This house has a layout I see can a lot of you guys really loving!! The manufacturer for this house is Palm Harbor Homes. The model for this home is the "Pompano IV." This modular home has 2 bedrooms(with a den that could be 3rd bedroom) and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,920 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! TBH that is 1 of the first mobile homes I have seen that doesn't look like a mobile home inside or out...NICE!

I have a Palm Harbor home. We’ve had this home for 30 years. We have been well pleased with this home. I didn’t know if The Palm Homes we’re still in business. So I have to say that if I ever go looking for another home I would go for the Palm Harbor.

Sarah Girard home building in florida is extremely modern in new construction. But with the new modernizing it’s making homes extremely expensive. Even our manufactured home rhat was built in ‘96, still looks pretty updated without much modern upgrades. Florida is good at keeping homes up to date for years. But that’s also cus I feel like we’re still behind in modernizing homes. Lots of builders still prefer using old school building techniques and materials. As it last longer and is less expensive.

Just had to say, I came here to look at gorgeous homes (I've got a sort of fascination with tiny/mobile/modular homes), but I'm still here because of... not only your content being constatnly fresh, but for your personality. The Blue Ridge/Smokey Mountains! Imagine standing on that porch looking out the the mountain horizons. I know my two cats would like that screened in porch!
I’m so in love with this one, love love that it could have an attached garage, and a screened in porch, perfect for afternoon or evening with a glass of wine, after a long day at work.

I love the fact more of the homes are being handicapped accessible
I am impressed. I'm disabled and this home has grab bars already installed in that nice walk in shower and on two sides of the commode. This provides a lot of safety and stability for some disabled people.

This home is drop dead gorgeous! Only thing I don't like is the rock around the bath tub. That would be hard to clean.

Laundry room is nice... wish there was a stovetop and built in wall oven instead of a range.
It would work if clear acrylic was poured over it to make a flat surface while still seeing the rocks

I LOVE this one! Garage, covered front porch, screened in porch, I mean it's awesome! The exterior color is beautiful.
That house is very serene and peaceful. Love the ceiling vents so you are not stuck with furniture options that must avoid vent in floors. Nicely Appointed. This is one you would want for your vacation home, forever home, it would meet so many needs and wants.

Palm Homes have astounding home. Love the closet w/ (it's Hidden jewlry Box). And that bath w/ both tub/shower. Stages is Terrific.
Wow this one does it for me I love the counters it appears they are quartz love the exterior and it having a garage love the exterior colors I didn’t even notice what the roof was made of but I definitely want a tin roof I like hearing rain hit I could take this one exactly like it was shown Love love love it I’d want mine out in the country with horses and cattle and trees and peace and quiet as well Great Job finding thus one Chance
First off let me say that Pantry Dance/ Music is everything!!! This kitchen had very nice details. That backsplash, that island so much storage!

Loved everything about this house.. I missed your pantry dance.. loved the master closet and hidden jewelry behind the mirror.. finally see a how the washer and dryer would be set up.. and also the back porch.. I think this one is my fav so far.. keep your sense of humor we love it!!!

Love the crown molding! Oh my jaw hit the floor with that laundry room 🥰🥰🥰 I know I’m not supposed to covet but honestly, this house is just what I need. I can see me in it, having my grandchildren overnight, cooking for people, doing my crafts to sell, washing my clothes in that amazing laundry room!, enjoying living NOT in an apartment. I am grateful I have a place to live when so many don’t. I’m still not used to people over me, and all the noise and sharing a hot water tank 😳 but honestly THIS HOUSE, with a GARAGE???!!! I love this exterior with a lulamae interior with no carpet and a giant pantry. Yup I’d really love it. This home is so very beautiful. Heck I love this home. It does pop. Oh my goodness I love it. EVERYTHING about it is AWESOME.

