This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud home! The manufacturer for this house is Timber Creek Housing. The model for this home is the “Willow Oak” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,000 total square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

While going through the homes could you comment on accessibility options? Examples being roll-in showers, open toilets versus enclosed for wheelchair accessibility, with the doors or hallways Etc. Love watching your videos and love the way you talk like you're already in the middle of a conversation with a friend. Congrats on the upcoming baby boy

I absolutely love this floor plan. The butlers pantry and walk in pantry, are right up my alley. Large laundry with a spot for a deep freezer.

Such a nice home! I really like the pantry, but don't care for the dining room being so far from the kitchen area. Other than that, I love all the rest. And God bless your growing family!

You're going to have TWO boys in the house soon! Never a dull moment! 😂I presume you want to stay with C/K names, but you want Baby Boy's name to be distinct from the rest of y'all, so might I suggest one of the following: Carter, Cooper, Corey, or Cody. As for the house, I love the layout, room sizes, and finishes. Only 2 small quibbles: a) no coat closet; and b) bad cabinet configuration in the kitchen. I can live with fewer upper cabinets, but I would definitely need more drawers; in particular, I'd want to have at least a couple of deep drawers that would allow me to insert pegs and stack plates inside.
I absolutely love that pantry area! That is a gift! And a great laundry room complete with cabinets and a sink! Congratulations on the new baby boy! Cullen will be a great big brother! Master bed and bath are very nice and the whole layout is amazing. Way to go, Chance! And BTW, we had three wonderful sons. I wouldn’t trade them for anything. God gave us what we needed.

This is a nice home. I like the shower tile up to the ceiling, as well. The pantry is great. Larger bedrooms are nice. I can't decide if I like that kitchen or not...

I love that the kitchen has that wall to separate things..lol Don't like that there isn't enough cabinets, but, the pantry makes up for it.
I love the floor plan on this home. The separation of the kitchen, living room and dining room. The laundry is very nice. This is a very nice home 😊

Awe...grats Chance and Katelynn and Cullen! You have a beautiful family, and even if you do end up with 3 kids, it just makes the holidays that much sweeter. Plus just think about how much you will enjoy them fighting over you when you get old. Lol. I just love the pantry, with the door separating the microwave area. I also noticed the utiltee room has a place for a stand up freezer. Very important with that size pantry! P.S. You are, and never will be on mute. That would be like taping a minister's mouth shut when he is preaching good! Lol. Love to spend time with you going through these fabulous houses.

Congratulations on the baby! Cullen’s going to be a great big brother. He’s a sweetie. This home is my absolute favorite of all the homes you’ve shown. The butlers pantry is a bonus and the main closet is huge. I also like how there are no dark spaces, all rooms have windows.
I definitely would wall off the dining room, add a door, and turn it into an office space. Then shorten down the living room by adding the dining to the right side of fireplace. Just my thoughts.

Congratulations Chance, Kaitlyn & Cullen on the newest addition to your family! A big deal breaker for me with the primary suite right off of the dining room & I do not have anywhere to build off of for my patio/deck for my outdoor kitchen....

I actually really love this home. It has everything I want and nothing I don't, other than a sliding back door, but I am sure that can be done.
I would also move the breaker box up by about 8 inches, and extend the countertop to the wall. I am tired of having folded laundry on my dinning room table lol

I love the pantry off to the side with the microwave, and some counter space. I could see putting my mixer there, and coffee maker.
I would also extend the back splash around on the sink side as well. We can be kinda messy with kids.

😊 Rejoicing with you over your new little son-in-the-making. 💕 We have 7 adult offspring; 4 boys, and 3 girls. We're highly blessed. As adults, they are now close friends. Six of the 7 live in Ohio, with our 3rd son's family just moving to Florida a couple years ago with his mechanical design skills, making Sea Doos. Chance, you will be a great dad of 2!!!!!!🎉

This is a great floorplan. I love the middle section best. The Kitchen is very nice. It could use a den. But If the living seating faces one on the side walls, the dining table can slide in behind it. The empty dining space can become a library or an office. The pantry layout is perfect. Congratulations!!

OMG❤❤❤I absolutely really love this place! I really love the fact that the heating ducts are in the ceiling. There is nothing I would change about this place. Congratulations on having another boy.
The only thing I would change is the dining area. I would swap out the foyer with the dining area, it would make it so much more convenient if you are serving dinner to family or guests.

I love the quality products and materials that used to build this home, you asked what is missing. The den and extra bedroom and bathroom. I love a house with 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms or 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms an 1/2 bath with high quality products. I enjoy your comments and tours. My God bless you and your family.

I mostly like this model. I don’t care for barn doors, tubs, and brown wood accents. This has a lot of potential but my favorite was the one in Louisville with the benchette.

Utility room cabinet don’t go all the way to the roof collects dust but I guess it would be a nice little spot to hide what ever ???

Another stack of drawers in kitchen, finally a great utility room! would prefer shower in guest bath, also prefer shower only in Master ,love the window in the water closet, Need hand held in shower too. Beautiful home. Congrats on the baby!

Gorgeous house, love all the nice big rooms and the layout. The kitchen and pantry area is to die for. A huge congrats on your reveal of a new baby boy coming! I'm sure you would have been happy with a girl as well as long as baby and mom are healthy. Cullen will love having a little brother I'm sure! I raised 6 boys and loved having boys, to me they were easy. We lived on the farm, so we could keep them busy and out of trouble. LOL
