I like this house, it is one on my favorite list. The only thing I would change is, I would get rid of the wet bar it seems a little out of place that close to the front door. Other than that the house is a plus especially with the primary suite NOT being right off of the living room....
@@Rebecca-1111 I do not mind a wet bar, but NOT at my front door. I DO NOT want to be greeted by a wet bar walking into my house. The wet bar could be built into the buffet & I would be fine with that as long as the wet bar is not starring me right in the face soon as I walk into the house.....
LOVE: Kitchen with huge farm sink under massive window, wall ovens, counters, cabinets, and drawers. Main walk-in shower with tile, window, and bench(!)
Ok Chance. I keep playing this one over and over again. I can’t get this triple wide off my mind. If I could afford this dream house, I would definitely pick this one out of all the ones you’ve shown. Just my style. Gorgeous!!!
Chance your son is adorable a handsome little buddy. WOW WOW WOW!! Love the covered porch and tray ceilings! You don’t see these much in a mobile home. That kitchen sink window should be in every kitchen. Omg what an awesome “safe place” secret pantry! Luv the massive utility room! Put your dog kennels in there too. WOW all the huge closets!! Massive storage! Fantastic master shower closets! Very beautiful expensive home for a nice family. Great show! Keep safe on that road chance!
Chance, I agree with the comments that are made ! The wet bar needs to be located in the kitchen near the living room and the kitchen appliances need to be closer together! teenaboettjer@gmail.com
I love pretty much all the homes you show. Please show more single wides cause they really are more affordable to the average person. Your personality is great , which adds to the fun of the show. Keep up the great work
Hi Chance and Cullen ....Chance I wish you would open the cabinets again ... this house is gorgeous 😍... but I rather the range top on the other side and the refrigerator needs to be moved closer ..that pantry is awesome...all the storage in this home is amazing ... the laundry storage is awesome..stocking up on laundry supplies for sure. The master shower 🚿 needs another shower 🚿 head .. and vents on the ceiling .. the first room I would use as a office.. Be Safe Be Blessed
Absolutely love all the wonderful storage in this home. The kitchen is fabulous. Love the stovetop in the island. The laundry room is amazing. The only thing I would change is no carpet.
I have a stove top on my island. It's pretty to look at, but the first time I cooked bacon, the grease was alllllll over the kitchen! The downdraft sucks nowhere near as well as a vent hood! I cook bacon in the oven now.
All that house, all the extras, so very nice but even the pantry is bigger than the guest bath. The most used bathroom needs room and storage. Love the cooktop on the island.
Wonderful for a family! ❤ Two things I would change, just for my preference, no carpet!! And the master shower I would change to plain glass to let more light in. The bathroom door closes to keep private! Oh, Chance, one thing. Those closets in the hallway that you call storage closets, are actually linen closets, sheets, pillows, blankets, bedspread and comforters, possibly extra towels and rags for cleaning. So many linen closets in this house!!😮
Wow, there is so much room. I would have to go furniture shopping to fill it up. Love the utility room. You could almost set it up as an office with countertop and cabinets on the other side of the washer and dryer. All around I love it.
If I had a home like this with the doors off the kitchen & laundry area, I would have a wrap around porch there. I love the hard wood flooring through out the living & kitchen/dining area. I really love the stove on the island! That's different. I really love how the pantry door is the same color as the cupboards! It just blends right in. I also love the window shape above the sink. That laundry area is really big, but I love the cupboards & that rod to hang your clothes up. Oh, I love the arch way into the dining & kitchen. I also love the stucco ceiling. Is that stucco? The bedrooms are really nice size & I love all the closets in each of the rooms. I absolutely really love the master bedroom & bath! There is nothing I would change about this place!
This is the town I grew up in. This is also one of my favorites. I love that you made it to my state, and have shown this particular home. It does my state proud. Thanks, Chance!
Finally a home that i like, i would take out the wet bar, and move the cook top in the kitchen, dont like it on the island, and get rid of one of the closest in the master, and add another shower head in the master shower, and maybe put carpet in the bed rooms, love all the storage in this home
Definitely change out the bathroom sinks to square and upgrade the faucets to like the matte black. Definitely would add a hand held shower faucet to the soaker tub and to the master shower. I am a Hospice RN and know how much the hand held shower wands are helpful to the elderly and/or the end of life patients. Also helpful if you find yourself injured or recovering from non life threatening illnesses I.e. routine surgical procedure such as gallbladder removal, appendix removal, etc…
He is too cute for words and has his daddy's eyes. I think I like the leopard best. I love the entrance. So you can get your keys out without standing in the rain. Look at all those big drawers in the dining room!!! Looks like a 6 burner flat top as well. After using a white flattop (4 burner) for 15 years, I hate it because it gets so stained and nasty looking. I like flat wood pantry shelves. I have the wire ones and smaller can tend to tip over. Lots of drawers in the kitchen and lots of storage all over. Nice tiled shower, no black mold. I love this house. I just need the money and a full time cleaning lady. If I could could anymore, that is the kitchen to do it in.
Really like this floor plan. Finally a home with an entry. Some of changes I would make. Remove the wet bar and replace with a coat closet. Take the stove out of the island. Burn hazard and no range hood with extractor fan. Add an extra powder room in the bedroom area or just a separate toilet and make the bathroom bigger. Somehow change the entry into the shower in the ensuite, to have the seat and shower head on opposite ends of the shower. These changes are just my opinion.
