I love this layout... Probably my favorite I've seen so far. I like that the kitchen is in a corner by itself, but still open feeling. I don't like living rooms right next to the kitchen, who wants to look at dirty dishes all day? Lol
I've always wanted a library room which I guess I could put a computer in so I'd have a fancy desk and file cabinet but I'd rather have a little daybed or chaise and a bay window with seats
@@CoastalKite nah id rather do crafts in a dining room so I'm around everyone plus they end up junk rooms. So I library makes more sense cause you want left alone to read by plus you have a better space to store important paperwork.
This is my favorite house you’ve toured. A couple changes & it would be perfect. Sink needs to be under the window so the island can be used. Needs a pot filler. Pantry is pretty small. The fireplace needs to be wood burning.
The room off the living room would get a fireplace (electric) an over sized rocker recliner with a floor lamp peeping up from the back(maybe 2 recliners if my hubby’s being extra nice) and my yarn would be organized and a shelf for my books. A charging station for my phone, laptop etc. AND the only children allowed would be the grandson and grand pups. This home is my favorite one you’ve shown so far. WOW, every bell and whistle. Oh and the other twin could definitely use that amazing walk-in closet. 😉Great job
The first time I saw this home I fell immediately in love with it I'm a mother of five older children which all of them have spouses I have eight grandchildren. And I always wanted a house that they could come home to that we all could be together. I've watched a lot of your other videos but I fell in love with this Deer Valley trailer or modular home sorry. My sister and I share 3 and 1/2 acres in Louisiana. I live in Virginia right now but would like to retire to the home property. This house is what my family needs and I'm going to get it. I find myself watching this video over and over again it's just so beautiful. Thank you for showing me this beautiful home. This will be my forever home. And a home even if I'm not there that my children and Grand children can share. And chance I really love the videos you put out you are so funny and I love the way you say utility room the only thing I would change in the utility room I wouldn't have a hot water heater in it. I would put a tankless hot water system in the home other than that it is perfect. So thank you again for showing me all the beautiful homes that you videoed but this one is the one I want.
Wow! This is huge! Heck, I think I've lived in smaller places than the side-by-side. But, I agree with others that the pantry. It should be much larger for a kitchen that size. I would have to put a pool table (or 2) in the main living area and hat's just for starters! It would make a great home for a family with a lot of kids &/or extended family. Can't imagine trying to keep it it all clean at my age now (I'm a Great grandmother to twins who will be a year old this month) though. So, despite my opinions, I love it. Especially the way it looks on the outside. It doesn't look anything like a prefab or whatever you call it, at all. Also, Chance - I have no doubt you'll get a 'fridge as large as the one in this house and probably a much larger home to put it in :-).
I think this is my favorite I have seen so far. All of that uninterrupted counterspace in the kitchen with all the windows is absolutely perfect. I know Some have complained about everything being an open concept. I think that kitchen is well done and that it’s partially open but not to open for those who prefer that. And the master bedroom not opening directly out to the living room or kitchen is really nice as well.
That small bedroom close to the master bedroom would be perfect for my 3 grandkids (ages 5, 3, 1) to use as their playroom. They're pretty good about picking up their toys but for those times when friends show up and they've got every toy they own out, just shut the door and hide it away. They could use it for sleepovers (which would keep their rooms in order), crafting sessions, (limited tv time), dance parties, etc.
You must have a good day when looking at homes and loving it and dreaming of the future! Thining when where and how? Just dream of a home like this ( with more color, change curtains maybe and bring in colors in furniture or pillows. Perfect! A Pop of color here or there. Filling porch with places to sit, and maybe a swing? This is a dream home as it truly is large and plenty of room to be able to spread out and make sure anyone visiting or perhaps having your own family would not feel too squashed.
That's a beautiful home. The little room I would use it as my prayer room. Chance you talking about twins, if you and your precious wife would have had twins first you would have done fine. Because you wouldn't have not known any different. My son had twins that's the way it was for him. He had identical twin girls almost 17 years ago. God bless you Chance. Stay safe.
