This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Buccaneer Homes). The model for this home is the “Anna Fae” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,000 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Yes ! And the kitchen needs windows on the other side. That side of the room is really dark & looks closed in.

Lovely floor plan. I think I'd use the back area as a baking/prep kitchen; ie, keep the stand mixer and food processor there, plugged in and ready to go.
I love the area next to the kitchen. It’s perfect for a butler’s pantry. Those are Highland cattle, originally from Scotland. It’s not a bull, because their horns point down, so this is a female. This is a great home, Chance. The only negative I see is that the “triangle” in the kitchen is too large. The appliances need to be closer together. Great one!
Close, the Highland bulls horns are thicker and straighter with just a slight upward curve compared to the cows. Quite the hairy beasties.
I just love this layout. Probably one of the best! I love the look of the kitchen.... Very unique, but as others have commented, the placement of the stove could be a problem. It would be awkward always running back and forth from the fridge, counters and sink to the stove. If it were possible to swap the location of the fridge and stove, it would help. Otherwise this place is perfect!
Love the unique floor plan, but I have to wonder about the kitchen sink and stove and refrigerator being further apart than they should be - if it would be inconvenient to cook in that kitchen! That was one heck of a pantry too! Wow! Great job 👍

I like that the stove is away from the sink and prep area, here in Mississippi, it gets hot in the kitchen 😅
Bad placement for the stove/over. But it looks really nice. That extra room off the kitchen is really nice.

That's actually not a bad price for this size, not to mention how beautiful it is. I love wood, shiplap, and that utility room/extra kitchen space. You're outdoing yourself every week with all these shows you're going to!!!!!

It's a Highland cow. Love this home! I am a stickler for windows that open up though and I would have to re-arrange the sink to another area because I also would like there to be a window above the sink. It's very warm and inviting and country like, which is another factor that is important. It has a very spacious kitchen and laundry room. The master bathroom is wicked nice, and I love the master/bath. Love love love it! Thanks again Chance for another great tour!
I really love this model! And buccaneer will add a pot filler for the stove so the placement isn’t an issue at all.
I really like all of the exposed beams and brick in this home too! Such a cool look!!

Lots of drawers in kitchen. I love that. Separate “butler’s pantry” is amazing. Lovely setup. But could use more storage closets.
Lovely home. One thing I don't care for is the distance from the kitchen sink to the stove and refrigerator. In Home Ec class in school they talk about the cooking/kitchen triangle between the sink, stove, and refrigerator needing to be efficient and step saving to making kitchen work easier. This home set up the way it is would have you running between appliances. Love all the cabinets and the room in the dining area. Love the separation of the kitchen/dining areas from the living room. Nice sized bedrooms.

The kitchen reminds me of my grandmother house it was one of the largest kitchens ever and actually that's what the whole area is one large eat in kitchen with a separate living room where you can still communicate

That’s is a Scottish Highland cow, bull I’m not sure. I have never seen one in person but they seem to be a very docile animal. I love this home and the layout, great job showing👍👍👏👏

The dining area is big enough to stretch out a big table for holiday dinners for the extended family. Love the kitchen, back kitchen, and utility room arrangement. Appreciate that the main bedroom closet is separate from the bathroom. I like the arrangement of the main bathroom and the big windows beside the tub. It looks like there’s room at the front entrance to put a freestanding coat closet.

I own a mobile home, open floor design. 3b/3bathroom, open floor in living and dinning room. 1,700 sf, full deck. I bought it from a woman who bought a house. New roof, all new walling, full appliances, and finished for 13,000 cash. It's a 97 model, but it was rebuilt after a hurricane and so it's basically new.
It feels good to own a home, even if it is mobile.

That's a highland cow. They originally are from Ireland, gental giants. I think this home would be on my favorite list. 😊The butler pantry was really nice.
They are actually from the Scottish Highlands.

I have never been a fan of Clayton but this home is beautiful!! I love the layout, the space and the only thing I would change is flip flop the stove space and the fridge space. The butler's pantry is a BONUS! I am happy to see this years models going with the stand alone bathtubs. The cow is a Highland, they are gaining huge popularity, they are a breed of Scottish beef cattle.

Sonething about this one calls out to me. Had me at the dining room, & kitchen. I picture these homes as it on my current property and this home would allow me to sit at table with coffee looking out across my front yad. I can do without the stand alone tub and would probably place sonething elses in that space. Love the windows and the natural wood cobtrast. ❤
I thought the placement of the stove was odd at first, but the more I looked at it I realized the kitchen/dining area is designed for entertainment. I actually like it the more I look at it.

Love this floor plan. The black on white is clean and crisp looking. Love the countertops. Room sizes are reasonable, and seems bigger on the inside that you would think looking at the outside. Just very pleasant home. Thanks Chance. Just hoping your sweet wife is feeling and doing well, and everything is going according to your plans. May our Lord bless and keep you and all of your family. The best feature on the master shower is for elderly people no climbing over the side of s tub just walk in great feature
The stove is in a really bad place. Kitchen triangle is not efficient here. Imagine trying to dump some hot water from a pot on the stove into the sink!!

I believe the animal is a yak. I've never seen one in person so I cannot swear 100% that it is. Doesn't make you want to live in each & every one of those homes. They all have features that grab your attention & just take hold. Always a fun tour, thank you!

I love the layout!!! The kitchen is huge, dining room, and living room where it is. Love the bdrms all being on same end. And did I mention that I love the pantry being a room!!!! Love it all!
I know it's not a popular take, but i really love the feeling of the dinning room and kitchen. I am not a fan of formal dinning areas, so i love the feel of the dinning area be more of an eat in kitechen. Only thing i would change would be to swap the fridge and sink, i feel that it would make more sense that way.
I probably shouldn't comment but I just wanted to elevate the number of responses. I would just about have to gut this home to be happy with it haha. Main complaint (and I'll make it my only one), the kitchen is totally cut off from the rest of the house....it's like, "This is your job woman, get the food on the table and then we'll talk." haha But I'm probably in the minority. Enjoyed the tour though, I always like anticipating what's around the next corner.

This home is best double wide I luv everything about it! Layout is not the old boring typical mfg home. It’s different. There’s separation from living room which makes it’s fantastic. It’s unique, farm house my favorite. I love it❤… still love it but after you came back from master and I saw the stove. They should put the stove where the fridge is. Switch a roo. Better to see the fridge coming down the hall than the stove

They should've named this one The Afterthought. There are so many issues with things placed weird, that are shoved in awkwardly, like the post between kitchen and living room, the guest bathroom and the tub in the master bath looks cramped.
That's an absolutely horrible kitchen layout.
The work triangle AKA stove, fridge and sink are spaced so far apart you'd be running all over and bumping into counters and stuff.
That butlers pantry is a complete waste of space

I really like this home. It had some great touches, but I wasn't thrilled with the stove placement. It made the kitchen seem disjointed and awkward.

That's a great layout. I like that the main rooms are defined without being closed off. There is also an entry area, so you don't walk right into the living room. The serving area in the dining room is fantastic, but that stove location is really weird. Maybe that's a fire code thing, that is has to be on an outside wall?

Those hairy cows are called Highland Cattle. They were bred in Scotland to withstand the wet, cold winters in the hills and mountains.
