This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Daytona 5/12” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,179(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Finally a coat closet, linen closets and the water heater in the utility room! Great home layout. The only part I don’t like is not having a designated dining room. Having the dining table in the kitchen seems too crowded.
Totally agree, but I’d love to see how a smaller dining set would fit in the space. This one is really bulky.
Those squares that you see in the closets are where your HVAC is. If you look outside the room, you'll see the vents on the other side of the wall.

I'd prefer kitchen sink near the window. And I love wood type floors. Love the layout and colors of this house. I'd love an upstairs!😊
As others have said, those short square/cube bumpouts in the closets are for the return air ducts. Since the vents are in the floor, the return air is in the floor as well. Usually, builders will take a full column all the way up to the ceiling for this and maybe put the vent at the top of the wall or just waste the space. So, this is nice that in this model they tried to waste as little space as possible by putting the vent at the bottom of the wall.

I absolutely love the layout of this place. My favorite parts are the accent walls, floating shelves in the living & kitchen area, that desk between the 1st 2 bedrooms. I have some ideas for the 2nd floor. Also, the built-ins in the living area.❤❤❤👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟

This is a great home with plenty of storage, nice sized bedroom closets, a great pantry and nice layout. I just wish we could see more homes with that second floor finished out. At least the water heater access isn't in a closet! Great tour as always!

My fiancé and I recently found your channel and we have been going through all of your videos and love seeing all of the homes from single wides and beyond. It really helps us to consider our options as we plan for our next stage of life -buying acreage for us and thinking about caring for aging parents and still having room for grandkids, friends, and our 4 little dogs. We’re doing the same on 40 acres… to build or go modular?… haven’t found the perfect floor plan and I’ve been wondering… if you can buy just the shell of the house (with walls, plumbing, electrical etc) but without cabinets, flooring, doors, siding in order to finish it a little more custom. I’m not crazy about the choices they give but I haven’t looked into if that’s even an option or not.

That box in the master closet was an air return. I'd I got this home that wouldn't be there because the furnace would be in the attic. No floor vents for me! This is an exceptional home! Besides the floor vents it's actually perfect!

Love this house! Everything I want in a house, is in this one. Coat closet, lots of storage closets, huge pantry, huge kitchen although the chairs in the kitchen are visually to big and clunky for the space, front porch, sufficient sized bedrooms so as to not take up a lot of dollars when buying it and not so much dollars to heat and cool unused space in the bedrooms, etc. I love the office space - ALL places should be built with an office/computer area plus storage. Terrific!
I have watched a number of your mobile/modular homes tours, have enjoyed them all. We bought a modular home on a brick foundation in 2017, but have still enjoyed watching your videos. Guess I pulled this one up 'cause I saw it was in Sanford, NC, which is just down the road from us in Conway, SC. I always got the impression you were from the heartland.

I just love these videos and your personality is awesome, too. This home is crazy! I love most everything about it. I would have to change a couple things, like the color of the kitchen cabinets and the drawer pulls, but I love, love, love the breakfast bar/stools and the matching island w/stools, the office off to the side, the pantry... yeah.
Plus, I love your stories. I know what you mean about flying. My first time flying was way back in "93 and I couldn't eat for 2 days before. There was an airplane that crashed about a week prior and I was a nervous wreck, but once the plane taxied down the runway, then powered up and took off real quick I was hooked. I said now that is the way to go. I am not so sure that I could say that as strongly now with all the kooks and nut jobs on these planes nowadays. Of course, they're on the roads too, so pick your poison. 😄

Hey Chance! My wife and I watched almost all of your vids you did at Vanderbuilt. We're in NC, about an 1hr north of Sandford. We've visited there 3 times now in the past 2 months. Using your vids as a guide and also as a reminder of what we liked or not. We're leaning towards the Riverside they have there on the lot. Working with their staff so far has been great. Next time you're in that area, I'd be glad for a chance to meet ya and shake your hand. Depending on what the wife says, once we get our house built, maybe we could do a follow up or feedback type of vid about the whole process? Thanks for your videos man, I enjoy the channel a lot!

Oh Nice Foyer Entrance into the house... This living room is absolutely Spectacular. Loving the enlongated windows in the living room...The brown kitchen cabinets and trim make the kitchen too dark..
Not a fan of the brown painted cabinets or walls in a mobile home.
Reminds me of the 80's-90's...The pantry however makes a very nice area in of this house..#1 TopNotch be Pantry...The bedrooms are all good sizes and spacious enough to move around in...Good size laundry room but those brown cabinets (gotta be changed)..Thank YOU Chance for your time finding the home's and Sharing these with us...Hope Your family are be all doing well and staying Safe, Healthy, Happy and Blessed. Beautiful home. The room that is coming off the garage into the laundry is sometimes called a clutter room. Usually used for taking off the boots and jackets and other things you bring into the house.

Chance, this house 🏠🏡 is more than unique, it's just breathtaking!! It has the style and class of a rustic vintage farmhouse!! That's what it seems like to me!! All the rooms are roomy, spacious, and comfy!! The artistry and the designs are impeccable!! Look at the wood paneling and the wood flooring!! Its just beautiful!! Chance, those spots in the closets contain return air ducts for the furnace. To the right of that front closet door is a large return air grate. The other has the return air grate in the hall before you go into the Master.
I like this place, but...
A few changes. I'd want the house deeper adding to the Master end of the house. The Master Closet could then be made deeper and the Master Bath area would be larger...you could then get a tub and large shower in it. Also more room for a proper Toilet Closet.
I want a Basement, move the Mechanicals to the Basement. I don't like the Washer and Dryer right by the Garage door, so I'd want that area rearranged. I think the Garage could be made wider and have the stairs going up and into the Basement out there. Moving the stairs and Water Heater would give more room to the Laundry. I have an idea of how to add a Powder Room between the Pantry and the moved Master Closet when the house is added onto. Back there it is somewhat away from folks.
I could be wrong, but if I recall correctly, those drywalled 'bumps' in closet corners have some kind of venting or air return system underneath, that channel down under the home. Some builders, in parts of the United States that require it by code, have to include those.

Wassup Chance?! I just love the pantry and the size of the house, just needs a fireplace and a basement, that upstairs is great for storage.
