When you have little ones in the home I always wanted my bedroom near theirs, but now that I have no children in the home I like the extra rooms at the other end.
This is such a lovely home. My son and his wife just purchased this one and it is getting delivered next week! Can't wait to see it in person. Simply lovely!

I love that floorplan and the other similar models under a different name. Lots of linen/storage cabinets. That kitchen size is awesome. A nice porch design and also because you can put a big freezer in that utility room.

I love that corner porch. Looks very nice. Also love the exterior color and vertical siding (looks less "mo-bile homey"). Replace the black appliances with stainless and it would be just about perfect.

I’m so happy your Mom’s health is good. That is truly something to be thankful for! I love this house. Do I need this much space, no. But it ticks all but one of my buttons. There isn’t a sink in the u-til-i-tee room! But I’m not complaining. It is amazing. That bed room is massive. I love that the microwave is set in a cabinet at waist height. The linen closet in the main bathroom is what a linen closet should look like. I had one of those long deep ones in my old mobile. It wasn’t very user friendly. I even like the black and white exterior. The mini-blinds inside both porch doors is amazing. This one is a winner, winner, chicken dinner!
I know I'm watching this a couple months late but just wanted to wish your mom continued good health. The internet can be a pretty rough place at times but there's no reason we can't be good human beings and lift each up when needed. Blessings to you and yours.
yes about the carpet!! especially with pets! and especially when those pets inevitably end up with fleas, hard floors are a life saver. after living with carpet coming from a fully hard floor house, I will never put carpet in my home. oh how I miss those floors💔

The black trim and porch just gives it a step up, island is beautiful, backsplash is great. Design and color choices with flooring makes it next level. Big guest bath & great tub. Love master at end of hall, with the main walk no carpet but rest of room has it. God is good so happy for your mom.
Hey Chance! I quit calling it a utility room years ago. I now call it the Laundry Room. 😁 And I must say I have no cons about this home. Even a place for a freezer under the shelves in the Laundry room. Love love love that kitchen. A pot filler by the stove would make this a 10! So I am giving it a 9 3/4. Gorgeous........... That master shower! Wow...
Yes please!!! Perfect for us! The only thing is the carpet in the bedrooms... I'd continue the same hard flooring throughout and dress each room with it's own area rug. Definitely one of the best you've shared with us 😃

This is a really nice double wide manufactured home. I also like that the bedrooms are all on one end away from the kitchen, dining room, and living room.
Chance I lost my Dad in December and when I was young and looking for places we would always go anywhere and look at tailors. We loved fighting over what was more important, space or master bedroom. Just listening to you go on makes me think of our trips.

I've noticed that a lot of homes don't hove towel racks in the bathroom and when I saw a towel rack in the master bath i thought, now this company knows what they're doing! (It's the little things). The layout is amazing. Love the size of the master and the fact that the master closet is not in the bathroom!
I like this one overall. And the price was right. Only 2 changes for me, either no shiplap around the entertainment center, or make it dark. And change to regular door going into master bath.
The one thing good about bedrooms on one end is when the children are very small it is much, much easier. You do not need to worry so much, and if they are sick or just newly born you do not need to walk so far to take care of them. When sleeping it is not easy to walk the whole length of the house to get to your baby when crying hard and you do not know what is wrong. It is much safer. After they grow much older though you may well like it on the other side as you do not need to be so close. But if divided up a little by bathroom or something it is fine. But that would be the reason to have them on one end when you are young and will have children. If you buy it and you are a senior or your children re grown you may consider the father away one. ( Except you may then have grandchildren and will again ned them a little closer? )They have "monitors now to hear baby, but still, you will need to walk to change diapers and feed the baby and so the closer the easier. The Master bedroom is fantastic. So much space. The whole home is wonderful and the porch is unbelievable. Very nice home.

Yes, it remind me of the Lullamae, or Lullabelle, I think that's the name of it. But I like this house better because it is not that complete farmhouse style like the Lullamae/Lullabelle is. Praise God that all is well as expected with your Mother, so glad to hear that. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I really like the style of this house, I love, love, love that there is a porch, I just wished that there was a Den/Family Room, but yeah, I'm with you on the shower size & that shower size was perfect....Like this one 100% better!!!

Looks good, but never never never buy a mobile home w/ that kinda exterior siding! If you do get new siding put on immediately after purchase or have the thing bricked up... Or you'll be sorry!
I love that the builders are using the black appliances, I think the stainless steel has really been over done. This is a huge home diffenately a family home. The master shower is awesome
That 'dual gable end entry' set up is a welcome variation on the usual 'side-of-home' entry found on manufactured homes. These allow the home to visually 'unfold' to whomever is entering rather than the 'hit you all at once' feeling of the latter style. Very nice!
I like a pantry, too, but one thing I noticed about this layout--there's no skimping on cabinets/no open shelving. That makes up for lost pantry space. Plus, I love all the drawers.

Really like when you walk in you don’t see kitchen right away. The kitchen door is perfect for grilling too! Nice house.

Looks good, but never never never buy a mobile home w/ that kinda exterior siding! If you do get new siding put on immediately after purchase or have the thing bricked up... Or you'll be sorry!
Chance when you walked into the front door of this home I felt like I was interning a cottage not a modular home.
I love that the builders are using the black appliances, I think the stainless steel has really been over done. This is a huge home diffenately a family home. The master shower is awesome

That 'dual gable end entry' set up is a welcome variation on the usual 'side-of-home' entry found on manufactured homes. These allow the home to visually 'unfold' to whomever is entering rather than the 'hit you all at once' feeling of the latter style. Very nice!

Love this home but i would miss my pantry.
I like a pantry, too, but one thing I noticed about this layout--there's no skimping on cabinets/no open shelving. That makes up for lost pantry space. Plus, I love all the drawers.
