This mobile home is very nice, I really enjoyed seeing this layout! The manufacturer for this house Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the "PRI1684-1021." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Chance, you've brightened my days for a few years already. I like the way you always remind us to worship and thank our maker, especially in light of what happened on my 60th birthday. On my 60th birthday at the end of March, my husband of almost 38 years very suddenly and unexpectedly passed away here in our home. I know that Easter for him this year was beyond our scope of wonder. I miss him so very much, but he did not suffer, and is with God now. Two days after his funeral, I found out that our son 's first child will be a boy, due at the end of August. Life continues, here on Earth, and forever in Heaven. Thank you for showing homes, and especially for witnessing your faith.

Love the outside color, solid (wood) shelves in the closets, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, solid floor (not a fan of carpet; can always use rugs and change out easier if ever necessary), lots of windows for more light & landscape view. Lovely home.

Good layout inside, living room can be expanded and space isn't wasted on a huge kitchen area.
Wow, wood grain on the front door?! That's cool! I'm so over all the white or gray colors though. I want dark wood cabinets. Thank goodness, NO CARPET! What is with the tubs having the drain in the middle of tub? Master bath, I had a "garden tub" at my old house, never even used it. I prefer the tub/shower combos.
I personally like this single wide....it has almost everything and all is placed in an organized manner....thanks for the tour

That's my fav single wide. That floor plan does not look or feel like a traditional mobile home. Love that floor plan.

Chance, thanks for all you do. You do most of the shopping for us. I tell anyone who is in the market to watch your videos. It literally eliminates driving from lot to lot, talking to countless sales people and then still being confused. My wife and I are currently deciding what to buy. Love the design on the outside! Also the cabinet color in the kitchen is nice. One thing I don't care for is the laundry. I know they probably had to do that to accommodate the larger dining area. Thanks for another great video Chance!

Hey Chance!! Yeah, it's me. I've been watching these videos too and I like that you have 2 channels. I remembered this home and how much I ked it for the most part. Still don't like the built in microwaves but that could be changed. And I'd want the closet in the MBR to open into the room instead of the bathroom. And it needs some sort of gas supplied heat source in case the power goes out, a generator would be plenty to let the thermocouple work and allow the device to light. Same doors front and back, I like that a lot!! Overall, a seriously nice home.

Great job man! I'd buy this home as is and add a hanging light above the dining table and above the garden tub. I would add a ceiling fan in master and a full window above master tub. Colors are awesome and you are too. ❤

One of my biggest complaints against mobile homes is the lack of adequate insulation. And adding it later is near impossible. The cost to for hvac electricity is incredible, as much as 4x-5x more expensive than most stick built homes.
That said, I love this model. The only 3 change to this model I would make is to customize the closets, change the master bath to smaller drawers and add a 2nd sink, and last would be a bookshelf and fireplace to where the tv is. The closets and bookshelf could be done post delivery by the individual.

I like carpet for sure.
I like that you come into the house and the hallway to the secondary bedrooms isn't right in the front door. I also like that there is a separate tub and shower in the master.

Expansive is the word that comes to my mind about the living space. 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are spacious. Nice touch with doors on laundry. Great looking exterior. 👍👍

love the home in general. only draw back for me is the kitchen ,doesnt have a lot of cabinets and storage, and no pantry to compensate.

Chance, I have to have carpet in my bedrooms and living room because I live in a colder climate. Wisconsin's weather is quite chilly and I like to keep my home toasty.

I would have liked an upgraded shower in master? But overall I love the floor plan.
Do not like closet in the master bath due to humidity. As an older lady, I would not be able to get in/out of the tub in master. Really like the size of master bedroom. Living room nice size.

I didn’t notice very many outlets in master bedroom. I would be interested in a two berm, about 700 square ft home. Single empty nester with 2 fur babies.

I really like this house. I love this house..I really like the amount of windows that bring in all that natural light. I don't like the carpet in the MB, but I'm sure you can option that out. Overall, I think the space is perfect. TFS...
Love this floorplan
I like that the hallway is on the opposite side of the mobile home, making it look less like a mobile home. Definitely would want tile shower. Not a fan of the fiberglass showers, the “built in shelves” for shampoo/soap is a joke. Like that they have a decent area for a dining table and chairs. I really don’t like floor vents though, need to be in the ceiling for me.
