The second bathroom is nicer than some master bathrooms !
Double sinks and shower and tub are always nice especially if those will be kids rooms.

Okay I'm just starting the video and I love the Blackstone it would look amazing to carry it down to the skirting instead of the white skirting have the stone skirting the Blackstone that would look amazing so far exterior 10 plus
I love this, especially having the tub and shower in the hall bathroom. Hooray! The few problems I have with it is; it needed a real pantry and the closets in the bedrooms. Do builders/architects not understand most humans, no matter their age, hang more than four things in a closet? Those closets look like a coat closet in an entry instead of a place where you put school clothes, backpacks, shoes, sweaters, and real life junk when it's not needed. Every bedroom closet needs to be at least six feet long minimum. Ok rant over. Lol
Don't like that black stones no coat closet entering the front door,love the kitchen though
I love the feature of the window that would allow me to look and watch my horses every morning and whenever I wanted to during the day. It would also allow me to watch the colts and fillys running around cause they are so cute and fun to watch when they are babies.
This home will definitely be a best seller. It has great use of space and the layout is ooh my goodness beautiful.

Fantastic! Nice to see a Kitchen AND Dining Room that accommodates the number of bedrooms/occupants. Too often the dining room has barely enough room to walk around the table. Nice floorplan, but the guest closets seem a bit small.

I'm 65 and as my mom put us to work early in helping to clean, 60 years worth of house cleaning and what those black pillars mean to me is....DUST CATCHERS!!! Thanks but no thanks. I wouldn't mind a smooth pillar of some sort where every little nook and cranny isn't collecting dust and it is fine outdoors. Indoors, no way. I do love the book shelves as I always need more of those. Was there a microwave? I didn't see one. I love the master bedroom closets. Even if all the built-ins are extra, it is an option worth paying for rather than regretting that you didn't and I think it would be a good factor when selling the house.Very nice place. Love the utility room.
We had the most beautiful deer in our backyard the other day. Because of the way our land and the neighbors land is situated and edges up to a water reservoir, It is great for wild life and deer as no one can hunt there. But this was the best looking deer I have seen.

This home is unique. I like the layout and the kitchen hidden and tucked away. Franklin finishes out their homes very nice. Huge guest bathroom. I like the entry foyer. Killer Master Bathroom. But they ran out of tile in the shower not taking it all the way to the ceiling. Very good tour, Chance.

OMG this home was designed for me for sure. These are the colours of my home, with accent colours, plum, teal, red, in different rooms. This home is beautiful, a lot has gone into the minute detail. Spacious and well designed. Absolutely beautiful. Thanks Chance.
This house is a winner! Just somehow add a third bath and this could work for our family!
Love ❤❤❤ the black rock carried from the exterior, into the living room and the columns around the dining room. You can't see the kitchen from the front door or most of the living room!! Front door, kitchen, hallway bath with window, separate tub and shower would be a plus if you have multiple children to bathe, double sink allows two children to get ready in the morning or to go to bed, laundry room with not one, but two, windows, the way the hallway opens up at the end (no one bumping into each other) are all great features about this home. The bedrooms are great sizes but the closets are too small. Granite and marble countertops add a luxurious touch.
The master is a huge selling factor!! The room is huge, the closet with the built-ins is ... I don't know ... I don't have a good enough adjective for it 😂! True it's small but the built-ins make it possible to put more in there than large, room-size closets!

Loved it!!!!!!!!!!! The only issue i have is that I don't like the counter stone types nor the stone pillars. Loved the foyer in the back; loved the foyer at the door. I think Franklin Homes knows what a home should look like. Hats off to Franklin Homes. 230K.

Jeff said he would bump into those stone columns and scrape his elbow. OK, I have never said this before but I really dislike the big fancy hoods over the teeny tiny stoves. That design calls for a big commercial stove. Other than that the kitchen is very, very nice. I especially like the under cabinet lights. Guest bath is amazing and surprise, it has a window. Be still my heart. What a wonderful closet in the master as well. I have to say that the master bathroom is amazing. I really like this house. It is going on the favorite list. At the end of each video we guess the price and see who gets closest. I am getting very good at pricing these homes..accept this one. I guessed way over because it is so nice. Thank you again Chance.

Beautiful home...the exterior is classic, clean, and timeless. Love this home.
I wish that I could give this 2 likes. The layout is perfect. It has a foyer. The kitchen isn't seen as soon as you walk in. The kitchen sink is under a window. There's a window in the guest bathroom. Only negative is the guest room closets aren't that big. Otherwise outstanding! Thank you Chance. You're the best at this.

That's a stunning home. The utility room is excellent and roomy. The guest bathroom has a nice tub and a separate shower. Haven't seem many places with that. In the Master bathroom, a shower with a bench! Nice! 👍
Yes, baby love the rock inside. That dining room and kitchen...perfect. I'm going to use this decorating scheme. Even the hallway looks good. Closet built-ins are nice, but they take up usable space. The master bath is stunning. This is one of the best models this year. It's so fresh.

