This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Franklin Homes. The model for this home is the “Lakeview” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,100 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Love the kitchen, this house has 3 times the cabinets and drawers then my large 4 bedroom house built in 1927! Wish they had it in a two bed, 2 bath model.
Shoot it has 10 times as many cabinet and counters space than 4 bed 2 /2 thar was only built 12 years ago!

In a commercial kitchen, the large sinks are used for cleaning and defrosting food. The small sink is for washing your hands when you switch between foods, to avoid cross contamination. This is a sweet single wide, very stylish and fairly spacious. I love the transom windows. Thanks Chance!

Although, thats the weirdest place for a toilet I've seen (master bath), I really like this one a lot!
This is the Crown Jewel of single wides. It is absolutely stunning and takes the stigma of a single wide and turns it upside down on its head. I love the colours in this home too.❤

Maybe I love the inside colors a little more because it's the exact same color (Green) that my whole kitchen has been painted for the last 5 years now.... So maybe I'm a hair partial to it because of that...😂
About to take delivery of this home. Switched to transom windows on one of the master bedroom walls, recessed lighting throughout and board and batton siding. Switched the barn door to a pocket door for more wall space in the master. The color is awesome in natural light.
Good choice in the master- would be hard to place a big bed in there as shown in the video
I like when they think outside the box. We have both filmed ones similar to this in the past and it's one of my favorite floor plans for singles.

The front inset porch and the kitchen with a full size dining area are what sell this home. All the details throughout the home just add to it. Very cool.
Love this home! Oh my. The wall color and flooring, the layout are fantastic. That kitchen. That kitchen. What a kitchen! It's got counters and storage and DRAWERS and even a dining area. Wow. Really like the master bed and bath, not huge but adequate. I would like to see this as a 2 bed/2 bath and utilize the extra space from the little bedroom to create a utility room. That would make it perfect. Really enjoyed this one. Thanks Chance.

I love this beautiful single wide! Hallelujah they finally put a beautiful color on the wall instead of white or beige! I think the only thing I’d change are the counter tops! Not a fan of the fake stuff! You did well picking this one Chance!
Franklin Homes never disappoint. Great home.
Not putting in sliding glasses doors gave this a much nicer dining room, cozy elegant.
Also, in the closets it is not racks, Chance!!! It is shelving!!! I love this home. I'm a single older woman. I would think I'd died and gone to heaven if I could live in this home. It is so beautiful. The only thing I would change was put in a tub in the master bath. With time walls and a shower over the tub.
I love how the kitchen and living room is definitely separated. I recently sold my 2018 single wide. I thought I liked the "open floorplan". As the time went by, I realized I did not. Lol. Thank you for sharing this. It's beautiful.
Nice finishes on the exterior. I like the layout, but I wish the master bedroom had transom windows on the back wall instead of full windows. The windows on both sides let in a lot of light, but they really limit your furniture placement options. (I'm not a fan of putting beds in front of windows.) Love the kitchen, though I'd want to swap out the open shelves for upper cabinets. This seems to have more "breathing room" than your typical single wide; ie, it's not as cramped feeling.
I think the only way to get the transom is to put them on the front side and put a double door, french door or slider on the backside. All due to needing an emergency exit on that side of the home. Would be cute with deck off there!
As coming up to front door safety rail should be on porch. Love the outside of home , great blue color.
Like the lay out, except I really wouldn't want the little sink in the kitchen. Also I don't like having the water heater in any closet. I did like having the vents in the ceiling and I liked the floors.

Love the kitchen cabinets and counter space. Nice separate dining. I like wall and flooring, bedroom are tight but livable. Nice porch.
We had our home built in Franklin, Alabama by Franklin homes back in 1998 and is still as beautiful as it was then
I really love the layout of this place. I love that brick on the porch. I really like that wall accent in the living area. In the kitchen, I love that backsplash, as well as the floating shelves. I also love the tile in the ensuite, as well as the bench in the shower.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤

Very nice single wide indeed. Love the kitchen, but would do away with the open industrial shelves and put more cabinets up there for plates, glasses, etc. All that countertop space is just awesome. There could be a lot of things going on in that kitchen at once and everyone would have plenty of room to move. Very nice tile shower. Love the seat in it. Great home for the money.