Well it wouldn’t matter what I wanted to do with that room. BECAUSE my wifey would take it over ASAP. I like the house. The only thing confusing is why they would put the double sink bath on the side with single bed room. Not counting the master of course. I’m taking my bow. Thank you. I not only have twin girls & 2 boys but... wait for it.... We are raising one of our granddaughters as our own. So yes we deserve a medal 🥇 & a parade lol. We also absolutely love this home! I’d use that 3rd bedroom as the sitting area in our bedroom. This makes it a retreat for the homeowner. You can leave a door incase you allow ppl back there while hosting holidays. I’d get rid of that jack n jill bathroom to make the rooms bigger. And I’d open that middle bathroom up to the opposite side. Also utilize a small portion of that huge living room for a 1/2 bath for guests. I’d move the sink to the end with the window for more counter space. And a real fireplace. All of these I believe are doable. This is one of the better ones! They’re really stepping up their game! 😍 God bless you Chance. Always love your vids.
Beautiful home! Nice wood floors, dark cabinetry, vents in the ceiling and dark faucets. Like all the wood and the barn door. Pocket doors would save room in the jack and Jill bathroom. Move sink from island and place it in front of the window. The extra room would be great for a library. And it's a hot water heater. 😀
I already have this house decorated. Small room off the kitchen is for reading and TV. Small room by Master is for sewing/crafting. Pantry is replaced with my antique cabinet. *sigh* ❤
I thought this house was at least $300,000! But still at $3K it's a good price! I love the hallway, the den, the possible nursery next to the master! The porch is great! "WOW!" "💕 LUV IT"
Id change that small tv room to a pantry and have the closet door open to the living room for a coat closet.and a door in the dining to the pantry. I'd almost move the sink to the window. Need large island for baking
Thank you for showing this beautiful spacious home with the base price ranges. Makes us want to consider moving to a new home. Here in New Jersey reference is made to a hot water heater and furnance🙂🙃😁...it’s all good.
That's an excellent price !!! Boy, I thought the house finished when you had gone down the first hallway, but nooooo, there's another huge hallway with the master and another room. WOW !!! Great video. Thanks so much ✌🏽
Love love love!!! Love triple wides!!! Office, spare bedroom, guest room, media room! Beautiful!!! The size of the living room!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
I would use the “twin’” room off the master as a 2nd closet. My husband has as many clothes as I do. Lol. The room off the massive living room as an office. I do agree the pantry is too small for this size of a house and not really enough wall cabinets. I would loose some of the windows on the front (don't want to see the street anyhow from the kitchen) and make a full wall of floor to ceiling cabinets.
I would make a gamer’s room for my son and husband. I love what they did with the couches, I have a pretty big family so it would amazing to have a movie night in that living room with those couches.
“I’ll tell you what I wouldn’t mind getting quarantined up in this baby!” Holy crap that was funny, I bursted out laughing in the middle of my lunch 🤣🤣
This home is probably my favorite, I just love the layout. That one room would be the computer room . I was going to say it would be my craft/sewing room, but I'd take over one of the bedrooms for that!😁 My only dislikes are: 1. I'd rather have the kitchen sink in front of the window and have the island as a whole for preparing food. 2. Kitchen needs a bigger pantry. 3. No split double sinks in the one bathroom
This would be a dream. Well any would be as I’m disabled and can’t afford a home of my own. Thankful for the rooms for our 2 rooms in family home. I watch ur videos and dream. Thank u. I have multiple sclerosis and could never have the energy to tour in person either. Your awesome.
