This new modular house has everything you could possible dream of!! The manufacturer for this house is Nationwide Homes. The model for this home is the "Concord." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and has roughly 2,632 finished square foot(1,857 upstairs not included). Let me know what you think about the video! Although this video is old, I have actually viewed this home in person. It is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely remove all the carpet, add hardwood floors, add a large garden tub in the master bath and completely brick the home up and then put it on 2+ acres of land. THEN, I could really call it home

I was just looking at another CZcamsr and he was showing a house that needed to be rehabbed on a lake, and I thought to myself, one of Chance's houses would go great on that beautiful piece of land.. low and behold this video pops up. That is the one!

Chance, because of your efforts, my family, in New York, was able to research options and find a mobile home for 2elderly brothers in the family who live in North Carolina. They went in knowing what type of home was wanted/needed and knowledge of the other expenses that would/could occur. Some people Think that they can just buy the home and put it on the land but there are a whole lot of other processes that have to take place before even assembling the home. And that even assembling the home takes a certain amount of time before it can be turned over to the new owners. So say thank you for all your efforts and continue to keep up the good work.

That second floor was large enough to make it a really nice “apartment” or in-law suite.
In-laws get older and can't do stairs.

I really like the master bedroom setup with the bathroom and closet being separated from the bedroom. This home is fabulous.
The angles in these rooms really give it personality, getting away from all rooms must be 'square boxes'. I love angels, unexpected turns, it makes any house feel larger and so much classier. Great house!
i cant believe with all the thought that was put into this home that there is no walk in pantry or freezer space in the laundry room. thats a shame because home would have been PERFECT.
Freezer space can be done if the sink is made smaller or removed with a smaller cabinet.

I’d take out the half bath and put in a pantry. There’s no real difference in guests using the kids bath versus the laundry room bath. It would be different if all the bedrooms were upstairs and the half bath was downstairs. As is, pantry makes more sense to me.
@@tiffanysjustcoloring that's exactly what I was thinking! Most of the time if there's 2 baths your using the "kids bath" regardless so there's really no need for the half bath
exactly and other stuff is missing. I want a full house or should I say a complete house with everthing and maybe even entertainment theatre room.? hmmm
That formal dining area would be perfect for my baby grand piano and I would get rid of the half bath and use it for freezer and pantry

This s truly a beautiful home. I love the floor plan. So far this is my favorite decor. I love the lighter colors. I would have a first and 2nd floor master suite. On the second floor I’d love a walkout wrap around balcony and a theater room up there as well. Just gorgeous. Love your Chanel Chance👍🏽

I like your tours , your the best entertainment around, lol. I love the big 31/2 bath homes with front and back porches and big laundry rooms with a door for a garage. I love a semi private kitchen with a big pantry. I like the upstairs too!

Out of all the homes this one is my favorite, its gorgeous and the layout is nice too. I would prefer more privacy for adults. Grown-ups on one side and the kids somewhere else lol. The upstairs is nothing but possibilities. Just straight up awesome. I would love to get this home.

That top floor had literally enough space for 3 large bedrooms and a full bath. Or you could make 2 bedrooms and a theater. The possibilities are endless.

1800sq ft unfinished bonus space? There’s a whole house on top of this house. The bonus space alone is larger than my house now.

Exactly what I was thinking! You could finish the upstairs and, depending on the laws/ordinances in the area you're building, you could make a huge apartment up there to rent out. It would contribute a lot toward the mortgage 😉.
Or, if you have several kids, you could build bedrooms and a "hangout"/game room.
Great storage area with also adding a guest sweet. 😊

I would remove the carpet in the main living area and add hardwood add a tub in the master and have a space to put a freeze and pantry with a home this big I’m sure a lot of people would be living in it and that require a lot of food 😆

Im loving that dresser nook in the master bedroom- the dining room with the bay window- the kitchen being slightly separated from the living room & can we talk about the upstairs gym office & movie theater area (i mean- that's what id do😁) AND...North Carolina with that blue blue sky looks beautiful!!

Me too. My Master bedroom is 18’ x 20’ . Forgot the inches, so anything bigger than this and I know there is, I can really understand the dynamics of the room.

@@ManufacturedHousingExpert I actually thought I was the only person who felt that way... but I'm sure chance would agree there's tons of other people who also don't like that... I'm not real sure exactly what I would necessarily prefer but I know I don't like when you walk in standing in the living room and directly across is the kitchen.... I know there's a lot of people who like an open concept but I've been in an open concept home for 15 years and I honestly regret it...I cannot cook in my kitchen or do dishes without bothering whoever is in the living room...I just prefer a little separation honestly... and we're thinking about getting a newer either modular or manufactured home but that will most certainly be a requirement when looking.... we're still at least a year or two away but I love this channel chance makes me laugh and doesn't try to sell the house he's touring he just shows the house!! Which I like! Lol I hope that helps.... I'm sorry that wasn't more specific
This home is phenomenal. Your enthusiasm adds to the greatness of the tours and the channel’s success. I thought the layout was unique and different from so many other homes you’ve toured. The size of the bedrooms is exceptional. The master bedroom is truly a master suite. The master closet is incredible. The possibilities for the second floor are limitless. The placement of the stairs is design perfect. I can understand your affinity for this home.
I LOVE how the kitchen has some separation from the great room. I'm all for open concept and all, but I could literally tar and feather the genius who thought of making the kitchen and the great room one big room.

I'm from Mississauga Ontario Canada. I'm obsessed with these homes. The closet in the main bedroom would rent here as a bachelor appt for $1000/month! That home would be well over $2million here.. our housing market is ridiculous.
WOW! Totally ridiculous! These prices are too high here also, I have a mansion I paid less for! Brand new! Totally brick! Three floors! Double car garage, marble, real wood floors, 18 foot ceiling on the main floor! 9 foot ceiling upstairs, 12 foot ceilings downstairs! In an upper class neighborhood, in a cul-de-sac! These prices are too high for trailers, because you still have to buy the land to put them on! You can get a house in America, For150,000, small house, to 200,000, 250,000, for a bigger house already on the land!

I love this house even without a pantry as it does have a lot of of cabinets. This is the first one that I found myself trying to decorate, like thinking about what kind of curtains in the half bath. I love the different angles of the walls as it gives the house character. I would take this house in an instance.

I don’t like the open concept and this one is open but still different and I like it. I love how the master bdrm had the little walkway to get to it. The bonus space upstairs is the best one you showed so far bcz it’s not just straight , it’s actually sectioned off.

I'll tell you what I'd do with the second story. I'd make it a MASTER SUITE with a huge bathroom, walk in closet, sitting room, and make a third bedroom down stairs, making the other two bedrooms bigger. No rug in the dining room.
