This mobile home is very nice and comes in at a great price point! The manufacturer for this house is Clayton Homes(NXT). The model for this home is the "Country Cottage." We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Nice to see ceiling vents and wooden racks. Good to have washer/dryer in a room but I don’t like the glass door because my utility room would not always be tidy. No island; needs a dining table. Nice master bathroom. And I frequently have to say this : no linen or storage closets is a deal breaker for me.
I like this one and I personally tune in cause happiness and goofy humor brings a smile to my face everytime.
I really like this home. I'd use that middle bedroom as a den/office, and the second one as a guest bedroom.
Really like this layout. Having the bathroom accessible to back door. Makes bedrooms seem bigger. Bigger master bath and better closet. This is a sweet deal.

I think this is beautiful inside and out, tape and texture, ceiling ducts. The living room and kitchen are stunning, the windows are great. Nice utility room but I could do without screen door. Nice guest bath would add sliding glass doors to tub/shower. Really nice layout and design. Definitely no carpet but master bedroom is nice and the master bath is perfect. I love this home, I would buy this beautiful home. Thank you, Chance.

Nice looking mobile home..seeing a single wide with an overhang on all the sides shows it can be done.Abd it's a lot better look and construction. Plus not haven't cheap metal air return in the floor to step on and bend all the time is nice too.. Real wood cabinets is a winner.. Nice home..
Classic Clayton! They've always got to have those master toilets boxed in tight up against walls unnecessarily.

I think I would Make it a 16x80. Two more feet in the front bedrooms. Kitchen was adequate. I'd have the back entry door open in so you could have storm door for cross ventilation. I didn't see if there was a seat in the master shower. A window on the back wall above the toilet and some mirrored medicine cabinets in the bathrooms and a floor ti ceiling bow window in the front bedroom, optical illusion to make the room seem bigger would be nice additions. Living in the cold cold winter northland a down draft furnace/ac isa must. All in all a good floor plan and layout. I'm really into the larger single wides as cost less, easier to move and set up.
Chance, you need to add a search button to your website. I followed one of your 'Shorts' to your website to check out the house you were showing, but couldn't figure out which one it was, given the fact you have so many homes to choose from. I'm not complaining, just offering an opinion.. The model I was looking at is/was the Heritage Elite by Meadow Homes in as it was setup in Cookville Tennessee. Using those keywords with a 'search feature', you could guide someone directly to the home in question. Just saying! Either way, you have a cool channel.
Wish the masrer/primary bedroom was larger. Otherwise, love it.

One thing I have noticed with not only the single wide but the larger ones too is they never have any counter space on the sink vanities. If they do it isn't much. That is one thing you need to tell them. Idk about other women, but I need space to get ready.

I love this home except for the lack of a pantry and the lack of closet size. Other than those two items it is perfect for a single person such as myself!

This home is awesome and the master bathroom is exquisite, just a random thought for content, you could do a 10 episode series "pantry pleasures" top 10 pantries and redo those homes, just a thought, love ya my brother from another mother stay blessed.
This is a nice unit, easy floor plan to live in. Nice privacy between bedrooms. Your humor is just fine, y'all are good.
Love the humor, Chance. I feel like you get me 🤣. Very nice home for a single wide. The only thing I tend to question: 3 bedrooms means maybe 2 parents and 2-4 kids could live in this house if the kids had bunk beds. Even if it’s only 2 kids and 2 parents that’s 4 people. So, an island with 2 chairs…. 2 people can eat at a time? Or are they tv tray people? Idunno about anybody else but I’d have to have actually SEATING for at LEAST the people who live there so we could eat together. If you put a table under the window you have to walk around it to get to the bedrooms and bath. If you have 6 people in the home a table that’s gonna fit there would only seat maybe 4. So 2 have to eat facing the other direction at the island. That’s not good. Families need that dinner time bonding sitting at the SAME table. If you need more space the island has to go and you have to put a big table there. And kids need a place to do homework. There isn’t enough room in those bedrooms for a desk. And again, 3-4 kids and each needs a study space. That place isn’t set up for a family. It’s set up for a couple or single parent and one kid. 2 seats. That’s it. ???

Love your humour! I do wish you'd slow down a bit as you pan and move thru the rooms. You have a 14-minute video, yet you spend the first 3 minutes and 13 seconds looking at the outside and over a minute at the end chatting. So, maybe slow down the middle bit and cut out some of the outside at the beginning.

I like the accessibility to the bathroom From the back of the house. There was something about the kitchen and living room layout that I didn’t really like there’s no room for a table. This was not my favorite overall.

The stove with a hood belongs were the refrigerator is and refrigerator belongs were the stove is cuz it's doesn't look right laundry room should have a coat closet I like the island cabinets with a counter top with some brown in it bedrooms need carpet to keep floors warmer I would do two bedrooms and make my laundry room bigger like a mudroom two master suits with one bathroom two entrance shower two small get rid of the tubs walk in showers only

Small bedroom closets shouldn't have doors that swing in !! Who thought this was a good idea? Usually, people have things stored on the floor in a closet this size that are not walk-in-closets.
