This modular double wide has a massive living room and kitchen setup!! The manufacturer for this house is Commodore Homes. The model for this home is the "Landmark Ultra 13." This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,961 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

Ok, coat closet by the front door, YES! Linen closet in the hall bath, YES! Master closet is NOT in the bathroom, YES! Love it!

Table in utility room is for folding. Impressive utility room
The floor plan describes it as a craft area.
Could be for folding, crafts, sewing, desk, could be a lot of different things depending on how the owner needs/wants to use it!
Well, since it is a Laundry Room, that would be used for folding clothes. Or if you happen to be a crafter, then there is that. I am not. But it seems to lack space to put in an upright freezer.

I love the fact that this home has a foyer! The closet was a little small but overall the home is excellent.

@@chanceshomeworld From Lil Giant They made a lot of nice contrast in the color, dark and light. Also in direction of siding-horizontal and vertical. Simple building design , but those contrasts make it much more attractive.
I absolutely love this home! I love that it had a ramp at the entrance instead of stairs. I have a handicap son and that's important to me

The layout is quite good. Having a real sense of separation with the foyer and another separation between the kitchen and living room make this model appealing. (And NO barn doors!)

I love the layout of the home.bur I don't know how I feel about the tub in the master in the middle like that.

I loved everything about this home until the master bedroom closet and the master bathroom. I’ve been spoiled watching all the Deer Valley walk in showers. With a few changes in the master bathroom, this one checks off all my boxes on my wishlist. Thank you for the awesome tours!

I felt the same way. Everything was great until the master bedroom. Closet was a bit too small bathroom seemed a little crowded and not a fan of the tub between the sinks. Also I want a bigger walk in shower. Sorry but my last complaint about the master is that it is right next to the kitchen. Not sure that I want my bedroom smelling like what I cooked for dinner LOL
I felt the same way.. loved it until the master bedroom and bath.. if they fixed that, it would be perfect.

Even though I could talk about the master bathroom, the kitchen, and the deck, ; I have to give the foyer and living room hands down a welcoming into this home. It was spacious, thanks for sharing again Chance.

Coat closet, the layout, the kitchen isn't the first thing you see. Kitchen is awesome I'm a pastry chef I'd lose my mind with all that space, that porch yasss!

I thought it was just me. I hate a open floor plan when u can see the kitchen and living room together.
Chance, this is pretty close to perfect. The only things I’d change are:
1. Get rid of the tub in the master bath.
2. Make room for a freezer in the utility room.
3. Cover the porch.

Kathy, I totally agree with your suggestions. However, I think a freezer would most likely go into a garage that this home needs. I noticed most homes have no room for a freezer unless it has a garage, a basement, a laundry room, or an extra large butler's pantry. If the latter, I'd be doing the "PANTRY Dance" right along with Chance. (This 74 year old grandma of 14 thinks he is such an awesome joy to watch, much like his adorable little son! ("The apple doesn't fall far from the tree!") You're appreciated, Chance. Thanks ❤️

Love the kitchen!!! Like the colors. I could do without the tub and just make a longer double sink in the master bedroom.

Oh, HELL no LOVE the master bath! Double sinks in my opinion are just wasted counter space.
The floor plan is basically the Winston Helicon but without the sunroom it adds so much light in the kitchen. Awesome!

Wonderful Tour!! The home is beautiful. The only thing that was odd was the small closet in the Master bedroom and the Master bathrooms bathtub was oddly placed. But the home exterior was beautiful and loved the layout of everything else. 💗

I agree. I don't need a huge tub. The closet should be bigger (though thank God it's not "in" the bathroom!). Shower was a tad underwhelming. Otherwise, one of the best modulars I've seen!
You could put shelves in those nooks on either side of the TV. Blessings and Peace ❤️✝️. Crafting in the laundry room.

There's so much to like (entry, coat closet, large utility room, guest bath tucked away, etc.) BUT I can't handle people walking in a home and looking directly into the master bedroom and the refrigerator is too far away from the stove.

I like this a lot... definitely lots of room in the living room and kitchen... Always love when there is a pantry dance... eventually you'll slip and show us your moves!!!

Sweet Colonial grid windows, love the front door, spectacular foyer... game day/Holiday kitchen/dining/living room set up. Also loved the frosted door on the pantry. Love the entry to the porch from the Master. Just a great modular. Love your tours! See you Thursday.

