This new home sets the bar really high for what a "mobile home" should look like! The manufacturer for this home is Franklin Structures. The model for this home is the "Azalea." This home is a 45x60, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,136 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I like this layout. Outside, I wasn't sure about how it would layout inside, but I like it. Big porch. The only thing I would change to suit me is the kitchen counters. Butcher block takes so much upkeep whereas a man made product can withstand anything including sitting a hot pot on it. I like the five panel doors and black hardware. Finally, a normal sized utility room. Nice master and big en-suite. Great shower. Being modular, it can be placed on a site built foundation like any other house. I also like the new Modern Farmhouse style with the white siding, black windows and wood accents. Great house and great video. Thanks.

In the two bathrooms can you take out the showers and put in a walk-in shower and tub for seniors or handicapped persons.

I would like to see MORE from this company-I really like the details and design elements-once again not a "cookie cutter", imaginative floor plan-I wish you would do a show where you show the sample panels to give an idea of the range of colours and finishes available - and how the costs add up for options--YOU TILL IT TEA

Absolutely beautiful home. Love the arches & extra details throughout. That pantry deserved a 'pantry dance' being as it was completely EPIC!! And the size of master bedroom & the details in master bath.... all I can say is love love LOVE!! Great big love.

How did I miss this one? I have watched all the videos at least 3 times. 🧐. This house is in my top 3 favorite homes. Franklin did a very good job on this one. All the small details don’t go unnoticed. We see them and love, love, love them. Doors, hardware, faucets, lights and even decorated to draw out its perfection. The kitchen is open but not wide up. There is room to walk around the dining room table. Plenty of cabinets in the kitchen. Seriously! Chance you did REAL good on this on. 👏🏽

This home has it all, love the walls that are built in with shelves and T.V. areas, love stand alone tubs and ceramic tile shower with a place to sit built in and also extra hand-held attachment in the shower (for pets), also a porch built-in is a great selling point. I enjoy your videos, even though I live in Pa., so I have an idea of what I would like in the future. I think the extra storage cabinets are great for a family!

This is absolutely one of my favorites. Love the porch, Love the kitchen on a angle and is not the first thing that you see. In the utility room I would use that closet as a pantry...Pantry dance💃💃💃 Master bedroom and bathroom I love the double sink is Awesome, the closest in the master is the Bomb. Yes, I would subscribe to your other channels 👍🏻

Ooo i LOVE those counters in the kitchen and the cabinets & hardware.. aaand there are so many outlets & thats awesome! I thought the outlet in the cabinet was a nice touch too! Just a lot of attention to the little details. 2 thumbs up on this house👍👍.. those interior doors are my FAV🤩.. there are a couple things I could change but not many! This house is on my top 10 list for sure!!

I love this house, especially the layout all this house is missing is a Den/Family Room & it would have been perfect! In the Dining Room where the windows are, I would definitely opt for French or sliding doors to build a big deck off the Dining Room....

Love this home! My house is the same colors including outlet covers, but that’s about anything that’s the same😆 and that master bedroom!!! The corner closets are genius!

This is , without a doubt, is the the best modular home yet to be seen on your channel. Of course, it's the most expensive one that I've seen you walk us through as of today. By far a great home. The extra bedroom closets are a little small (I had to find something wrong LOL)
