Best pantry I’ve ever seen! I would use that long bar as an appliance bar. I’d line up my crockpot, air fryer, etc on this. No more shuffling on my hands and knees to get to the right appliance anymore.
The water heater access is in the utility room…right where it belongs!
Great job showing the bathroom. I appreciate you not being so manic to save the shower as the high point. In this home that honor belongs to the pantry! Well done.

I agree...my instapot, crock pot, bread machine,food processor, giant juice jugs, oh the big stuff always clutters up a kitchen...this spot is perfect!
Could you fit a wine fridge in the bar area of the pantry?
Not a fan of most DW's, but there is NOTHING I would change about this one. It's perfect!
I would up the ceiling from 2 to 3 feet high and only than it would be the disent home.
And take off the front windows on the porch and back doors, and change the false venetian plaster to regular white flat plaster.
On the average it it a very pleasant intetior design.
As for the exterior I would add metal facade panels and double seam roofing and only than it would be the perfect home inside and out. The price for this luxury is about 50K extra but if one wants the neighbours envy him nothing could stop the hero.
I agree. I really don't like double wides but this is gorgeous!
Huge fan of double wides and with a disabled child this porch would have been the bomb diggity, but I signed my contract and now waiting in line for mine to be built. My porch will not be covered and not anywhere near as nice as this but there's always the future to addon and make it enclosed like this. This gives me inspiration. I do also love some single sides but with all her medical equipment they just are not big enough.

And I love that you talk to ‘us’ as if we are there and as if we are your friends and you know us! The foyer / porch layout is what makes this home special. The only thing missing is a butler and a maid.
That price range that you gave is really a great price for what I expected you were going to say. I thought you were going to say that this home was around 300k at the low end, which actually wouldn't be so bad either since most stick built homes like that are over the 500k mark. Love that floor plan. I agree with you. This home does deserve a gold metal.

I like the way they made the entertainment area of your TV and you got a fireplace and it's all down low a nice shelving on each side. It drives me crazy when people have big tall fireplaces and put the TV so far up on the wall you got a strainer your neck to look at it I feel like I'm in the hospital. That drives me crazy when people do that. Nice-looking house by the way

I love the set up in this house. Love the rustic foyer and how it looks out onto the porch area. There are some things I would change out from one house to the other house. Like the color of the fireplace and back splash, I liked the other houses colors. Love the kitchen and livingroom in this one. And the dining area being right there with the kitchen. And the wonderful pantry.
Storm/screen doors on that back porch makes an ideal playroom. 😊
I like this house much better then the the other house. I love the layout of this house, because the primary suite is not right off the living room or the dining room like it is in the other house. In this house I would opt out of the door onto the porch straight across from the front door & just have the door in the dining area to lead out to the porch, but that's just me. I would also opt out of the brick in the kitchen & around the fireplace & add more of a natural stone instead. This house is very pretty it made my most favorite list 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
I think this home MIGHT just be ALMOST PERFECT! I REALLY love it! I guess if you were to twist my arm I would say that if I were making all the decisions for MY OWN home I would choose different light fixtures. I know, I know you said you liked them Chance. But I like smoother lines. I'm not a fan of the new contemporary fixtures. I like a house to look like a home. So, while not liking clutter a few things here and there that show the people living there and what's important to them. So the minimalistic style isn't my favorite. BUT I REALLY like that in this home I could have my coffee bar in the pantry. Allowing me to keep the coffee maker off the kitchen counter. (IMHO the ONLY things on the counter should be something that is decorative or adds to the overall aesthetic). I like kind of a mix of farmhouse and elegant. So I guess it would be "traditional elegance ". I like softer lines so I would choose rounded lighting. I would also go for either round or oval bathroom sinks ( corners in a sink are harder to keep clean) As well as rounded edges on the door handles. Black or bronze coloring for the light fixtures, faucets, shower head and door handles is great (they show less "kid clutch"... ie dirty sticky fingers.) I didn't like feeling like I had to chase after my kids with cleaning supplies while they were growing up. A quick sweep, mop, and wipe-down after they went to bed was perfect.
This is my WOW! house!! Beautiful!! Lot's of big rooms. Love that porch!! The microwave has to go. Love to have a gas stove, and different water heater. Tankless gas water heater!!
Jetted tub in master bath would be nice - a fold down seat in shower also not crazy about the brick color backsplash / fireplace surround - otherwise am in love ❤
Absolutely love that pantry like you said set up some coffee and a toaster oven some Danish too! But also there's real wood shelves. The huge dining area out onto a big patio! Love the colors! The fixtures are very nice too! Of course the master is beautiful! Colors are soft the square sinks are what I'd choose! I'm not into rustic but that's fine. The price is right! 😮 "$240's WOW!"
The best I ever seen. I am not a fan of rustic. This one is retro of the Rustisc 1970s! Maybe early 80s. Green! Glad it's back! My favorite color! The bricks... ah. Everything reminded me of my first home I grew up in. My dad designed our home in 1958 and updated with expanded in 1970 with decor similar to this dw. Even same green hue. Dark beams and wood. Ahh. Brought back memories. I would have bought this if I only have the money...
My favorite. Take fireplace off porch. Can't burn wood. But I love it.