I really love the kitchen and the guest bathroom. Three Stone Homes have it set up that you can change anything. I don't do a tub, just a shower. But every home there is beautiful!! And I'm like you, I like waking up and having carpet to stand on, not cold floors. Keep up the good work 👌! Your in my state of Missouri, and I was so hoping you would go there to three Stone Homes. Thank you!! Oh and the utility room, the best!!

This is a beautiful home. Love, love, love the outside! The laundry room is a wowzer!!!! Lay out is perfect! Only thing I would change is the kitchen cabinets to white and the island cabinets grey. Thanks for sharing!!

No ironing... it could be used as a craft table or sewing table. I guess it could be for kids doing homework or mini office... but I love the Utility room and the Kitchen❤️❤️❤️ I hate the tub between the sinks 🤮

I actually love everything about this home. The guest bedrooms seem a bit small but it's doable.
I remember the Franklin. It was hard to beat! However, this is super great also! - the porch here is so nice! The barn wood accents are really a nice touch! Great pantry! I prefer the sink in front of a window, but that’s me. Nice, soft close drawers. I also like how the utility room is separate, and great to have a folding table! I like carpet in bedrooms, too! Keeps the feet warm, and comfortable! The Franklin seemed to have more Master closet area, but truly this is a wonderful home! Chance, you always put wonderful homes! Keep it up!!!

So many cool amenities in this home! The finishes overall are also great and I love the little touches like the closet by the front door, decent pantry, folding table in the utility room, bench in the utility room, beautiful accent wall in the master, tub and shower in the master, and finally the clerestory windows to add more light. ETA: This also has one of the nicest exteriors of any home you've toured.

For me, this is the perfect home. Other than colors, the layout is great. The closet in the master bedroom is not in the bathroom. I would get rid of the tub and have more counter and cabinet space.
I love dogs, so I would do hardwood or laminate. I don’t like a cold floor in the morning, so I would use rugs.

This is the perfect home, the layout is certainly NOT boring. I don't mind wire shelves, it;s the overall home that matters. Love how the master bath is laid out, perfect and not over the top.

Oh this kitchen!! ❤️❤️❤️ There's so much I love the layout, the deck, the laundry room, the entry, the master bath shower. A few things I would want to tweak, but overall this is a home run. Can't wait to see the site built homes.
I like the setup for this one a lot, except I'd prefer a bit bigger bedrooms (just my preference), that kitchen and living room layout though is very nice.

Chance you have outdone yourself finding this home! It is perfection! You walk into a foyer with a coat closet! There are so many windows making the home bright and cheery. Love the Linen closet in the hallway. The living room is good sized. I adore that kitchen and pantry. Plenty of room for the table in front of the glass doors to the deck. So beautiful. The master bedroom is beautiful with plenty of windows. Love the master closet and the bathroom is just the right size, not too big or too small. I just love it! 😎

Love the utility room in this one! That huge table is very versatile and could be used for folding, ironing, but also crafting and if you have kids doing homeschooling, they could sit there! NICE!! The floor plan is perfect. The colors wouldn't need changed at all. LOVE, Love, love it!!
It seems all the manufactured homes have the living room and kitchen so open to each other, I know most people like that, but I do not, but that’s just me, other than the open concept, it’s so pretty!

Linen closet, beautiful laundry/mud room with side door entry, master bath gorgeous! Chance, I believe this is my all time favorite.
The floor plan is great the way the perfect kitchen leads to the dining room and then out to that large porch.

I really like it...The things i would change are i would want a double sink in kitchen ....no wire racks in closets and master bathroom sinks put together for more counter space in middle...also the kitchen is huuge if i could i would make it smaller and have it open to the living room and also take that kitchen space and add it to the living room space to make it bigger...In the living room i would want the tv wall to be open so that i could a bigger 📺 in that wall....
Love that it has balconies..carpet in rooms ....eat in kitchen...dishwasher...coat ,linen,and pantry...glad the master closet is not in the bathroom...bonus is the laundry folding table...

That kitchen is magnificent! The rest of the house is odd and poorly laid out. Why in the world does the laundry room (which was stunningly beautiful) and back door lead to bedrooms? And what’s with the recessed areas by the TV? Beautiful colors and finishings but man I just want to rearrange pretty much the whole house.