Natural gas isn’t available in our area, so one must have a propane tank and because we have the 2nd to cheapest electric rates in the nation, it’s more efficient than propane. Our house is 2220 sq ft with an attached 800 square ft 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment. During the winter our average daytime temperatures are 15-25 degrees Fahrenheit. Last winter our nighttime temperatures were below Zero and our daytime temperatures were around 20 degrees Fahrenheit. We got 7 feet of snow last winter. We keep our house at 68 degrees and my dad keeps his apartment at 75 degrees. Our highest electric bill was $140 for the month. Our average electric bill with the A/C running averages $44 per month. In the summer we cool our house to 78 degrees and my dad keeps his at, you guessed it, 75 degrees. We have 3 refrigerators, and 5 freezers, plus we freeze dry food everyday. Yes we’d like to have natural gas or propane gas for our stove, but it’s cheaper to use electricity.
Absolutely gorgeous home! It has everything and more from the outside finishings to the pantry to the shower to the kitchen to all the storage!!! This home is for me!! Thank you again Chance and Cullen :)
I'm just watching this for the 1st time!! Wow!!! This is the best of Mobil homes I've seen!! Absolutely beautiful!! The design is fabulous!! The size and All I would think a fireplace would be there. Very disappointing! It really needs one to set it off I think!! Love the storage and Great shower with privacy!! Don't like that big open wall of glass style. Beautiful design!! Thanks for showing. Your young son is adorable!! So cute!!
I'm not usually impressed with the outside of a manufactured home but I love this one. Already. I have friends that own that kind of a triple wide home. But there's is stuccoed.
Certainly is a lot of floor space & cabinetry in there! Sometimes it seems there's a lot of wasted floor where it doesn't need to be & less where it should. Like these tiles much better than the others that are dull & dark that just have a dirty look. Lots of storage too. Loved that gun powder finish on the fridge too!
Best home I’ve ever seen. This is a high quality home that would fit well in many areas. I’d want mine on a full foundation. Looks likes built with higher quality products I could see my self living in something like this.
Out of the hundreds this Kit has to be one of my favorites. I like to see tiny homes to put in the mountains. Larger single wides, double wides, and site built. As mentioned, the wet bar is really out of place as the first thing you see right inside the door. A better option would be some hooks and lockers/storage baskets for the children to hang up their coats and back packs. Even a moderate sized hall closet would make more sense.
So I was drinking my coffee and thinking. Got out some paper and started drawing. Then this video came out! I swear it’s just about the same thing. ( just 2 guess rooms with jack and Jill bathroom). But wow ! Beautiful home. Love love love this !!! ❤
One of the most beautiful pre-fabs I've seen so far I'm very impressed with the woods and tiles used in the kitchen and bathrooms, the laundry room is a dream, and linen closets are wonderful plus a coat closet. WOW!!! And I'm very surprised at the price of $380. I was expecting a higher range, but very grateful for how economical this truly is. There are some structural things I would add, if possible. Other than this, a gorgeous home. Thank you Chance!
Overpriced! A mobile home is like buying a car, you lose money tje moment you buy it. The value never goes up. However, the land it sits on does. So why not buy a real home?
Love this house...pantry...wet bar... Massive everything! Love the powder room in utility room. 4 bedroom's...."WOW!" The closets have wooden shelves! Master is just enormous!
Because of you and this video right here I’ve decided I want one of these homes. I love how you are enthused about the homes, you make me excited too. Lol
That home is absolutely gorgeous. Love the master bathroom. I’m glad Cullen was in the video. He’s such a sweet lil man. Bless your Family. Look forward to the next home .
I do really like the utility room right off the kitchen like that with the counter and sink and outlets to setup a curry kitchen or butler’s pantry for all my crockpots, rice cooker and endless supply of single use appliances that I love more than I probably should.
I saw my first triple wide in South Carolina almost 30 years ago. Definitely, not something thst I was used to. My grandparent's mobile home was a step above a camping trailer. They added on a living room and laundry room. True. The expand the 'efficiency triangle'.
Love this home, only thing about these types of homes are the ceilings. Ever tried to remove cobwebs from a mineral fiber ceiling with a broom when the vacuum breaks down? You swipe at the cobweb, the mineral fiber ceiling looks dirty. The cobwebs cling to the fibers. I’d prefer a smooth ceiling as a pose to the mineral fiber ceilings they put into them.
Yesssss got that dance on for that Pantry 💃🏾 this Home is Gigantic 😱 love the spacious rooms. I like the hardwood floors, maybe a different texture And I would have the cabinets a different color
“This the type of house you’ll mess around and get lost in” Your commentary makes these videos even more enjoyable.

A double side fireplace would be more functional and open it up. Beautiful. I agree everything except the wet bar.
I agree
@@lolap3667 absolutely!
I agree, do not like the wet bar
My wife and I love this home. Would have liked to see the kitchen in white. But that's our preference. The hidden pantry was a great find.
The pantry is like a safe room.
That boy is going to outsmart you before long!😂😂
He’s adorable and smart!❤

The only thing I hate about a single wife is that they have long hallways.
They make short double wides as well.
Wow! Beautiful home!! I love the hallway maze to the bedrooms and that the master isn't off the living room!