Nice home. Many upgrades and yet the price range is reasonable. The main drawback is the windows in the kitchen do not open. The under cabinet lighting in the kitchen is very nice. Great tour as always! Thank you.

After looking at Deer Valley and Franklin homes in person, Franklin are the best. The options and quality are unremarkable!
Okay I just finished the whole video this is replacing my number one home pic, this is perfect for me my husband my dog my grandkids it's perfect it's beautiful I love the black lava stone pillars it is freaking amazing it's perfect the rooms are huge for a mobile home I'm just blown away this house is beautiful I could see this being my forever home
This truly was a very nice house! The chandelier over the dining table was lovely! But it made me wonder why they didn’t go with a fandelier in the living room? It would have been beautiful! The baths were both very nice, but to me they skimped somewhat on the closets in the main bedroom. They were well appointed, but both could have been more of a walk-in than they were. One thing I was trying to see but you didn’t spend any time on them were the window treatments! It looked as if these windows had custom treatments with pull-down custom shades added below the valances. But I couldn’t tell. And I know as a man you don’t think if those things! Ha! But i think they were deserving of a little extra notice because it’s the first time I’ve ever seen anything come close to custom window treatments in one of these homes! Ha! Very nice entry with a 7.5’ front door - and so I assume the ceilings were 9’? Nice! Love that black stacked rock! Really beautiful! Overall, one of - if not THE - nicest house you’ve ever shown as far as the way in which it is appointed!

Love this home especially the laundry room and master suite. The only thing I would change is get rid of the granite and marble countertops. They require to much special care for me. I know, I'm weird 😊
I agree with you about granite. My Florida home kitchen remodel added them (I had no choice from contractor😠) and all they're good for is impressing guests. I dislike them.
Try quartz or composite counter tops. They are less dramatic and do not require special cleaning products. I have both in my house and love them.

I love all of the built-in shelves in the living room. Also the shelving built around the refrigerator the lighting too! The four bedrooms and the closets are wooden shelves again the floor plan is superbly designed! Yes the Windows are huge! Great house Chance!😘 "SWEET!"

I wish you could see my expression over the kitchen alone. I just need a pantry, and it seals the deal. I love the 2nd bathroom. My 5' 11" son can actually fit in the tub, and would never get out. The master closet I would love for my shoes, and purses. I would want to take time to put on makeup in that master bathroom. I don't necessarily need the community shower, but I love the bench.
I was a little worried when I seen the outside of the place because it really doesn't match the interior at all. But the inside has a simple Elegance to it that's amazing. Very classy. Beautiful

About time a house has a nice size water closet.
My only complaint with this one, is that the guest bedroom closets are very small. You wouldn't be able to hang hardly any clothes in them. Other than that it's perfect.
It's a guest room, so they don't, or shouldn't, be bringing a lot clothes to hang up. The guest is a visitor.

If I turn a bedroom into a freezer/pantry area this one is perfect, even like the colors. Nice island for cooks with helpers.
Super nice home, not one thing I would change (my favorites were the black stone pillars and the marble one piece vanity/sink setups in the main bath). I'd have horses, chickens, and my two big dogs outside of the kitchen window... well, you did ask. Can't wait for Saturday's metal home on 100 acres! Thanks for making another awesome video. They def have some great homes!
They truly believe in quality at Franklin. I live in the area and they are known for being the best. I'm sure others are building great homes as well, but I don't know much about the others
What's not to like! Wow! Absolutely beautiful. The only negative is the small non-main bedroom closets; and of course the price I could never even begin to absorb. If money were no object this would be it!

Pretty sure the one column in the center is structural...I would probably lose count of how many times I would break a toe on it 😂😂😂
Remove the bookshelves around the fireplace. Make it a corner fireplace with a TV wall next to it. Remove the interior black columns and extend the kitchen cabinets. Remove a window in the utility room for a freezer and you have the perfect house

Absolutely beautiful home (I personally could do without the columns at least the one right in the middle of the kitchen dining area). I mean no wire racks in any of the closets, ceiling vents, drawers galore, a sink in the laundry room. Just beautiful!

There was not a walk in pantry and i did not notice a microwave in the kitchen. I prefer a kitchen that hs a morning room include for an everyday eating table and a formal dining room.

Yes, fancy. Love the kitchen and laundry room with two windows - almost the size of a small kitchen. Second bath is extra - love that too.
Only a guest half bath is missing.
That's an awesome home, kitchen, dining and livingroom are great.
Quite possibly my favorite home yet! LOVE the dark rock columns and the use of dark and light in the kitchen! Only a few "tweaks" that I would make... Either gas logs or wood burning fireplace (those electric fireplaces are just the silliest thing ever), and the small bedroom closets would definitely need an additional rack below the top one to hang more clothes.... Other than that, I'd say it was darn near perfect! 😉
I love this home. The closets are so small in the other bedrooms, also hall appears very narrow. Other than that it is great! I would love to own that one!
