This mobile home is very nice, I really enjoyed seeing this layout! The manufacturer for this house Champion Homes. The model for this home is the "Sierra." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Really pretty home :) To allow for a little more LR wall space for a bookcase, chair, side table or potted plant, I'd replace the trendy sliding barn door with a pocket door or two hinged narrow double doors. Doing this would also protect the window drapes/curtains from being crushed every time you slide this barn door open.
I need bookcase space and I hate those barn doors. Anyone moving into a home with barn doors and small kids is asking for trouble. I think the kids would play around with the door and knock it off its hinges.
@gailrodgers3079 Same here. The doors are OK in a large industrial loft home, but they're kinda silly in smaller homes where every square foot is important, imho :)
My fav home. Love the kitchen, hidden laundry & beautiful bathroom.

I can't believe how much space there is in this home. I forgot it was a single wide. This new layout is a game changer. This home is so light and airy and just perfect.
That pantry would be huge even for a double or triple wide lol

I'm impressed, I always under estimated these single wides but this one has changed my perspective on them especially with how affordable they are like this one is. You just don't see homes for $100k-$125k anymore like you used too granted (without land, instillation, etc.), but still it's nice to see homes like these too.
I like this one too Chance. Even the sliding barn door which I normally hate looks good.
I love it especially the space for a kitty litter box in the master batt

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ALL !! THAT KITCHEN PANTRY IS AMAZING! THE DINNING AREA IS TOO SMALL FOR SLIDING DOORS. MAYBE JUST WINDOWS SO THAT ONE BENCH SEAT AGAINST THE WALL WHILE FOUR CHAIRS AROUND THE REST OF THE TABLE! HOW MUCH SQUARE FOOTAGE? A 'LIL ATTIC SPACE IT NICE TOO!

I don't know how I missed this. I like this single wide the best. The pantry is gret. I might use the shelves above the stove for my cookbooks. I'm always watching to see where they would go. The rest is placed so well.

Kitchen and dining area way too small. I think we have more room in our fifth wheel.
People commenting that these are not good investments. They aren’t. But a good thing to start with or like me selling my home when I retire next month and I’ll be able to pay cash, and then have a large amount to place it in a nice park, or on some land and still have money to enjoy life. Live in your home and not for it.
Yeah I think people are just full of BS tbh. It's simple math for us. It makes sense. What doesn't is people continuing to pay inflated prices for these big old ass houses on the market that need a ton of work and upkeep. It's not 1996 anymore these newer mobile homes can in fact turn out to be a great investment if done right. To each their own.
Put another linen cabinet in the masterbath and that's great master bathroom

Perhaps manufacturers need to start building a "reinforced room" inside of mobile homes because of all the tornadoes. It would be a great selling point.
Very nice to say the least..I think they should have put a window over the kitchen sink that should either crank out or slide up, to open?
As for the Bathroom between the two bedrooms...also very nice, as nice as the Rain Shower head is...I would have to replace it with a Hose Wand...I like to have more control how I rinse myself LOL. < Yes I know that is a personal preference and easily changeable :).
To me it is a really good layout. However, the one serious issue for me is a lack of drawers in the kitchen. Otherwise I really like it as long as it is gas compatible. Furnace, water heater and stove.
Kitchen is a bit smaller than I would like but do like this home
S coat closet would be good.
Nice layout. Needs more wood in the closets not light medal shelving. Looks pretty but is it sturdy and durable during high winds and snow storms. It also needs a laundry sink in the laundry room.
For my personal self I would order it with only 2 bedrooms by doing this the living room could be bigger.
Love it but would not want White cambins.

There's another one you filmed that had the same kind of floor plan but was much better. The pantry was where the laundry room is in this one and the laundry off the small dining area. Much nicer. A pantry should never be in a living room. Also, the ceiling in the other one was gorgeous.
I'd trade some of the huge pantry for a little more counter space.
I would like to see those doors go all the way across to close off the kitchen area from the living room.
Thanks for your videos Chance I really enjoy them. However, I have to laugh every time you say “utility room”. I actually had to rewind it several times to figure out your Alabama pronunciation. You actually say, “you-two-tea” room. You’re killin’ me smalls. Thanks for the chuckle.
Nice home. Need built-in microwave. Is there an option on type of refrigerator? I would want a side by side. Absolutely hate the cheap wire racks in the closets! Nice pantry, but in the living room? With a few changes, I would be comfortable in this home.

I like your vids, but I'm specifically looking for a single wide with a wood burning fireplace. I know there aren't many available to see, but if you ever find one for a walk through, i'd love to see it.
You'll probably have to purchase one. Wood burning stoves look like they'd be wonderful.

Have you ever seen a wheelchair accessable home?
They don't generally put models for such homes, but you can go to a home center near you and they can help with doing that. Most likely you'll want at least an 18' wide mobile home. Those that build 18 or 20's can take a 16' model and make it 18 or 20 wide. The reason I say to do this is to make hallways and doorways wider. The extra space will also open up crowded areas a bit, too. Like the dining space in this particular home. Just remember, going wider or making changes adds to the expense.
I'm wondering if different windows can be installed, ones that don't have those little square window stripes?
I know it's a single wide but that kitchen is way too small for me to do all the cooking/baking I do... 😊

I loved it till you got to the dining room and I saw the AC right beside the table. All the dust in the house being sucked in right across the table and your food

I understand it's a 3 bedroom Single Wide but the 8 ft. wide bedrooms are way too small. Would rather choose a 2 Bedroom Single Wide for bigger bedrooms and living room instead of a crammed 3 Bedroom Single Wide.
Great Pantry but it needs a real door, not thed barn door. Above the stove needs to get dishes/pans you don't use often. Spices shouldn't be anywhere near a stove as the heat will cause them to lose potency.
Needs a bathtub in the master bathroom....
Needs carpet in bedrooms!
