This mobile home is very nice and comes in at a great price point! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes. The model for this home is the "Sure Thing." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

right i paid 76 in 2019 for a clayton singlewide 16x76 drywall.... crown mold everything top of the line prices have jumped so much.... they had singlewides for 50k same style no drywall no molding and so on@@kellyhall7396
$80000 isn't a steal when you consider these homes have to have almost everything replaced at some point not to mention the resale rate is low and 80k doesn't cover the cost of putting it into place and moving it there. Building a house would cost you about the same with better siding and better insulation.
I was looking for the price ... that thing looks cheaper built than a RV.....No way would I pay for that home
Land prices are the killer for me in NW Indiana; I'd spend as much for the lot anywhere decent as for the trailer(!)
Nice for a basic single wide. I would like to see all white cabinets in the kitchen because the gray ones with the darker countertops makes a dark kitchen. I also would put the sink under a window and remove the island. I prefer a dining table. Not bad.
Love the Floorplan and the look of the bathrooms. I do not like the living room and kitchen. Too rustic and took much brown. Reminds me of the old cheap trailers from years ago. Great price! If I couldn't have them change it up then I'd hire a contractor to redo it all.

Just an FYI for you. I watched another video and this man said everyone don't buy this year because he was a contractor and he keeps up with the prices of things. He said wood has gone back down. He said they are just getting too greedy that if we stop buying for a while, they will have to lower the prices. Even besides that, I believe the housing market is close to a crash.

Put the kitchen sink in front of the window with the dishwasher so u have the hole island to work at

I hope you can get rid of the trailer walls. Also be able to upgrade for tornadoes and bad weather. Would you please speak the prices as you show them,many of us use a phone and can't see the writing. Thanks

I liked the single, I’d go for the longer one with a laundry room. But it’s nice.
I think the rustic cabinets and floors will date too quickly otherwise lovely. Love the breakfast bar. I might stand there cooking all day if I could so easily interact with everyone around. Needs a full-length covered verandah 10 ft wide then it be perfect.

I would like this in a 2 bed 2 bath. And I absolutely hate the above the stove vent!!
Id LOVE this but would like to change to 1 sink in the master (I live alone) and go no carpet.
The bigger secondary bedroom would be a pantry/storage/craft room for me
the smallest bedroom I'd make into my brothers room for when he visited over night.
I'd figure out a way to hang a curtain over the utility area to hide it.

When I saw the headline I thought he means inexpensive, not cheap. After looking at the tour, the headline was correct. It looks cheap. Sorry, just my opinion.

$80,000.00 is ridculous for that. Six years ago that would have been $40,000. They are price gouging because these have become popular. I agree with the lady below that this look may not last long and it will become dated. Thanks for showing these, I do enjoy your videos.
I don’t understand double sinks when you have little counter space. One sink is fine for 2 people. I’d much rather have the counter space.

I’d put the washer/dryer in the master bath in place of the tub, which I can’t use. That would make mine even cheaper. But $80 grand isn’t bad for all this room.

So One thing that many of these leave me asking is. If the washer/dryer is set up like this why not put a set of big or tri fold doors in front of them?
Maybe not enough room in the hallway to walk through with laundry if doors are open. Even bi- or tri-fold doors take up room, so it was easier (and cheaper) to omit the doors. Maybe some long curtains instead (flexible, soft if you walk into them).

$80K-ish isn't bad for what it is, and maybe you need a little sleep there to get those words out. It happens.

Clayton is my least favorite, this one looks like a trailer on the inside and that I'm not a fan of. I tend to vear towards the homes that on the inside you can't tell if its a trailer or a actual house.

INEXPENSIVE is a better word to use! Cheap refers to quality and not price when you see the headline.
Yea I don't care for this one at all. The kitchen functionality is bad - sink so far from stove? Poor work triangle. And as fitted, floors clash with cabinetry. And overall, that "rustic" look with the dark door frames and such look like units from the 70s. Same with the lack of drywall leaving the visible seams. Price might be good but it looks cheap.
