I LOVE this kitchen. This is exactly the type of kitchen I want. Big enough to have some space to work and store things but inviting. I could see my family enjoying time in that area.

I didn’t think I would like this one from the outside, but when you opened the door, I fell in love, and it only got better as you went along. I could definitely see myself in this one.
I love that kitchen, especially the cabinets! I like the pantry but would prefer a 'real' door. I love the extra space in the bathrooms and the hall for linens, etc. That master bathroom is gorgeous and all those cabinets! YOW! One thing I keep seeing and this is just a general comment, most of the entertainment centers, etc. seem to have forgotten that some of us are readers and we need shelves that will hold books at least 12" high. I have completely run out of space for my books. I think if I had this home I would use that front room for a study/library and the other room for a sewing room. When you are dreaming, you get what you want :)
I love this home. The colors are amazing. The kitchen, the master bed/bath, and that hidden pantry are just stunning. Love the cabinets, and that blue color on the focus walls, inside the entertainment center and the tray ceilings!
Watching these videos over the last 6 months or so has really given me an appreciation for my own stick built home, which has many of the features of these homes and more. I've also gotten some good ideas to decorate and improve my home. Thanks for all the fun tours!

Love everything except of course the wire racks. But that's the only bad thing,but easily changed. Very tastefully done..inside and out. And that price was totally (pleasantly) surprising. I just love it!!!
I think that is one of my favorite kitchens. I simply LOVE the wood cabinets throughout this home. The shelving under the TV would be a great place to have an outlet in the back of each cubby to plug in the VCR and such. No cords would show hanging out to the one plug on the outside. One thing that I notice is that when they have drywall throughout that usually does not include inside the closets. I would love to see a place for my upright freezer. I think the pricing is reasonable. All in all, I LOVE this home. The layout is perfect, room sizes are good. Wish I had some land to put it on. Thanks Chance.
The warmer tone of the cabinets is more mountain/ log cabin feeling. I just cannot stand walking straight into a dinning room or kitchen. Tyfs. Been feeling poorly and the pantry dance made me laugh

Loved the blue and cream exterior and the siding going to the d ground. I'm not at all turned off by the no tub thing in the master bath. I'm a shower girl anyway and if I want a bath that badly. I can use the one in the guest bath. I swooned over those kitchen cabinets and the pantry. As far as the kitchen being on display from the entry, I really don't care if it is right there...its no secret that I cook and eat, lol.
Those rich tones of blue are the perfect complement to those deep maple or oak cabinets. Gorgeous bathroom. Someone definitely went to art school the way these colors were put together. See guys, no gray or dark brown walls t be had. The light blue or green gray in the rooms it’s just perfect. Whoever created this decor should be decorating or doing the color decor in all your homes. Wonderful job. See how the golden or lighter floors blend so much better. Perfect house

I've been watching your videos for a LONG time now. I have to say this is in my top 3 of favorites! That top 3 is the holy grail and all 3 have things I love about them. If I could ever afford one of these I'd have a hard time picking which one I'd go with.
That kitchen says elegance! Large fridge, not doing a long hike between appliances to fix dinner. Even glass cabinets for China. Now that was a tasteful, elegant pantry. The dark color entertainment wall is nice touch to pulling room together for a cozy living room. I love that shade of deep midnight blue.

I usually like the white or lighter cabinets but those were beautiful. The pantry surprise was a total bonus along with that fabulous wall of cabinets in the master bath. I can see that front bedroom as a bonus room for enjoying maybe some reading or an office or even a play area that can be closed off after the grands go home. Great house.
Rosanna the Phoenix, I like white or lighter cabinets as well. I hate dark cherry. The built-in desk was a good idea as well as the pantry behind the cabinet doors. Lots of cabinet space in the master bath. Like the heater vents on the ceilings instead of on the floors. Every home should have storm doors. The house looks incomplete without them. Storm doors also protect the inside doors from the elements and prevent drafts as well!! Great idea with the smaller windows on top of the large windows.
Is a nice home. The layout is unique. Usually the master bedroom is on the right or left of the front entrance. I like the look of this home from the outside. Looks very homey and welcoming. I thought the master closet was just ok. “With that being said”, the house is quite attractive and your presentation was fun and entertaining.

I really liked this house. First off, I’m a sucker for anything blue! My absolute favorite! And yay! A pantry dance! Cool doors! But I’d rather walk in to the living room. No tub would be ok unless I had little kids. I have two tubs in my house, but I only take showers, so no biggie there. I noticed there was no back door though, which is a must for me. I just love your personality Chance! You’ve ruined me to other mobile home channels! Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s great! Blessings! ❤️
I have a suggestion: take the critiques of the home itself (not of you or your channel cuz you're great) & turn in what your subs are saying as suggestions. Like once again you have a good home (this one's gorgeous), a home that I REALLY like EXCEPT once again there's no tub in the master bath. I can take the small master closet & the weird bedroom setup (the dining/living room & kitchen are wowsers) but I can't overlook no tub. And we like watching you cuz you're genuine. You don't pretend to be someone you aren't & you aren't afraid to be a bit silly/goofy. I mean, who else dances when the pantry is done right? And somehow, in between dancing in the pantry & flipping over square bathroom sinks (those are my favs too), you provide a clean tour with as much information as possible.

Love it! Not too small or too big. The openness makes it definitely larger than it is. Nice size for a couple whose kids have grown and moved.
For a mobile home, WOW!!! Fantastic layout to maybe use on a small home that is not a mobile home even.
