This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Commodore Homes. The model for this home is the “Landmark Grand” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,100(heated & cooled) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Wow, I really appreciate the kind words from everyone. Chance (obviously) does a great job with his videos, and without his efforts none of this is possible.
I also appreciate the feedback. I am one of the owners of Riley Homes, and I love the comments everyone has left. In fact, I would like to address some of the more repeated comments to help inform potential off-site construction-built home buyers (Modulars, doublewides and singlewides), no matter where they may possibly live.
One of the more common items discussed in the comments was the wire shelving. While it is a very durable product, I understand the want/need for options. Riley Homes does offer multiple manufacturers, and they all have different offerings. In this case, some offer wooden shelving as an option, no problem.
Other mentioned items were the fact this home has an electric fireplace vs. gas or wood, the tile in the Master bathroom shower, the lack of medicine cabinets, etc. These are all available options, and this is also part of the home buying process with our salesperson. Riley Homes typically stocks 8-12 model homes for display (Yes, Chance has videos coming on most of them) that share different features and colors that helps a potential client decide on finishes for their new Riley Home.
I hope this helps satisfy some of the questions/concerns, and I will try to be proactive working with Chance to answer future questions, not only with this specific home video, but future videos as well.

Something that I’m actually interested in is whether you can have a walk in shower, for say a wheelchair, in the event you need to use one. Also, I’m all about all the cabinets being the same color. Two other things are plain ceilings an option, can’t abide stippling! And can you put the flooring throughout, without carpet?? Thanks!

What floor plan/model of Commodore is this? I realize it has been customized some. TY
OI don't think I have ever seen a manufacturer make a comment and that is great. I am not actually needing to buy a new home as I live in ours already. Although I do like the tours and and looking at the floor plans. I make a lot of comments just in case some one from the companies would look at it. I am lonly seeing this now as we were having trouble with our internet last year. I had a double wide for a while and had no trouble with it, but I remember when looking for one seeing so many single wides that had kitchens that were barely adequate to make a sandwich. Even some double wides don't have much in the way of drawers or cabinets. The lack of drawers baffles me unless people just don't cook. I have 17 drawers in my kitchen and they are all in use. One just for my aprons but I guess some women don't wear them LOL! Thanks for your kind comments. I love watching Chance and his tours. I don't get out much so this is one of the ways my disabled body gets to see the world. Take care.

As an Irish person I can never get my head around the "two sinks" in the bathroom and the tiny little bath tub ye fabulous Americans seem to love😂. Two sinks. For fecks sake why!! (Yes I know, his & hers). But at last .... A bathroom with just ONE sink, yeah! Shame about the tub though, here in Ireland those are for kids or leprechauns. If I ever see a full tub in a mobile on this channel, Ill be worse than your man here and the pantries, you'll here me screaming all the way from Ireland. Amazing homes. Far better than any brick amd mortar home today. Love this channel, I'm becoming obsessed for feck sake 😅

Yes! Omg I hate that lifted counter top. Look like it belong in a doctor's office.
Pocket doors are a great space saver and nice to see in this master bathroom closet. That would be a nice option for the secondary bedrooms since they're a little smaller and it would save space there too. They could even make them a little wider for easier access to the entire closet.

Beautiful exterior. Wow! What a pantry! I like the living room, but I think I would reconfigure the kitchen layout to suit me. Now, the bathrooms are a good size, and the master closets are great! Lovely shower in the master. Top notch, Chance!

This house is sooo cute! I am a single 40 year old lady and my son is 18, in his 1st year of college. This is fine and dandy for me. 😁 Very beautiful. I would love to make the other bedrooms....one a guest room and the other an office/reading/sewing/craft room. It's bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Very nice!
Hi Chance and Cullen....Beautiful on the outside with the skirting all around the house makes it more beautiful...love the porch....I am not a fan of the columns cut the living room size down and the island top...that should be an all flat surface....a basement would be awesome and the garage is nice to have for sure....master bath an extra shower 🚿 head....no carpet either....Be safe Be Blessed

My favorite floorplan..the kitchen is amazing. Love all the storage, in addition to the pantry. Lots of counter prep too. I love to cook and bake, so counter space is very important to me. Nice size bedrooms and main bath. Love the Master bedroom and closets!! Don't care for the cabinets in master bath. Love ❤️
Beautiful home I'm from Oklahoma and I have never seen a modular home that is this beautiful and this big! I want one for my family!! You guys have done an amazing job and are very talented!!
Very nice. I had 5 kids.. 4 of which were girls. Somehow they all managed to get ready for school every morning with only ONE bathroom. They thankfully didn't argue much. I'm sure the girls would have LOVED that long bathroom counter. ( ours is pretty short and many things went down the drain after falling in the sink!) I really like the layout of this home though. It isn't just another cookie cutter house. CUDOS!

There is a great sense of creativity and enthusiasm underlying the projects which the authors develop, from a bike shed to a glorious eco-shed. I like the way explanations are provided for decisions made from a range of options. I am not really in a position to rate the more technical detail, but think I am prepared to boldly go shed- building, equipped with this manual.
Not that i wasn't going to anyway, but i hit the like button right after the pantry reveal. Lol

Hey Chance! I see from other comments that a lot of people love this layout. I didn't. Only things I liked about this place are the Guest Bathroom, the Guest Bedrooms are okay, and the Master Bedroom's okay, and the Master Closets, even if one is in the bathroom, which I'm not fond of but it's not a deal breaker! I Love the Pantry, I like where the microwave is located, and the fact that a garage is included! That's it. But again this is a positive thing, because it shows me what I Don't want as well as what I do. So, good video Chance! God bless y'all.
When i get back home i will go down an look at these in person.
A big ”miss “ Of storage is missing in 99% of manufactured homes. The bathroom mirrors need to have a medicine cabinet behind it. Chance please if it’s in your power let them know that they need to add this feature. Storage is so important!!
The main bath/guest bath rarely has enough storage.
Buy a storage shed problem solved.
U can usually upgrade to medicine cabinets in most homes.
Bruh wayfair, home depot, lowes? Easy upgrade and kinda small to point out lol

I like the layout of the home. I remember this with the stairs...a couple of years ago? I like this version of the master bath much better. A home office is always a plus.

I'd have a deeper covered front porch by doing a dormer coming out.
I like the plans layout better with the optional basement stairs and the optional shower in the Master Bath. The HVAC and WH go in the basement. Widen the Master Closet. Move the Master Bath door to the right to make the toilet area wider. I'd have the Utility Room just a Mud Room with a bench, storage, and a Coat Closet...that whole back wall would be available. The Home Office would be my Laundry Room. Use part of it to put in an entry Coat Closet.
Then an attached Garage.

Good Evening Chance, WOW, WOW, WOW, this house is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS !!! I just couldn't see anything that I would change except for taking the Carpets out. I just LOVED the whole layout of every inch. When you opened the Pantry and did the Pantry DANCE I was dancing in my seat. Of COURSE the only other thing that would bring this over the top is if CULLEN came with it. I do share every home that you have. Know I just have to find the Land. I've wandered why houses don't have medicine cabinets anymore. They are so handy. It's a cute house. I would rather have a separate tub and shower but if only room for one I'd do the shower tub combo

I would want the bathtub in the bath attached to the master bedroom for sure and have that walk in shower in other bath where the tub is. I'd also use the attic as spoken in the video, that was a good idea!
