This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a "off frame" modular home! The manufacturer for this house is R-Anell Homes. The model for this home is the “Hillcrest” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,433(main level) square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I’m a big fan of crazy floor plans. Open plans where the room blends into each other isn’t it for me. Yes… wood cabinets dark!👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. That master bath is insane !😜. The winner for me! Thanks!
This has to be the nicest home I've seen on this channel! ❤ The arches that separate the rooms are fabulous! A big and spacious utility room with a sink! I'm partial to the structure of the guest bathroom because mine is like that. Whoever designed the master suite is a genius! Huge bedroom, and the person at each end essentially has their own bathroom and access to the closet! ❤ The only thing missing is a pantry! And it's cheaper than I thought it would be!
THIS IS IT! THIS IS MY NEW HOME!, i will be purchasing land in a few months after everything goes through and i plan on putting a modular home on it and after years of watching this channel i found the home i want

Love archways! It feels like a stick house. Love that it actually has a diningroom room. I would put a pocket door in guest bath going to toilet area. Love primary. Gorgeous home. Love the layout, love archways. I truly love it all. Thank you for the tour.

I love this house, and I really love the arches between the rooms, but they should have an arch between the dinning room and the family room, and in fact that is the only change I would make. I especially love the master bedroom. It's a fantastic house.

This is one of the best layouts without a doubt.
I love it! This is a great floorplan & home! Chance, the only thing I would change would be to put sliding doors or French doors to the outside from the Dining Room!
I like the arches and angles of this home very much!
The flat top stove is an induction stove. I live on a boat so I have an induction plate. I wouldn’t use anything else. They’re amazing.
The R-anell builder is about 3 miles from my home. Love your channel and those are some beautiful kids

I absolutely really am in love with the layout of this place...OMG! My favorite parts are when you walk in, you got the foyer, then the big living area, the arches, the big windows, the kitchen area & the laundry area. Lastly the master bedroom & bathrooms with the WIC with the built-ins! I have a few ideas for the upstairs. I would put in a bench seat there where the sofa is at in the master bedroom. I just love that stand alone tub, as well as, how there is not 1 but 2 bathrooms in the master bedroom. I just love it & it's awesome!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Holy cannoli!! I absolutely love this house! And whomever decorated it was brilliant. Bringing in decorations that were plant oriented was perfect and worked beautifully with what was outside. That living room view was amazing...and the decor matched! It was peaceful and soothing.

Your Vanderbuilt tours are some of my faves they seem like real quality for pre-fab. They do need to take pantry size more seriously in their designs tho. Women are suckers for storage space and places like those hidden pantries or butlers pantries or coffee nooks with cabinetry. We love stuff out of our way and outta sight! I have a slight request can you do some more smaller/startup size homes? I love looking at the "bigguns" but my faves are those 1200-2000 or so sq ft sizes best more for newlyweds, small families or singles. Livable but less to clean.
One of my favorite master bedroom. We live in Western Kentucky and really thinking of getting a home a lot like this one.
I love that main suite closet...I was surprised by the chinsey kitchen sink with cheap faucet and sprayer. Nice layout and you are funny...ty

Chance, when you said that this house 🏡🏡!!, Has Twists and Turns?? You wasn't kidding!! It's like a Matrix Maze!! When you enter, one room, to get, to the next? Then it's the same, that's interesting!! Everything, about this Prefab house is very appealing!! Even, the Attic, is creative!! You really, do your homework, on bringing us, these exciting homes!! Thank you, for that!!
Love the entry and master bathroom closet and space.
The designer put a lot of classy touches and thought in the design of the house. Starting with the foyer with a coat closet! The rooms or spaces are open enough but still separate in there identifying spaces. The bedrooms and closets are a nice size. Bathroom storage is great. The entrance to the main bedroom- off the living room is a big no! The size of the room is fantastic. It’s a great escape/retreat from the kids or others. I love the free standing tub. The closet separation of bathrooms is more than nice. The idea of having that upstairs!! What I could do with that space! Or even add more bedrooms! Overall, except for the main bedroom entrance, the house is very nice.

I found your channel right about the last time you were in Sanford. I live 2 counties south and we originally fell in love with the Southport, but this one I believe has it beat. If we could we'd definitely go with this one!

Like the design and the options you can get. I'd put the patio door in the dining room section. The his and hers bathrooms are nice, which creates a larger bedroom with this option. I'd put my desk over by the window and couch was located at in this video. Utility room is nice sized. Front porch was nice sized also. Didn't see a place for the basement stairs though. And the upstairs not finished...
We live in Siler City. 30 minutes from there. That's my favorite home there!

I love the uniqueness of this home. There are so many different family dynamics these days I love seeing the house reflect that. For example I'm 57 and divorced living with my parents. So a home like this is like 2 in one with character.
Great job on this one. You crack me up when you were impersonating a parent telling their kid to go back upstairs to their room to finish their homework. As an architect and interior designer of high end homes, I will say that this home is impressive considering the fact that it is a three section, factory finish home type(as opposed to factory built panels that are assembled onsite, before the interior is fished. It is lacking some things like a large fireplace in the living room, a large kitchen island and pantry, and a luxury frameless glass large, multi-spray head shower. I do feel like the kitchen should've been laid out where the range and fridge would be on the long interior wall, then a 4' deep, 10'+ eat at island with primary sink and dishwasher, waterfall countertops, and an overhang with 4-6 upholstered counter height stools so the entire family can have meals around the island. this would allow for large windows, a sliding glass door, or "nanowall" type folding/sliding glass door-wall. Also, a stacked washer and dryer in the master closet would be ideal. What is with the green palm leaf pattern in almost every room...? It took away from the interesting layout.

This is my kind of house. The kitchen is not staring you in the face when you walk in. I am still debating if all the cabinets makes up for no pantry.
With a kitchen that bug there should’ve been a cook top with burners wider apart to accommodate large pots. Along with a French Door wall oven.
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all those twists and turns, especially since none of the rooms are cheated out of good space!

I think I have found my "favorite" floor model on this channel! Everything about it is unique but practical - I agree with other comments here that whoever designed this is a genius! Warm, inviting, yet spacious and open. Love it!
Love these homes. Only thing I would do different is make sure utility would have space for upright freezer, a pantry, & front porch would have to be wider.

Any one else catch Cullens foot in the doorway at 14:30. It's tough to film when your kids are wondering thru the home.This was one of my favorites when I was there about a year ago. When he says plan on the day, he ain't joking. It will take you all day to go thru all the homes they have. Espcially since I know they have 3 more than they did when I was there, as they were setting the foundations for them.

What a great floorplan! I love it! I understand that the price point is just a starting place and changes dramatically depending on location.
