Soon as you said Memphis and OKC it all came to me. Then I saw the door shutting off the guest area and was like yep that was my favorite thing about it that ws different than most other homes.

I like the entry way and the front closet on the floor plan - disappointed to see it had disappeared in the actual house. We're also not crazy about the barn doors. I think they're a trend that many will regret.

Like this home is beautiful and every thing did flow well but nothing was the same or “matchy matchy”. Like most people probably won’t want 2 different color countertops and such.
Who cares how they "finish" the model home? No one is going to live in it until it has been sold and then transported to the property of the new owner(s). LIVE A LITTLE!!!! LOVE A LOT!!!! Life is far too short to worry about such nonsense. Enjoy whatever time you have left, and spread as much joy and happiness as possible until God calls us all home. In the end, who cares about high end countertops, fancy flooring and tile, paint samples, etc. The family who ultimately purchases this home will be able to finally finish it however they please!.

Everything about this home is fabulous. I like the foyer. Nice cozy living room with fireplace. Lots of kitchen cabinets; I esp like the ones in the corner by the sliding glass doors. Pretty backsplash over the stove. Nice big island. I love the door that you can close to cut off the bedrooms if you have noisy kids. Pretty shower in the guest bathroom. Any utility room with a sink is fine with me. Beautiful master suite, pretty tub & shower tiles. I like sliding doors, but the barn doors are ugly.
I really do love the barn doors, the set-up for your washer/dryer. I didn't know if you have any noisy kids. If you do, where do you keep your goats at? I didn't know if you can keep your goats (kids) inside your home. Water Closet to me, it's just a half bathroom.

We loved the layout of this house.... it was beautiful, spacious.... there isn't anything I would change about the layout itself. As usual, my only thing is the finishes. I didn't care the the colors or the countertops etc but those are easy, I would just order it differently. Other than that, this house has it all.. we love your show and never miss an episode!

I like the floor plan. The entry way is nice. Fact it has a fireplace!! Very nice. I'm not sure about that flooring tho. Think I'd like just a solid color. Looks barn like. I don't care for the barn like door's. It's not a style for me.. it'll be outdated quickly.
Where is the water heater located in this home. ??? I don't like the orientation of the master bedroom with closet at what I would like the bed location. Put cabinet doors on The open cubbies in the secondary bath vanity. The shower in the secondary bath is really nice and what I would opt for. Like the family area for kids towards the back so if you have company over that room is the not so neat room and the living room is clean and neat. Like the fireplace and that there is a window that openes over the kitchen sink and there area drawers over door's style cabinets in the kitchen. Have the window In the master over the tub Open a not frosted all the way and the transom window in the water closet open too.

I agree about the front closet. I live in a 4-season climate and a guest closet is a must for a good part of the year.
I do like the pony wall in the master bath's shower. I can see where pocket doors save a lot of room.
