I agree wire shelves in closets without rods for hanging clothes makes it look cheap. Builders need to realize women like wood shelves & closets to have storage.

Aww, Tim, I thought for sure you had me SOLD!!! Until I saw that the master off the dining room. For 300k a built-in microwave should come standard in this house, I shouldn't have to buy one & sit it on top of the counter. But overall this house is gorgeous!!!

Lol, I knew you'd be commenting the same thing as me. I saw that master right when he walked in the side door, and I was like, noooo! We could always move the master upstairs though, lol. I was also missing a pantry. That shower looks so relaxing!

Agree. Needs pantry and utility room with space for a freezer. I would also have full wall between living room a d kitchen and dining room. I'd put two entrances, one to kitchen, one to dining room. Upstairs I'd put two bedrooms and a bathroom. I love the porch, love the foyer. A beautiful home with some modifications could be perfect. I'd like a full basement but the cost would make this house way to expensive.

I love this home. I could probably fill those cabinets up. Only thing is I would want ac/heat vents/registers in the ceiling.
That is a gorgeous home inside and out. It felt very high end with all of the extras in the kitchen cabinets. The master shower felt very spa like & luxurious.

Beautiful home, can't believe it is a modular home. The porch is the best.
Absolutely stunning
Only thing I'd change is I'd take that bedroom beside the master and half it to give my master bath more space for a bathtub. Gotta have my bathtub! Then build a small bathroom in the first bedroom on that hallway. I'd leave that room there to store vacuums, my extra deep freeze ect but have the door open up towards the kitchen area instead of the hallway. The laundry room would definitely start at the kitchen entry to that hallway with a pocket door to hide it. That way it could be big enough for me to put my main deep freeze in and dog food containers, bowls and her bed in. Other than that, this house is perfect in setup and layout!
Oops, I meant I'd take out the bathroom on that hall but leave the room so I could use it for storage. Sorry my fingers got ahead of my brain, didn't finish my thought. Haha.
Oh and I'd put a lil tiny 1/2 bath upstairs so when people are up in the game room and they gotta pee, they won't be running through my house like banshee's, they cab stay up there and go! Bahahaha!
(Also meant to say I'd take out that wall in the laundry room also to make it bigger. 😉).
Marvelous Home! I've seen sight built homes that cost twice as much that don't finish out as nice as this. I truly think that is the best and well thought out kitchens I have ever seen. Hands down the best kitchen. Great tour Timothy. I believe this to be your best video yet. You just keep topping yourself. Cody is adorable. Hope that arm is healing good. This is a beautiful house. Not what I was expecting in a modular home.
I truly love this house, it is perfect but needs a fireplace. Love Love Love that Kitchen as if the Porch hadn’t already sold it! Living room is beautiful & homey, love that Staircase. Bedrooms are roomy & great Closets. The Master Bedroom is very nice w/that Trey Ceiling, so pretty & love the Double Closets, mine & his!. Master Bath is fantastic, everything you could want. That Upstairs is perfect for a Pool Table on one end & a comfy couch & TV on the other end & then unfinished area great for storage. Utility/Laundry Room needs a Door for entry into Carport or Garage. This one is as Alabama sang Close Enough To Perfect For Me!!!! Thank You
And the master bath needed a garden tub!
Love the wrap around porch on this home!! Love the "pull outs" in the kitchen drawers. Great idea of the twin closets in the Master Bedroom. The MB shower is nice - great design and the tiles are beautiful. The upstairs space is also nice.

I am loving this open concept.. good for when you have children or pets that you want to keep an eye on..I would prefer the vents in the ceiling, the microwave over the stove.

I don't care for my master to be off the kitchen/living area, and glad you said the wire closets could be changed to wood. I think the sitting room is a waste, but would make a nice "office" of sorts. I had one and finally changed it as it was never used. If it had a slide door, could be a sewing room???

Nice home - still love kitchen sink below a window; stove off to side; island free of any appliances; mudroom for this size home needs to be larger to include a counter top and space for a freezer or two; prefer Corian countertops, not granite; would get rid of coffered ceiling in Master; hand held only in master shower; bigger closet in master; wall off dining area; finish upstairs; would place on a 1/2 to 3/4 basement foundation since grown daughter lives with us; those electric panels on outside of house and the ones in mudroom could all be placed in basement mechanical room; ceiling heat/AC vents. Price is awfully high I think. Guess that is because it is close to DC. Still very nice.
The window seat by the front door is nice. The dishwasher elevated is a great idea. But, why not also have a stove top and the oven separate? Don’t want to bend over to use the oven.