What I've noticed over the years is that, rarely do mobile homes appreciate in value as regular homes do.
Wait a few years and you can probably buy a used one for half the cost.
2010 a relative of mine bought a dbl wide (5yrs old) for 35k.
The original price new was 80k.

This single wide is great! Tics so many boxes... Love the storage in the kitchen, the master shower, great use of space. , and so nice to see a paint other than white and beige!!!! Don't know who their interior designer is but kudos to them!
This is a very nice home. Especially like the kitchen. Would rather have the back door just off the kitchen. I'd put a garage or carport there and would be nice close to kitchen for unloading groceries. Otherwise really liked the floor plan. The quality seemed excellent.
Chance - you do such a great job touring these homes, and I appreciate that you're learning from your subscribers what we like to see in the video. This is probably the best single-wide you've shown in a while and there isn't much I would change. One of the main things I like about this model is that the vents are in the ceiling. Unless you've ever had to place your furniture in weird arrangements just to keep the vent-in-the-floor clear, you can't appreciate how much better it is to have the vents in the ceiling (AND they stay cleaner!). Also - I like that there is no carpet in this house! Hallelujah! As I get older, my dislike for vacuum cleaners grows. I'm not a fan of open shelving. Period. Only people who enjoy cleaning like open shelving because you have to wash everything on them once a week. |||||| One thing I would like for the designers of these homes to take into consideration, and I noticed it in this kitchen... The cabinets that are on the end of kitchen wall and form part of the dining room wall are soooo deep. If the only way to access the stuff inside the cabinet is from the front, it would need a pull-out drawer OR they could simply place cabinet doors on the DINING-ROOM-SIDE of the cabinet to allow FULL access to the entire cabinet. - Just a thought |||| Another thing I didn't care for was the small sink (that I'm sure is optional) on the opposite wall from the kitchen sink. I need the counter space more than I need another sink. ||||| And one last thing - that 9X9 bedroom would make a great pantry. If you've read this far... thank you Chance.... I appreciate you!

If this was to be put into a park, it would best be situated on a corner lot so the porch would face a street. I would also switch the way the front door is hinged, then it could swing all the way open instead of just 90° when it comes to moving things in. The primary bedroom, I would switch it around so that the bathroom and closet are next to the dining / sitting space and then the main rule be all the way to the back. That way the bedrooms front entrance door would be set back away from a man living space and be more private, plus there would be a sound barrier between the bedroom itself and the rest of the open living space. You would also have more choices as to how the furniture gets put in, and I would switch the hinging side on all of the bedroom doors as well. Fixed windows in a kitchen are a no-go, you should be able to open windows to ventilate it. Otherwise yes, this is one of the much nicer singlewides.
Most of the homes you’ve shown that I’ve seen are reasonably priced! I’m quite impressed.

As I stated on the short, change the open shelves in the kitchen for upper kitchen cabinets with doors and adjustable shelves then the kitchen would be great.
I remember seeing this model when it first came out and loved it back then. But this update make so very much better use of space that the old one did. The kitchen is fabulous with a great amount of cabinets. Love the master bath too and it has a linen closet!!! Yay!!! Beautiful and that is my kind of flooring too!!! I don't believe I would ever use that prep sink in the kitchen so yay, more counter space for me!!
That one is for us 2 people who have a lot of land, and I love this one as is.😊
I really like this home it has everything one needs lots of kitchen space room for a full standard size table and the finishes are so nice nothing cheap feeling about the home even though it’s a single selection to me these type homes (single wides ) are and always will be your best option for tiny home ( compact living )
That one....maybe. Again, I would have to the builder make some floor plan mods. It is an OK model, probably the interior colors and kitchen is what got me liking it. The crown molding certainly is a nice feature.
So far this is the best single wide I have ever seen I would buy it I a heartbeat if I could afford it. But love everything about it.
I love the floors, wall color, and floor plan. The rest of the finishes aren't to my taste, but I'd be picking my own anyway. Holy windows! So many of them! Awesome!
I want that kitchen!! Those windows would have to open on both sides of the kitchen. I’d like that electric box covered. The bathroom I’d like to see the back splash go up underneath the mirror

This has been by far the most convenient place I have seen. Love the space utilized, the materials, abundance of light and color coordinated. 😊