This might be the best home you've ever shown! Love the style/colors, floorplan, etc. I'd make a few changes, like square sinks, a front coat closet, & a solid wall for cupboards rather than the dining room window, but overall a fabulous home! The laundry room was fantastic, with the hot water & furnace in there plus space for a freezer plus. A gem of a home. And Cullen is a cutie.
I wondered if it could be changed to square sinks or ones that sit on the counter vs in.
I'm not a fan of the brick or the brown color but all that could be fixed. This home is amazing

Wow! This one is stunning as well! One side of me is saying carry the brickwork from the kitchen out onto the back porch area and to accents on the exterior of the home like half way up the front of the entryway (outside) and maybe as they skirting instead of a standard block or such. Oh boy, yeah this one is very nice.

Love the pantry and laundry room the only thing I would change is there is no light fixture above the dining room table. Hopefully one day you can come out west and show us some houses out here

If one wanted they could put a kids activity table in the utility room right next to the sink.

Hello Chance! Hello Cullen! Well if Cullen gives this place a big thumbs up, it's gotta be good! Right?! I like the face he makes at the end of his thumbs up! There's a lot that I really like about this house, and some I don't like. Good thing you have lots of different options.
#1) I love the porches. But...that big foyer is wasted space for us. I would close off the door to the back porch and have a Coat Closet built in the foyer in it's place. I'd also make the two windows going out onto the back porch from the foyer, and the two front porch windows, openable, at least a portion of them.
#2) Only thing I'd change in the Living Room is to put in a Gas Fireplace instead of the electric one. I'd have carpet in this room.
#3) In the Kitchen I'd cut the island down and put wheels on it. Also the microwave would need to be moved, it's way to low in the island like that, unless you are a child or midget. I'm short, but not that short. The windows over the sink need to be openable. Need a Gas Cook Stove. Love the Pantry area! I also love that green color on the walls!
#4) The Guest Bathroom is super nice and roomy! Even around the commode area! The two guest bedrooms would be turned into my Library Music Studio Office Rooms with a small sitting area with a small gas fireplace in the sitting area and carpet in that area.
#5) The Utility Room is a nice size too! There appears to be room for an Upright Freezer as well. And of course we'd have a Garage with a Storage unit built at the back door. Maybe a pet shower as well.
#6) The Dining Room. I like the windows and door leading to the back porch. But my Grandma's China Cabinet would have to be placed in front of the windows on the back wall of the dining room, so I might have at least one of them removed. We'll see.
#7) The back porch. When I sit on my porch, front or back or side, I do so because I want to enjoy the animal life I can see. We're in the National Forest so we can see a !it of wildlife. The way this porch is made with the fireplace...well the fireplace blocks the view! So move the fireplace to the other wall (Master bedroom wall, I believe) and then enclose the rest of the porch with windows with screens to be opened when wanted - that way the porch can be used no matter what the weather! Your idea of putting an extension of the porch, or deck, on is good too, with a grill and other eating areas. Be great for family and/or friends partying!!
#8) The Master Bedroom is a good size, I like it. That Master Bathroom...!! Thank you for showing that water closet so directly. I could see that there was plenty of room around the commode area even for me! A rare occurrence I've found. I'd leave the door open because of my claustrophobia of course, but it's a nice area! The Closet and the rest of the bathroom...I like the green walls. I would unfortunately have to replace the tub with a Handicapped Tub. But the Tile Shower only needs a door and a bench seat. I didn't see a linen closet either. Did I miss it? Carpet in the bedroom; might even put one in the closet too, and a bench in the closet to sit down on to get dressed. Closet is big enough for a small bench at least.
We'd build porches around the house to the garage, some enclosed and some just covered. The pricing isn't too bad for this place either. Thanks for showing it Chance. Good video and nice house! Love Cullen! He's so cute! God bless you and your family Chance!

