You know what I loved most about this video? The home is beautiful but my absolute favorite part was when he opened that front door and I didnt hear that danged "chirp" that everyone else has. The smoke detector chirp because someone can not stand on a chair and replace the battery BEFORE making a walk through video. Thank you for not having that in your video.

I've lived half my life in a dark gloomy home without many windows so I absolutely love this because of the huge porch and many windows. It does have a house feel to it but I think there's wasted space by having 2 hallways. It's still a very lovely home and I can just imagine setting it up with fancy brickwork around it. Again, I love how much light gets in! Thanks for quoting an estimated price. 🙂

Oh my goodness.. I love this home.. the layout is just perfect.. I never thought about ever living in a modular home because of what it always looked like in the past.. but now!! the whole dynamics of the floorplans has completely changed and looks way better than a standard stick built home.. completely changed my whole way of thinking.. There are no homes (That I've Seen so far) that beats that style no where in North Carolina,,, I am originally from Greenwood, MS and really considering moving back to Mississippi, probably Whitehaven or surrounding area and would love to talk to you about this model home and find out more info about what my options are... I really enjoyed this video and very impressed.. I love the furniture and the curtains which really brought this home to life... Wow!! Love the colors .. you did a fantastic job presenting this home inside as well as outside,,, I am sold...

I'm very impressed with this house this is the first home I have seen that does not look like a modular home or a mobile home. Even though you have it on wheels. It doesn't look like a mobile home or modular home I hate it when you got this the tiles like the old-fashioned mobile homes with a ceiling has two different pieces put together or the side walls are every six feet there's a seam in them I am very impressed and that other room next to the kitchen that you can make into a bedroom. I would probably make that my dining room my formal dining room and have you put a wall in or have you put up door I should say on the side but still leave that one door off totally so I can walk into the living room or walk through the side into the kitchen. Even though I have the kitchen table there AR put the Center Bar across the end and make it more open so I can put my kitchen table in front of this by the kitchen sink there. I'm very impressed. Now I just need the price?

And, it always felt like home. Always.

Such as an LVT and is a porcelain tile to heavy of a tile to have on the floor if it's on a foundation. And can I change the siding color or option to the one on the other home. This whole process is fun yet exhausting. Sighs. I love this an d the Kiaros II and the Briar Ritz but those to are a little intimidating in size. But they're set up to grow into. Any suggestions. Tips. Etc is handy. Thank you.
Ceramic tile would have to be done on-site. They won't do it at the plant because it has to be transported. All the other changes are no problem. Let me know when you are ready
The exterior of the home is beautiful! The inside has some nice features, but the layout is a little strange to me! No door off the kitchen and the 2 hallways are seam to be a wast of space. I guess it depends of your life style...the no door off the kitchen when you live the farm life would be a huge inconvience to me!!!! Pretty home tho.
