This prefab house also has several different options and can be built as a 2 bedroom! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Sipsey” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,140 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Since single wides have less space, I so wish the builders would start adding more pocket doors or barn doors to increase room throughout the homes. But, I do like this home, especially with the kitchen cabinets up to the ceiling. I have cats and they like to climb on top of cabinets.
I've been saying the same thing about the doors because you don't lose so much space to the swing of the doors
I am amazed how much mobile homes have improved over the years. This is a beautiful home.

I would get rid of all the carpet and get rid of the smallest bedroom then make the guest bath and bed larger. Love this home. The kitchen is amazing and the built in desk area is wonderful.
This has to be THE BEST single wide I've seen. It feels so spacious and homely. Hats off to the person that did the staging. It contains just as much as a double wide. Just perfect.👍 Seeing the other home and options available is a great idea.

Love that the kitchen cabinets go all the way to the ceiling. Nice floorplan, probably the best single wide I've seen so far.
Very nice home. The only change I’d make would be to repurpose the area between the kitchen and the master bedroom and make it a dining room. I liked the natural wood accent wall in the living room. The white accent wall in the second home did not give me a WOW reaction like the natural wood. Great job! Thank you.
This is one of the best single wides I’ve seen. It looks very cozy without feeling cramped.

Desk area... I would use that area for a combo clothes folding and mudroom area.
Sewing machine, laundry folding & computer coffee - each when needed
LOVE finishes in the second one! Whoever designed the kitchen either doesn't cook or needs a class in space planning. The island blocks access from sink to stove and the seating crowds access to the stove area. The stove and fridge (where microwave is now) on same side with the sink on the island would be an improvement. Otherwise, a very nice design with desk/hobby area and an actual laundry room. Thanks for doing single wides.

Real nice home, nice floorplan, sheetrock walls, cabinets up to the ceiling, a really well finished home.
This home is a winner! I would leave room across from the laundry room (& whoever has seen one of those in a single wide?) for a modest freezer & sort of make that area a combo pantry/laundry area.
And thank you for showing the electricals! Right where they belong--NOT in a clothes closet! 😁

I love this one! That desk area would make a good folding area, it would also be a good place to plug in crock pots if you have a pot luck going on.
That or a makeup area!!

The layout is functional - love the office space and separate utility room.
I prefer the colour scheme of the second model.
Love the kitchen counter tops on the last home. They did a great job! Love the white wall instead of the brown in the first home. Love the tile in the shower. They are very artistic. Love the floors. Hate carpeting, the way it gets dirty and having to change it out more than once in the life of a home.
I really love this home. I take that office space out & have the ensuite bathroom bigger, like putting a tub in there. I love the accent wall in the living area & on the side of the island in the kitchen. I really love the bricks lay out in the kitchen area.
Move the sink to the island to create that triangle of easy access. Ditch the smaller third bedroom and push the living room down. In the middle between kitchen and new living area you can place a dining table and chairs. Change desk area into floor to ceiling cabinets for storage and pantry.
Love, love , love this one for sure. I especially like that all the air vents are located thru the ceiling and the unique utility area along with the bedroom doors grills. Everything is great.

Absolutely love the kitchen layout. Drawers galore and that double sink is fantastic. The living room as is, is practical a d flexible. Window in the front hallway is great. Put a bow window in the front bedroom, Medicine cabinets in the bathrooms and a seat in the master shower and I move in.
Nah, I definitely would not use the computer area for dirty clothes, actually I would take out the computer area and change it to a pantry, with doors.

One of the best single wides I’ve seen except for the need of room for a dining table. Get rid of the island, it’s only in the way and can’t seat but 2 people anyway. Use the smaller bedroom space and merge it with the living room. The desk area is wasted space. I would put a freezer there and use the remaining space as a closet since there is NO storage anywhere. The hall bath needs storage. Like there is a utility room (I don’t like the w/d in the hall). The wood accent wall is nice. The kitchen is very nice.

