Hey Tim. If you have not already. Could you try doing a video on the process of "bricking on in". I think its a cool process that ppl turn modular/ mobile homes into brick homes.
You did an excellent presentation for this home. It's beautiful. I only have one complaint. Why would they put the dishwasher is so far away from the sink? Other than that beautiful home.
Pretty home, get rid of tacky wire shelves, needs counter depth refrigerator. Hope there's an option for a basement so heater and water heater can go down there? Put sinks below counter for a more polished look.
I love this house! I think I have sorta been on one of these tours but not quite. The back door next the W & D I would put a dog door in and have it go out into a separate dog yard so nobody has to worry about what they step in.
Vanderbilt homes are my favorite. They have great designs, great finishes, and their staging really shows them off.
This is truly a beautiful home. I love the openness of the space. The bathrooms are very nice with those nice cabinets. I really like the upstairs for storage or using it for a place to create crafts.

This is a true jewel of a modular/manufactured home. I agree with you the kitchen is super and in the perfect spot!! Finishes are stunning and so great they carried them all through the home. Been awhile since I have seen crown in closets!!
This home is STUNNING! It would be considered a MANSION where i am from! I am so in love with the parlour off the front hall!
LOVE this home !!! It is sooo gorgeous. Only thing I'd want changed about it is the angled bar area in the kitchen. It is cosmetically beautiful, but, with the angles at the ends/sides of it, there is a bit of wasted space you would be able to place storage drawers in if it wasn't angled. Love the rest of the house as it is, though. Thank You for sharing this with us.

Master bath with tub is a must and fireplace in living room. Make kitchen sink area squared off so better dish washer placement. Remove the cabinets on left side of refrigerator to make for a freezer. Remove dark wood area next to that and make a pantry, no home should be without a pantry.
I really like this one. Very few changes I would make. I want drawers for my pots and pans. If you already have a coat closet you donât need the other section, so maybe forget the closet and just reset one open place for coats.. thanks!
Love all the cabinets in the main bathroom. Lots of room for linen too. The hall foyer makes it nice to hang coats . The closet off the living room would be great for storing a sweeper and such. Impressive.
Absolutely beautiful homes at Vanderbuilt. Love the layout & most of the finishes they use. The 1 down side in no soaker tub in the master bath.
Yes this company is making a huge mistake not having soaker tubs & shower in masters. Every model should show them if they are available at all?

I think this is one of my favorites. The ONLY complaint would be the lack of the tub in the master bathroom.

Wow! A home I could only dream of having! It's gorgeous, huge. I would slightly change the kitchen layout. Otherwise the floors, carpets - wall colours & fresh white cupboards are all stunning. I need to watch the rest now.đ
This is the house layout I am hoping to purchase. Every new home I watch I compare to this one. I have 6 kiddos and this just seems PERFECT. hopefully I can find a builder that can make something similar!!!

It is a decent sized home, and with the unfinished upstairs, gives you more options on what you want to do with it. It has plenty of storage space, which is something most homes these days just don't have, so that's great. Couple of negatives, at least for me: No fireplace. A home that nice, should have a fire place. No soaker tub in the master bedroom. And why do these home builders insist on putting the master closet in the bathroom?!? I absolutely HATE to have a closet in the master bathroom! Those three are deal breakers for me. Not a deal breaker, but still unfortunate, no place to put a standing freezer.
I would prefer a regular wall closing up the dining room area from the living room area. That's interesting đ€ with 2 doors in the utility room.
One door to the garden and one to the garage you may have...
That's the place we got our home 16 years ago. We love it!
LOVE this!! Very nice layout, plenty of storage and love the option of the second floor -- my daughter has ideas already lol "Daddy can you and Mama buy it? That way we can have a bunkroom for our sleepovers and it'll be quieter for you guys if we're not downstairs too." I told hubby I think our 11 year old has a future calling as a saleswoman or politician lol. She even promised "We'll keep it clean too!" At which point, big brother said "I REALLY wish you wouldn't volunteer me, Eden but at least the reward is worth it!"

