This home is SO elegant! Especially that gorgeous living room! And i am absolutely loving the dark green siding. Im not normally much of a fan of green but that dark shade is so so pretty.

Love this home! The exterior with the shutters. The foyer and coat closet at the front door. All the rooms are large! I love the cabinets at the end of the tub in the guest bathroom. The only things I would change would be to make room for a freezer in the pantry. In the laundry I would close in part of the built-ins for a utility closet. So many of these homes have no place to store the vacuum, mop, broom and etc. Fantastic home Chance!!
Glad to hear the Hot Dog pantry music. That tune should be a permanent feature. The house looks amazing. Great utility room(s). Loved the bench in the Master shower. Nice fireplace in the living room. And that kitchen is enormous. No built-in microwave. Large spacious bedrooms. Out of my price range, but who knows? Maybe I'll win the lottery.

Wow. Massive is the word. When you went into the pantry, i said out loud " Good God that pantry is Massive" ! Then when you got to the Utility room, Wow. Another little detail I noticed was the rounded sheet rock corners. Nice touch.

The price point was way lower than I expected for this house. It’s probably the prettiest and best planned large house I have seen in a long time. Definitely worth the price range you quoted. Great job and thank you for all your videos and hard work putting them together.
Very nice. The only thing I would change would be in laundry/utility. I wouldn't have as many coat hanging sections so I could make room for an upright freezer.
I could see my wife and I in this house. Looking at home prices in the Atlanta area, this would be an exceptional value. All that is needed is an improved lot and a spacious garage/shop. Thanks for being our tour guide!

This mobile home is built FAR BETTER than the 'cookie-cu Having REAL siding instead of the horrible cheap vinyl is a big plus as well!tter' stick-built houses being put in the high-priced subdivisions where houses are 5 feet apart and being thrown up in a hurry by "save-a-buck" contractors! Normally I would say the price is too high but in today's market this is a VERY GOOD PRICE for this much space and quality of build!

That pantry took my breath away. It is bigger than big!!!! The laundry room & shelving room is magnificent!! I’m so so impressed!! The master bedroom and master bathroom is amazing!! The size of the bedroom out of this world and I love love the bathroom!! You outdid yourself and yes the walkend closet!! Wow 😮
Out of ALLLLL the homes you’ve toured, and we’ve watched every single one, this is our favorite. Only minor tweaks for personal preferences (built ins in the laundry room would be gone, dog wash station and utility closet/freezer would go there and the bedroom across from the kitchen an office with built ins) and for the price this house is a dream come true for me!
WOWED over this home. I love the black cabinets and tile shower. However, it's not practical. You would go nuts trying to keep them clean because they show ever little speck.
Thank you Chance, I like that the kitchen can't be seen from the front door and the vents are in the ceiling. I'm over the barn doors, thought they were neat when they first came out but ready to move on. I'd like to see a small handicap accessible home with three foot doorways.
I am still at the beginning. I couldn’t wait to comment. Thank God. And, Thank you chance for showing a pantry like this one. FINALLY, a door that I can get my wheelchair through. And be still my heart, a pantry that I can freely get my chair everywhere. Haven’t even seen past the pantry yet. If I just had it, my small family would hear me excited not whining like they do now. I whine in almost every room of our 1350 sq ft “cottage.” It was fine when we moved here in 1986 w my husband & our then 2 yr old son. And for years, I wore an artificial leg. I had no problems. I don’t think builders back then sure didn’t think about wheelchairs. Heck, I didn’t myself. Now, I’m 64 & miserable in this totally NO wheelchair possible “cottage.” I’m gonna go back & watch some more. But, I don’t know that I won’t stop it again to make another comment. Bathrooms & closets are two more biggies. We’ll see. WOW. I’m still blown away by that “pantry sent from heaven!”
Wow you could put a small island in that pantry! Love the vents in the ceilings instead of the floors. The only things would change is make it a gas stove and take one of the small built one in the utility room and make it where a freezer could be put in.
I really love those wood shutters. I really those floating shelves & the accent wall behind the tv. I love barn doors. Man, I really love that pantry. I really love the island, as well as the backsplash. I'm really loving the layout of this place. OMG! I love that utility room with the built in for the coats, ect. I love that tub & the shelves behind it. I love the bench in the shower. I love that WIC with the island of drawers. I give this 5 stars.❤❤❤❤❤
This home is beautiful. I haven't seen one like it and I love the floor plan. There's so much space and I love all the built in shelving. I would probably use the bedroom off the kitchen as an office. Great tour!

I have 3 Danes and i am looking at those built in off of the utility room as a massive feeding station for them, the hooks for their leashes and collars and coats and all the storage for other dog stuff. This home is beautiful!

I thought of that idea too but then thought how much better it would be to take out one of the the end shelves in the pantry and have a freezer in there closer to the kitchen.
That is a really nice home. I would turn the pantry into an office /library, and put the pantry in the utility room instead of half or more of that hanging space. Already have a coat closet at the front door. Would also add a half bath / powder room in the utility room. Love the master bath but would put cupboards where the first sink / vanity was and make the other by the shower a double sink. No island in the master closet.... more built in drawers and shelves. That way there is no need for a dresser in the bedroom.... sitting area and bookshelves would be nice there instead.
I love how much storage space is in this home. Very nice floor plan, I really like kitchen cabinets that go to the ceiling so there’s no dust waiting for you. Cullen and his silly face gave me a laugh! He’s getting so handsome (am I still allowed to say cute??). 😊