I am obsessed with this home! Can't stop watching the video snd thinking about it! Love the layout and that it is a single wide. Loved the color combo and master bath in the second home too! Yes pkease more barn and or pocket doors please. And I
love those ceiling vents too. WOW! the kitchen! It really makes the living space feel so big. It's almost perfect. But, I agree with the ither comnents, if they move that island closer to the sink by 6 inches it would be much better! They could also offer an optional island cabinet layout. Moving the one set of island cabinets that are now closest to the living room to the back of the island so they face the stove. That would free up both sides of the islsnd closest to the living room for the chairs to face each other more like a real table. And a couple options for the area between the kitchen and the master bedroom would be nice. Offer two cabinets at the sides of the window that are more like the large mudroom types to hang coats. You can always use more hanging closet space! Then put a nice built-in cushioned bench under the window. The bottom part of the cabinets could feature wide drawers to store linens and blankets etc. Or another option for this space would be to have just one mudroom type cabinet as described above to the left of the window. Then the regular counter and cabinet on the right side leaving the space below the window open for the owner to put a rolling laundry hamper or their own bench seat. All these options would not change the actual structure of the mobile home making them more cost effective to offer. I know, moving the island closer to the sink requires a change to the placement of the electrical outlets and overhead lights. But based on actual ease of use, they gotta move that island over no matter what! Can ya all tell Ive been thinking about this fabulous single wide a lot? I told you Im obsessed! Love it!!!

I love this cute house! It's great for a first home or vacation home! Love the wood! I'd put in wood floors though! I Love the floor plan! Top notch appliances and the price is so good! Master is very nice for the size house. I was surprised of the size of utility room area. I know what you're saying about the hamper area vs the computer desk I agree! But the bathroom is so big with a bathtub separately from each other. I do love the white and gray colors too though! Love the wood floors but not the barn doors. Love the square sinks more than the other's. Even a $200K would be a good price!😊

Drinks fridge....this is nice. If it had two master suits using the first first bedroom as space for the two bedrooms it would buy space within the mobile home to have two larger bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. Luv it Chance.....
It needs a 3rd option floor plan. Just dump that small bedroom space into the living area so that there's room for a dining table.
And a coat closet.
Finally a single wide most updated and appeared like a double wide. I like the first one but bathroom sinks the 2nd one. As a bachelor... i prefer convert 2nd bedroom into office all rooms will not be carpeted. Move guest bathroom closer to allow bigger office. That desk in video... remove and build tall closet for ironing board and stuff. Love different materials on walls. Nice comparison, Chance.
Across from laundry room could be a hobby room/folding area. Sewing machine at “desk” area. Other wise perfect home for empty nester with cats. Thank you for showing us both homes.
I really liked the first one you showed the best. The desk area would have to be a pantry. Liked the Sq sinks in the 2nd one.

I like the first kitchen best with the wood and the barn doors in the other master br. I think there needs to be a coat closet in every modular or trailer home when u walk in. When the bedrooms are small n limited space pocket doors would save space . Lovely home..
That area off the kitchen makes for a perfect pocket office!
Since I first saw the Sipsey I was in love with it and it’s still my number 1! I absolutely love the options on your friends’ version!
Probably if the kitchen island is put in with the eating side on the sink side that would open up the stove side enough that the island wouldn't need to come over any further but the hanging lights would need a bit of adjustment as to placement. Put cabinets above the washer and dryer and one might try to have the desk area more configured to be a coat closet say on the right side of the window and a pantry (step in with regular door) on the left side and the just a counter in between with drawer over doors style lower cabinets.

Beautiful kitchen, pretty granite countertops. Lots of counter space and cabinets. The desk outside the utility room would be a good office. Nice master bath; just needs a seat in the shower.

I like both of them, I don’t think I would want that much grey. I like how they included a dishwasher and a microwave, some models I have seen don’t have one.
I like this single wide, seems roomy for a single. But ya can’t beat the Deer Valley single wides! Yes I wouldn’t want any carpets.

Chance, please tell the manufacturer to put the Data Plate on the inside of a closet that is an external wall. That’s a way to never lose that important document. Too many people throw them out when they remodel. Under the kitchen sink is the worst place to put them.
Desk area would be great for sewing and crafting.
I love square sinks too. Only complaint about single wides wish the bedroom were a little bigger. Wendy Thompson.

The 2nd house looked so much better than the 1st one.
Kitchen is very nice, need to have the kitchen Windows be able to open and the kitchen island needs to move towards the sink side maybe at least 10" . A ceiling vault would make this home look and feel bigger.
I also thought the island needed to be moved towards the sink.
@@joan-annebross9217 actually I realized the kitchen island is installed in the reverse of what it should be, the eating area of the island which had the bigger overhang of the countertop is supposed to be on the opposite side of the stove, ALWAYS, THIS AS you can see it is installed wrong with the eating side counter on the stove side. So if you were to have the island properly installed the larger overhang would be on the opposite side giving the stove side that needed room.