I love this layout. I would make a few changes but this is definitely a favorite.
I see alot of communities popping up,and Im convinced there all module homes.
That top part would be great for teenagers bedrooms, toilet & bath. A games room & sitting area for them. I've never seen one of these in the UK. Orrr ..make that whole top part the main bedroom, bathroom/shower/toilet/basins & walk in closets. A study.
Ooer I must say - one of my pet dislikes, is when people don't close doors completely shut! I have OCD!?âșïž

Itâs a nice house! I like the kitchen. I donât like open concept though; I would wall up the side between the pillars across from the living area and put more cabinets.

Beautiful home! But Iâve never been crazy about an open floor plan. I like closed-in, separate rooms so u donât have to look at everyone all day unless u go to your bedroom!! đ€Ł. Donât get me wrong, I love my family but âŠgeesh!!

I really like this home it's just right for me and my husband we are stuck in a very small apt we have no kitchen it's as big as our bathroom which is very small and I can't cook in it at all we need to move out of here but it's just beautiful what you have shown me ! Just great my wish is to live there

This really is gorgeous. I would swap out all wire shelves with wood. I know many like the water closet idea but I prefer the open effect.
The dishwasher is too far from the sink. Hot water heater should be in utility room.
One of the nicest modular homes I've seen in awhile
Omgoodness this is fabulous.
Closets should have wood shelves and rods. Not a fan of the kitchen island. It should be squared off and level for more workspace - plus, big drawers for pots and pans. Bathrooms should have level counters arround sinks - my preference. Utility room that size should have a place for an upright freezer. Don't get me wrong. It's a nice home, but you can tell a guy designed it.

You should definitely check them out! But you have so many down that way thereâs actually one on stilts north of myrtle beach in NC I forget the name of the place I havenât filmed it yet but you should look in that area and take a look

Like water heater in a closet access with door but must say the placement of the water heater in the carpeted/living space not good just think if it leaked its leaking onto carpet living room, closef and bedroom space alot of damage tomany places and things as opposed if it were located in the utility room.
My favorite so far! I could live in this home for the rest of my life!

These modular homes are gorgeous!
I'm assuming That the designers of these homes don't cook or don't have a family. The refrigerator is in the traffic pattern away from everything else and the dishwasher is around the corner from the sink. It's a beautiful home but not practical.
Your comment is almost exactly what I was thinking. No one who actually does dishes would have designed that Island with the Dishwasher like that.

Again no where to put a upright freezer most family are big.
Dont like the vents in floor.
Master closet wire sleeves yea no..better planning house cost alot money to only have wire .

I also loved it when you spoken about my new modular log cabin from Cozy Cabins (Cozy Homes LOL đ! ) That's when you were showing the area for the toaster and coffee maker! I'm so blessed that I can be subscribed to both of your channels! I am honored to be able to see these beautiful homes from a different perspective! BTW! yeah they only service that area but these home plans are by R-annel well this one anyway so they build all over. lol i cant ever get their name right... I appreciate it we were lucky enough to get pretty much everything we need at the baby shower so hopefully we are prepared things always come up though. Annd actually i have been planning a route through your "neck of the woods" lol im thinking mid august right after the baby. Found some real nice places out that way with alot of homes! This is the most unusual set up I've ever seen but I absolutely love it!!! Especially the kitchen and area where the kid's bedrooms are. Lots of nooks and crannies that would be so much fun to furnish. Great job!!!!!!

OMG TIM!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS HOME!!! The only things I would change is the shelving in each closet, I would take out all the carpet, and I would put in a farm sink in the kitchen. Oh, and I would have a garage placed on the side of the home where the door is in the laundry room/mud room, I would also convert that upstairs space into a LadyLair!!! Thank you for showing this home. It is definitely on the top of my list!!
