems to be a lot of wasted space right in the center of the home. As I think about it, it would be nice as a guest home on a property but not a main home.
That’s just weird Chance who puts a real front door right next to a sliding glass door.. no this would be deal breaker.
Maybe they plan to build an enclosed patio there, onsight. Many reasons to have done it. Their business.

Do NOT like those sliding doors next to the front door. Unnecessary and ugly. I do like that kitchen sink! not a fan of the black faucets, look nice, but show every spot would like to see that small area in the closet in the guest room opened to the hallway for a linen closet