Nice home with a lot of room. However, where is the dedicated linen closet? There's certainly enough room to have found a place for one. I guess you could put your linens in the closed cabinet in the laundry room.

This might be my favorite. A few personal preference changes like colors and I’d be happy to have this home.
As a Canadian the amount of times i see an outside TV just confounds me lol. I'd rather just fully enclose that back porch into a tv/theatre room as leaving that tv out there in the winter would be a surefire way to be buying tvs every year lol.
Very cool that there is a perfect spot out side the utility room door to add a garage without blocking any windows. This has everything!

I would get rid of the door in the dining room. I’d make the windows shorter and put some Bench seating on 2 walls and make a really big table with chairs on the other 2 sides of the table. I would also have a deck with the grill. I would have to screen in that porch. The “skeeters” here are just too much. Id have to add shelving on the other side of that master closet. Love the bathroom. I laugh at how they have those big windows above the tub, most of the time they aren’t tinted. They don’t have blinds. They DO know you have to stand up to get out of the tub, right? 😂

Absolutely beautiful home. The porch is a must have. I love that it has two fireplaces, not only a pantry, but separate whole room for a coffee bar and pantry, beautiful kitchen, and love the roomy master and ensuite. You better believe I ❤️ love, Love ❤️ the builders were smart enough to include the tub and shower. I maybe would use other paint options for some of the rooms, but this home is AMAZING! Wish we could find some of these Larger modular homes in Georgia & that companies would have separate hall entrances to come in from NEXT to the laundry rooms & NOT having to go thru the laundry rooms so you can add a garage if you want
Nice! I would request no foyer entry to the back deck, only the side entry from the dining room & just have a wall as you enter the home! I’m imagining a table with a mirror as u come in!
On the back porch, i would eliminate the tv/fireplace because the purpose of a back deck in my opinion is to connect with nature & disconnect from technology. If as is, might as well convert the area into a family room vice a porch area!
The only thing I was not a fan of was the back porch right across from the front door. But It is beautiful.

That back deck is a major plus on this one.
I just love the rustic vibe of that home. The pantry drives me to DANCE. The only disappointment is master closet entrance in the bath.

Well. This one is just absolutely wonderful. I think the dual porches make it. It's ringing all the bells for me.
1. Walk in pantry. Perfect!
2. Huge Kitchen sink window.
3. Walk in closets.
4. Good sized utility room.
5. Great color pallette.
6. All those gorgeous wooden shelves everywhere.
With a few issues:
1. No coat closet by front door.
2. Not really many storage closets.
Personal beefs:
1. No farm house sinks. Period.
2. I like all the bedrooms at one end of the house. But I could live with this one.
3. Change access to master closet from bedroom itself. Don't want all that shower humidity in my clothes.
4. Would like to see a layout that shows a stair access to a full basement. That would solve a lot of storage issues it the house was on a basement.
Love the rustic farmhouse look. Double thumps up!
Ok......aside from a few minor adjustments to colors and textures...........this one is absolutely TEN STARS all the way across!!!! Mainly cause I love front and back porches! And in these homes you show us, it is rare that any of them have both!!!!

Only one change I'd make to this house, I like the style of shower that was in the mobile home "The Grayson" with the little bench. I'd see about changing the shower out for one like that in the master. Other wise, this is a really amazing home.

Love the wide foyer entrance, back porch, size of bedrooms great, the glass door off entrance onto porch with windows not crazy about would only want entrance to porch from dinning too many windows to clean lol
First, I Love the ceiling texture. Second, I Love the Venta Hood.....not to mention the Pantry; The Closets are very Nice. Chance you know I prefer wooden closets no wire racks. The Back Porch is where we would entertain...with a Deck. This is one of the nicest one since the Triple wide...Why is the Closet in the Bathroom, But it does have a door, I think.