I agree 💯 %‼️ A separate TV room is my keep your Living-Room from becoming Cluttered. I would furnish this (smallish-Room) with a L-shaped sofa. Good to see someone who thinks like I have… Who am I kidding? I could NEVER afford this home. Plus, you have to buy a decent-size-piece of land to put this monster on…I sincerely doubt any manufactured home park would allow anything like this to be placed in one…Unless the neighborhood could charge you for Three or Four lots. Cheaper to by your own 1/4 or 1/2 Acre, empty lot for sale.
WOW WOW WOW !!! This is amazing ! Two hall ways... 3 bathrooms....4 bedrooms.... a living room the size of a concert hall AND a den...... AND THAT KITCHEN! Be still my heart! I would have to hire a maid to clean it ! Geez...I’m looking to downsize to a 5 wheel !!! What am I thinking???? A couple could have their In-Laws live with them and not see them! SENSATIONAL HOME ! What is not to like about it! Oh... that Den you asked what we would use it for... MY HUSBAND WOULD HAVE IT FOR HIS JOHN DEERE COLLECTION... IF ITS BIG ENOUGH? 😬

I thought this house was at least $300,000! But still at $3K it's a good price! I love the hallway, the den, the possible nursery next to the master! The porch is great! "WOW!" "💕 LUV IT"
This layout is awesome. The only thing it is lacking is a bigger pantry.
I would like that as well.
Id change that small tv room to a pantry and have the closet door open to the living room for a coat closet.and a door in the dining to the pantry.
I'd almost move the sink to the window. Need large island for baking
@@grandmasoffgridliving I totally agree and thought the same thing:)
Thank you for showing this beautiful spacious home with the base price ranges. Makes us want to consider moving to a new home. Here in New Jersey reference is made to a hot water heater and furnance🙂🙃😁...it’s all good.
Water heater, hot water heater...... People he does such much more than a normal realitor. Good job😊
Haha, thanks!
Beautiful home, large an spacious. Lots of room an love the kitchen. Great place to own an have in country.
That's an excellent price !!! Boy, I thought the house finished when you had gone down the first hallway, but nooooo, there's another huge hallway with the master and another room. WOW !!! Great video. Thanks so much ✌🏽
I know right!
I'm an agent in Florida. This is a very nice home. Love the channel.
Awesome! Thank you!
Is this available in south Florida???
Love love love!!! Love triple wides!!! Office, spare bedroom, guest room, media room! Beautiful!!! The size of the living room!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Dream house!
I always say hot water heater that's what everyone called them when I was growing up.
I love any home with jack and Jill bath and arched door ways
“I’ll tell you what I wouldn’t mind getting quarantined up in this baby!” Holy crap that was funny, I bursted out laughing in the middle of my lunch 🤣🤣
I spit my drink out. lol
I was trying to make a cup of coffee and he almost caused me to knock it over when he said that. I probably woke the neighbors laughing so much.
For sure. Haha.
Definitely one of my favorites. A few things I might change to my family & living conditions Also a place for a pet!. Absolutely great tour & home.
This would be a dream. Well any would be as I’m disabled and can’t afford a home of my own. Thankful for the rooms for our 2 rooms in family home. I watch ur videos and dream. Thank u. I have multiple sclerosis and could never have the energy to tour in person either. Your awesome.
We wouldn’t change one thing in there it is all beautiful
I'd make the office a TV room since i don't like the TV in the main living room!
Not a bad idea!
Hello. The small room would be my craft room. Love it. You're doing a great job with videos. Have a blessed one.
Thank you for watching Tammie!
Had no idea they could make these so spectacular! Deer Valley is my pick
Great office craft room Yes! Another great huge closet to that Master bath with double sinks & vanity all LOVE SO MUCH TO ! LOVE THIS ONE ❤
That master closet it could serve as my "cloffice" closet/office. And the room up front would be the hubby's man cave.
"Cloffice"
Love it!!!
Now you're thinking 😆
thats what I was thinking my own private office
Thanks Jayne for always commenting.
Nice real nice extra room for work/ crafting and a prayer room
Thanks for watching
That living room is incredible
