Absolutely beautiful home. I wish they would make the porches a little deeper. By the time you put a rocking chair on them you don’t have room to walk around them.
I agree the wrap around porch should be about 2 feet wider, for comfortable walking around outdoor chairs.
That may be something you can ask for when ordering.
I disagree lol, the porch is big enough for a chair. Also less maintenance granted it is covered porches suck painting

Lovely home. I would like to see a home with the master bedroom on the opposite side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. It is nice to have privacy from guests or teenagers.
Ours is a Master/Master Bath with den/nursery separated by LR/DR/Kitchen to the other two bedrooms and bath. It is fabulous, we each have our "space" but a comfortable shared space inbetween. Only 1744 Sq Ft. and it WORKS.

I would put luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout instead of carpet.

Beautiful home. My changes would be eliminate microwave over stove, eliminate carpet & have hard surface flooring throughout & flip guest bedrooms to other end of the house. I like the master separated from additional bedrooms.
Could have rockwool in the walls dividing the rooms to reduce noise. I personally like having the kids rooms nearby by so you can hear what they're up to...

Good call, id also sit it on a block basement with separate entrances, yeh this is a pretty place, on the right 5-7 acres up in the mountains of the south east with a big outbuilding id be in Heaven. No 4WD ? I’ll pick ya up at the gate lol.
I agree, a window door needs to be installed from kitchen to wrap around porch. That way you can access the porch from that end of the house.

Love the home! Maybe add a fireplace and yes the porch is not wide or deep enough. I liked the entry way 1/2 wall. Wear long pants and cowboy boots they seem to “help” with snakes.
I love this house would just upgrade all closets and pantry to wood shelving. I hate those wire shelves they just aren't strong enough.

Love the porch, grew up in old Victorian with large & wide wrap around porch. Im 70 & wish i could buy it but i have one already.
Make front of the porch a couple feet larger.
Wooden shelves, dont put any vents that hits your feet when youre using the bathroom.

Love the wrap-around porch on this home. The bedrooms are an excellent size. Would definitely have to have more cabinets in the Utility Room. The shower in the Owner's Suite is AWESOME!! Love the kitchen, and of course the Pantry. Nice neutral color tone throughout this house. Overall very nice home. Thanks for sharing.

I would put in a patio door or French doors instead of sliding doors. I don’t like all the bedrooms on one end. I don’t like wire racks in the closet.

I agree with everything you said. I hate sliding glass doors! We have a, relatively, new addition to our brick ranch with a sunroom for our Parrots. We have three sets of french doors going into our sunroom and another three sets of french doors going out to our back patio. They are gorgeous! ❤️❤️❤️

This is PERFECT. Exactly the kind of house I would want, seems like exactly the right size and I kind of like the unfinished attic area. It allows me to do with it what I want, and what I want is a bit unique. I would like to have a proper theater set up and also a home art studio. All that wonderful natural light coming in is GREAT for painting art!! I got this style home on my short list. :)
Definitely would choose a single story. I would move the pantry over with the laundry room. I would scale back the shower in the master bathroom to enlarge the linen closet. I would enlarge all closets. But all-in-all, I love this home!!!

First thing I would do is get rid of that half wall then all the carpet i would move the microwave to a bigger island and have a baking cabinet with the locking lift shelf rooms are ok but the porch would truly need to be wrap around not just sided to side and I would want it wider so u could have a table or a porch swing on it.

Beautiful home! Would like a little wider porch area. I would do away with all carpet and do all wood flooring through out. Would replace the microwave with more cupboard space. More cupboard space in laundry room. Love the Suze of all the bedrooms. Now if I could win the lottery I would be all set. Over all I would love the single level of this home.

This is one of my favorites not a fan of tall cabinets nor microwave above the stove and a door at the end of the porch would be better then a window
One thing you can make a positive comment on while walk around is the over hang of the roof since you can see that heavy rain made a line dent in ground away from the side a good distance since the roof over hang helps keep the water away from the siding and windows.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. It’s so large & I think the wrap around porch is so great. Thanks for this video. These are manufactured homes I believe. I also think the porch should be a bit wider. So beautiful. I know these homes were affordable once. Like all real estate has become so high. By the time you get your proposal, we’ll, septic, & yard work your up to half a mill. I love the Carolinas!

Love the porch and the can lights. But I would still add decorative lanterns on either side of the front door. It would be so pretty that way.
That's a great idea, maybe even lantern with real flames.
That unfinished space is nice, wondering if i bought one of these could i just drop it on a slab instead of brick footers

It needs an appliance garage left of the sink. Nice pantry good place to hide large appliances. I've always thought the washer and dryer should be closer to the bedrooms I stead of the garage or other side of the house. Master bedroom is to narrow and master bath seemed small. The u finished room I would turn I to a hippie pad. Thanks for the tour.
I would use more rustic dark colors in the kitchen personally, and probably want a larger sink basin for the kitchen. I'd also probably want more clearance on the upstairs portion so there's more room to put in a half bath and maybe one extra bedroom and a lounge type area. But those are just my initial thoughts on it.

Oh WOW! This home is absolutely beautiful. I wouldn't trade our 1980's brick ranch for it but if our home wasn't paid for and our situation was different this would definitely be something to think about! Just stunning!
Absolutely, loved the porch. My dream home will have a porch with a swing. I was liking this home up until the kitchen. I'd want it bigger. I liked the look of it, but I would have to change the location of the fridge away from the island. My fridge now is across from the side of our island, and I hate it. It's tight. Loved that pantry. I'd add a transom window in there. Laundry room was just OK. At least it has a sink. I've never seen such a squatty water heater. The toilet was in such an odd place in the guest bath. The master was underwhelming for me. The handheld shower right at the opening was also odd. You'd get water everywhere if you didn't hold it. Tfs!

Cabinets to the ceiling, not various heights, pull out drawers in island and lower cabinets. Nice pantry. Great shower in the main bedroom.
Just ok interior. Master is small. Seems a bit choppy for me. I do love the exterior and the porches.

I like the layout of this house, as well as the color choices. The appliance package is nice. The attention to detail with the crown moldings, baseboards, soft close drawers, the Farm style doors with the lever handles are terrific! I would want it as a single story, but the two story option is wonderful if you have children. The only thing I would want different would be gas connections for the stove and dryer and a tankless water heater, but I’m sure those would be changes that would easily be changed for us.
