We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Sinks on opposite sides are always nice in the master bedroom. That way, I won't mention who, can't take up more than her share of the countertop. Oops, did I say her ?
That being said, I thought they both seemed tight on counter space.
Love deer valley homes
They are very nice.
One thing I've noted consistently as I've watched the different homes, typically there is very little wall space. There are windows, doors, or something which eliminates or causes difficulty having china cabinets, book shelving, entertainment centers, sofas only can fit on one wall, etc. The layouts are pretty but limiting. Love the tours. Thank you.

Nope I disagree...I HATE a fireplace, but I have lived thru a home fire due to issues with a fireplace (lost everything) So No I wouldn't EVER want another fireplace in my home....I could LOVE a home and if it had a fireplace I wouldn't buy it
Finally someone is using there heads and making the second bath big enough for the teens. Love this house!
This is just about the perfect layout. I really liked everything about this home. Cullen is a natural in front of the camera just like his daddy.

Showed this to my husband, and he agrees….the master bedroom closet should be on the wall between the noise of the washer and dryer….the closet would absorb the noise. We used to have a beautiful Palm Harbor that had the closet against the noisy living room wall…..it really makes a world of difference!
Besides the wood burning fireplace, I would miss having a real foyer with a coat closet. Otherwise, a really nice home! Oh ... and freezer space in the utility room would have been nice.

Beautiful Home lots of space and a lot of windows which makes it very bright that way you don't have to turn on many lights especially during the daytime! White cabinets love it. Really nice guest bathroom. "LOVE THE PANTRY DANCE"! And the master bath is nice. Your son is gorgeous and he has such a cute face and his dimple on the side of his cheek is adorable!

The guest bath was nice, the kitchen ceiling with the decorative box around the recessed lighting above the island was fantastic, the pantry was cool, but in this video it was Cullen for me Chance! 🥰

I remember this home from the first tour. I love this home and fell in love when I saW the brick siding. I also love the fact that it has a pantry and the hall layout. What a beautiful home, Chance. Love the outside brick in the front and the white siding. Nice front porch and love the windows. The eating area is incredible , so much room , gorgeous kitchen windows and huge island. Great pantry good for dancing and stocking up the goodies. Living room is perfect for family and friends to gather. The flooring is beautiful. I like the bedroom closets. Plenty of room for clothes and toys. The master bedroom is lovely and roomy. Plenty of closet space for clothes for all seasons. The master bath is great. Plenty of storage space for linens. The bathtub is large and the tiled shower is very nice. The whole home is just perfect and super spacious. Thank you Chance for such an enjoyable tour. The best part was seeing daddy and Cullen at the end of the tour. What a cute boy. He outshines the house but not by much cuz that house is gorgeous. Love that it's not a shotgun plan as my SIL calls them. Nice twists and turns. Can't believe the overly generous room and closet sizes. And that porch is the icing on this tasty CAKE!

I do remember this one. I've also noticed whether it's a second tour of a home or a new tour, the prices have gone up a fair bit.

Another beautiful home to add to my favorites collection. I love the wrap around porch that is one of the nice features of a home. Everything else about this home is great and the pantry dance, I love the shadow of you dancing. No matter how serious you try to be it's funny because we know it's coming especially when we see the door hahaha. I need to watch your videos all the way through because the best part of this video was getting to see your son. He is so cute and they're always acting shy when they're two but you know they're cuddlers.

I'm glad you toured this one again, it's one of my fav's! Huge living room, huge dining area, gorgeous kitchen....with a separation wall, YEAH!!! Love the front porch, the brick touch is nice.
Changes I would need -- darker colors, dark flooring, darker outside colors, the double widow on the front where the brick wall is would need to be spaced out as I like everything to look even and centered.
Need square bathroom sinks, a mosaic glass panel in the pantry door, glass door cabinets, black appliances, and maybe a small window or skylight in the water closet.

My only question, in the kitchen, I noticed the stove was electric, is there an option to have a gas stove installed instead? Thank you again for the wonderful homes you show us!
I can tell you I bought an Eagle River home and the major appliances were not included. The ones in the show models are just ones they put in to make houses look complete for touring. The model I saw had electric and when they set up my house, they installed a line for my gas stove because I told them that is what I was going to put in. Hope that helps.

Perfect home, until….the master bath. The “tiny” split vanities and the open shelves in the water closet are a deal-breaker for me. The master bath would have to have to total re-design for my liking. Other than that, nice home😊

This house is pretty darn nice. So many things I like about it. The outside of the house is just spectacular looking. Inside I love the divider counter between the kitchen and living room areas, that was a really nice touch, I think its very unique. The dining room with the windows all around it is really nice, I love that. I also like the microwave and built in oven together like that. It just looks better. One thing I do not like is the sink in the island....thats a no no. But for the most part this is one of the top homes I like. Your little boy is precious....what a sweetheart.