This is one beautiful single wide home. Love the color on the walls and the master bath. Would not change anything about it.
Great that the front door opens on a view of the living room and not the kitchen. Nice layout-feels spacious.
Finally..a single that I absolutely adore from the outside to the inside..brilliant idea with the porch layer out with stone..Matches perfect..
And the inside..the colors were fantastic..love the different size windows..light and airy feeling and of course who could not love that kitchen..even a dining room which is rare in singles..bedrooms are small but no biggie...Finally I can look at the floors and walls and counters and not get dizzy...give this person a raise whoever designed it...of course I do love my soaking tub in master but that shower really grabbed me..beautifully done..only one thing I would change and it's small is the shower hearhead..not fond of those..would have to change it out..even though I would miss my laundry room it was thoughtfully laid out..after all a place for washer and dryer and a few cabinets is all you need...really really loved their choice in colors...the price was not too bad either..I would give this home a 10 for sure..great video Chance..keep'em coming...seems like they're getting better and better...

I want a single wide . It's just me . I really like this one I don't need 3 bedrooms but the price is good. I meet one bedroom for my yarn and sewing . And enough space to layout the blankets I make.
I live with my son , most of my stuff is still packed in storage. All my yarn is in my bedroom. A lot of my sons stuff is as well. There is a walk in closet filled with ,his stuff. So I want a place of my own. Love him been liveing here since2013 .

Since all I can have on my site is 70ft long, I would put the sink where the prep sink is, move the fridge to the old sink area, and get rid of the dinning room and dishwasher. I would put the toilet where the linen closet is and only have a single sink. Otherwise it's perfect.
It's nice change i'd make is in m.b. no wall cabinet small shower instead and garden tub where the large shower is or a combo and I'd take it!

Love this single wide but would go with an 18, 20, or 22 wide and have room for a kitchen island, utility room with sink & cabinets and possibly a closet in living room entrance way.

This home is PERFECT! I know it's something that could probably be changed, but the ONLY THINGI I think I would change would be a tub in the master. When we bought our current home ŵe thought it would be our forever home. But in June, that changed. I got what I call my "reserved " or "preferential seating," aka my wheelchair. Sadly, my home no longer works for me. I need a ramp, but it's just not feasible to install one on my front steps. I don't have an entry that I can put one on! But I j7st convinced my husband that the thi g we need to do now that our children are grown is to buy a small piece of land in the country and put a single wide on it. We have 3 dogs that need room to run. So this would be amazing for us. I am sending it to him.

I love the colors in this home it's very pretty. The only thing that I would change is to put like a half wall where the commode is at in the bathroom so that when you open the door you don't see the commode or change where the cabinets are at and put the commode there and the cabinets where the commode is at

I saw this on my You Tube channel on my TV. Stunning. I really like the floor plan really great. I liked the offset hallway to the front bedrooms. The kitchen is great but, I prefer overhead cupboards instead of the open shelving. In The dining room I would go with a patio door and in the master bedroom I would go with the one set of windows on the front of the house. Reason being I have along dresser wit a big mirror and need the wall space. The bathroom and shower is great. Just a couple medicine cabinets behind the mirrors. Just minor tweeks. The floor plan and that kitchen really did it for me along with the front entry. This is a nice one. From what I could see of the floor plan it seemed like it was a full 80'box. Nice.

Really like this! Middle bedroom seems really small. Would prefer just one set of large windows in the master bedroom. But overall, this is a beautiful home!
Smart floor plan, no waste of space with an oversize kitchen like many of the models. Barn door on master closet is ugly and does not go with anything else in the room, or the home for that matter. All in all, a nice home.
I really like this one. If I were to buy a trailer, this would be one I would check out.
That is a nice single wide. I like the Flooring and wall colors. The only things I would want is to make sure that bracing is in the ceilings for ceiling fans (where the light fixtures are), remove the wood from that one wall, draws in the vanities, and finally pot & pan draws in the kitchen.
Can you put a singles over a basement and add a build on for stairs like it the back door. I would love a basement for storage. I think my old Sunday school teacher and his wife did that with a single wide in Kansas. They built some kind of a cover over it also where a tornado could not pick it up or tear it apart.