Too many doors and cabinets in the the Utility Room, I rather have my washer and dryer side by side! Not Stacked🤔

YEA! Chance's pantry dance is back! A pantry is a must have. Love that backsplash and those nice deep drawers. I really like those pullout shelves in the cabinets! Nice living space and that screened in porch is great. Great utility room. Nice master closet too!

This really is the perfect mobile home. It is stunning. Good find, Chance. Chance is the sweetest, kindest person. I really enjoy his tours. I always laugh at something he does or says.

I too LOVE this home! The colors are just perfect. Love the tray ceilings, screened in porch, pantry and the siding color. Not crazy about the tile they chose for the shower (too busy). I noticed how quite it was once you got inside this home (another feature I love)!

Even though this is a large home, it is very cozy too. I tend to be more comfortable with smaller spaces, but this home ticks off all the boxes. Another good choice Chance.

The first room on the right when you enter, the entire kitchen, screened in porch is a must in Florida! Loved everything about this home🤗
This is an astounding home. The layout is truly unique. Even the second bath had a tiled shower. No drawers in the utility room. The Master closet was nicely designed. In addition to the jewelry box there was something else on the wall which I assumed was the water shutoff. I wish you had opened the door to the garage. I really liked the screened in porch. BTW, the placement of the garage in the front of the home is quite common here in Florida. Thanks Chance. Another terrific presentation and tour!

Can someone tell me what that recessed item is on the wall next to the hidden jewelry box in that huge master closet? It looks similar to the recessed box for a washer hookup. It could be a junction for a whole house vacuum, but they're usually closer to the floor. Someone help me out please, my curiosity is on the rampage!

Love the beach vibe. Would love for the kitchen to have a little more counter space. PANTRY!!! Love the pantry dance :) COOL!!! Love big ones. They are great for that needed extra space for dry food items. It is a free-flowing home with a dining area, kitchen, & living room area. Love the screen porch for looking out on a lake. That would be cool. For us, it would be near a lake or beautiful mountains in South Dakota. Gorgeous & great size master bedroom. Nice closet & I love my space in the closet & jewelry closet too!!! The finest mobile home I've ever seen.
Chance- that shower is great but you would have to soak in that big tub at least once! The ceilings and woodwork are beautiful. The kitchen, the PANTRY, that utility room, even a built in jewelry box! Would like to sit in the porch and look out on a meadow and woods. Thanks for the tour!

They're in 14 states according to their website, but the closest to MO is OK. I guess it depends on how far you are from Tulsa, but you could get one (I don't even want to know the per mile charge for trucking it to a site that distance away). Closest to me is down in TN.
Find a builder that will do custom homes. I am having Palm Harbors Farmhouse Estate home built in Tennessee.
Chance's Mobile Home World yes I called the main office less than 2 months ago about getting my model. The man literally said it would be so expensive to transport that I would be better off to build a home lol.

I’m in love with this home. Perfect size and great layout. I have a nice quiet spot in the woods for this home. Only thing I’d change is the outside color, have to be more earthy for the woods.

This house is right up my alley. The master suite was made for me. I would do wood shelves in the pantry. Love the home office being right as you walk in. With my allergies to certain insects having a screened in porch as an option is wow. Chance you knocked this one out of the park.

Dang Chance!! This house- surprised me! Whatttt?! Ok- so I love the office- staging throughout the house is superb. I like that the diningroom area is tucked away so I don’t have to continuously walk around a table & chairs that are only used twice a year. The kitchen is perfection- loving the layout, countertops, pantry, island shape/size! Always love the separation of bedrooms. The master bath- wow!- I think the vanity is a floating vanity with lights underneath? The rocks around the tub are ok for staging purposes but not realistic for cleaning purposes. The shower doors are kinda sad- but I love the tile selected on the shower floor. Overhead ducts=HAPPINESS!! 8/10⭐️ (wish it was a 3 bedroom) Thanks again Chance!
Ok I usually find a million things I’d change when I watch these but this one is really close, very little I’d change, love the set up and room locations. I hate walking straight into a living room and most of the homes are like that so I don’t get too far in the video.
