Yeah!!! Finally a hot water heater located in the utility room.... as it should be!! Putting them in a bedroom closet is just Wrong!!

I love everything about this house!
Love the lighter floors, the floorplan, but still prefer my sink under the window & not in island. Smaller size, but not cramped feeling. Very comfortable & homey. Thank you for locating this home. Very nice.

The sound kept cutting off during the video Chance. That pantry! 😮😮😮 Walk in closets in the guest bedrooms! 👍 Beautiful master shower but needs a seat. An extra closet in the master bath. 👍 I would change the wire racks in the closets. Nice home for a great price!
Bedrooms are nice size.and closets have plenty of room.

Right size. Great kitchen with drawers. Drop the wire shelving for wood. Wire that spot in the pantry for an upright freezer. They do need shelves and a seat in the master shower.

I really like that dark tile look in the shower! However, the slightest bit of soap residue really shows up.
Home big enough for a couple with 1 or 2 kids or maybe 1 kid, mother in law or a guest room.😊
Almost perfect! Add several more windows, put the kitchen sink in front of the window and remove all the carpet and it's nearly perfect.

That pantry could be the time-out spot for the kids as long as there’s no junk food in there. My kids are grown so I would have plenty of fun food for the grandkids! 🤭
This is about the size of the home I grew up in. But it had a full basement. My dad finished it out and it was very beautiful. So it wasn’t by any means a smaller home. Doing the basement a little at a time like my dad did, made the cost easier to handle and still have so much room. If you can afford to plan ahead, you can have a large home to grow into.

I look at that kitchen sink faucet and all I can think is how hard it would be to clean. Also, it would be nice if there was an electrical outlet in the back of the pantry for a freezer. I really like this home otherwise.

Love Love the size of the guest closets, the only thing I would change would be 1. No Carpet 2. Solid Surface Countertops and 3. I would change the outlets in the island to black.

Home is cute, but i don't like the Ac vents in the floor
The audio on this works for the most of the time but a lot of them no audio
This is a fair sized house 28x56 would be the ratings. Nice kitchen. I counted like either 7 or eight drawers. I would have wood shelves in the pantry. I'd opt for the gas stove, gas furnace and a on demand gas water heater. I like the floor vents. This house would be great for up here in the northland. The big houses are nice to see but something like this is much mor practical and affordable. I've even seen some nice 28x48's that are very practical. On 1- 10 this id pretty much a 9. I would not have the wire shelves.
That spot in the pantry is perfect for a freezer, but there is no outlet. Can that be optioned in?
Very impressed with the useful layouts....and very, very impressed with the quality of work done in the interior! Have a question for you, what are those 'grills' above the bedroom doors? I'm puzzled.
Put a electric outlet in that pantry and you can put a freezer in there!
Me to, we can get some ideas! Crazy prices I paid 45,000 in 2008 for a 16x65 has. Front porch! I do love it but the new stuff is much eye appealing

I really don't know who this is for. For the same price, you could get an onsite built modular home in Louisiana with a 1300 square foot floorplan. Mobile home companies are going to have to eat dirt during the recession before they realize this. People are either going to stick with stuff like clayton for 99k-110k or not go with anything at all.
Hi chance, I would like to know what the counter top which is your leg when holidays come when you got so much to cook you put the hot pots on on top of the counter if it’s safe or not safe for to put the hot pass on that one. I like to know you have a good one.
