This modular/prefab home is customizable and is built to state code! The house we are touring today is a “off frame modular.” The manufacturer for this house is Commodore Homes. The model for this home is a customized model from Riley Homes. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,700(heated & cooled) square foot on main level. I thought the pantry was my favorite part - until I saw the upstairs. I’ve lived in a single-wide mobile home for more than 30 years and it always feels like there’s no place to put anything. When you showed us the bedrooms, I thought I could make one of them my home office. But after seeing the upstairs, my office is going there. And another bathroom. The possibilities are endless!
Nice floor plan. Great pantry! I wish the lower cabinets in the kitchen had more drawers. Also, I'm surprised there was no access to the space under the stairs -- a missed opportunity for a coat closet or extra storage.
Sold me at the pantry!! That more than makes up for not a lot of cabinets. That's a place to put all of my small appliances I use for gatherings. (Crock pot, turkey roaster, etc.) Perfect for me!! Thanks for the tour Chance!
Hi Chance. I’ve never commented before, but have watched you since you started ❤️. I did love that pantry. I guess I’m one of the weird ones who love when you look in cabinets and drawers. You never know if there is a hidden spice rack cabinet or pull out shelves.
I've always wanted a house with a library and that upstairs area would be perfect!! Maybe have half of the space divided for the library and the other half be storage
Wow, I was thinking movie theater on one side and game room in the other with a bar in the corner...and the John in that space where the box fan was😍😍😍

I love the big pantry. I was going to do the pantry dance but I had my cat on my lap. The home needed more cabinets in the kitchen. Love the bathroom.
Well _I've_ never seen a pantry like that before, and I can't figure why. I mean, they _all_ should be like that because that pantry's _amazing._
Missed not seeing sizes of bedrooms. Pretty much liked it. Loved the pantry & master closet. Need coat closet & 2 linen closets. Musts. Get rid of the carpet.
Love the pantry, but the one thing I despise about any mobile or modular home is there is not enough kitchen cabinets. Suffice it to say we have 8 yes eight children that D.H.R. put with my husband and I. When you have 10 people sometimes more, and spend as much time preparing numerous meal's, as Autistic children are very specific about what they eat, this I prepare numerous meals for each child, which requires a lot of space to keep that food, dishes and so on.
You should consider an open pantry. It kind of gives you easy access to organize and find what you need quickly since you or the kids are not opening and closing multiple cupboard doors searching for things....it also makes putting things away easier.

Yes autistic children are very very picky about what they eat I just don't think they're putting enough ideas for living closets for blankets and towels More claws at space to put your Sweepers and everything in but I understand what you're saying
Imo As someone who’s minimalist i disagree. And most house holds these days aren’t your families size.
And some if not most of these new modular homes especially on the lots, you can customize or they have “add on” options. ☺️
You should check out the 1 he did a couple weeks ago from Palm Harbor homes. Take notice of the traffic & sound of it completely stops once he shuts the door! I had earbuds in & couldn't hear it & that manufacturer sits right off I4, a very busy 8 lane highway, I was amazed! But the kitchen is a great size & layout is also. Hope you check it out

This was super nice. I liked how the living room area was carpet. That pantry! I liked the laundry room as well.the stain on the doors and trim I liked that option.
I really like this home. I especially like the darker cabinets, and the darker handles. Also like how the utility room is arranged. The door to it will also.block off the noise from the appliances.

You weren't kidding about the pantry. Wow!!! I loved it. There was absolutely nothing in this home that I didn't like. The only thing I would change is a tile shower but I could live with this one. Beautiful. That tub blew me away. Maybe the best home yet that's not to fancy for me.

I really love that pantry!!! We just bought a house and the kitchen was the most important room in the house and it had to have a walk-in pantry or I didn’t look any further! Unfortunately my house doesn’t have a walk-in or large pantry in it. Actually, this house we ended up buying doesn’t have alot of storage at all!! I like this house alot!! Always enjoy watching your videos. Til the next one….🦋🦋🦋🦋
The upstairs would be a great office/studio/guest room combo. I would marry that pantry! And for personal preference, I'm not a fan of dark woodwork unless it's in a craftsman home. I've always liked white woodwork just because. 🤷🏽♀️
Missed having Bedroom sizes given. Pantry made up for less upper cabinets in Kitchen. Wow, this is a beauty.
Hi Chance. I'm from Streamwood, Illinois which is a North-West suburb of the Chicago, Metro. area. I like the way the pantry is kind of hidden. It looks as if the barn doors are there to cover up that cabinet and counter area until you move them to reveal entry into the pantry. It's pretty cool.

That pantry is almost a bowling alley! This is a nice sizable home. Ladies meet in the front living room, gentlemen in the other living room, Or Vice-versa!
I love the layout of this home! The pantry is great of course! But the brown doors and moldings are a real nice touch! The upstairs is really something else. The price is right too.
Love this! Good one. I love that dark wood trim. It was popular maybe 20 years ago but I am glad this one stays on. Love they have the attic. It is similar to Cape Cod style homes as this one, Chance. If I would have this one, upstairs as my office but I would prefer put more natural light in. Pretty dark up there and I wish the front dormer is wider. I love the barn sliding doors. And very surprising with the C-shaped pastry room. I only wish that room bit wider. If have to, take out the bar cabinets and make that room wider and easier to walk through. Simple as that.

I like this floorplan. Negatives... Master closet too small, could use an additional floor to ceiling cabinet or two in kitchen, jet that master tub. Love the attic and pantry, finally a space for seasonal decor! I'd finish off some of that space for a kiddo in college to stay home yet have some privacy.

I love a Modular y..This one is absolutely Spectacular and the entrance is spacious as you enter inside the house..Noa fan of brown kitchen cabinets,but I must say with the wall. Color the brown cabinets look amazing..And holy WOW the walk through Pantry is absolutely Spectacular... Wonderful idea!I'd rather have the long (Wide) windows instead of the sliding doors...The bedroom sizes aren't bad at all..This whole house is absolutely gorgeous and Designed Well.. 💯 SpotOn Topnotch home...😃☀️🌼🌻🌞😊

Hi Chance! Yes, I’m in Illinois (born & raised, but please don’t tell anyone 😂), not far from the Champaign-Urbana area. This is a nice home EXCEPT there are no coat or linen closets.
Double kitchen sink is a must. No carpet, all wood floors and a fireplace or wood stove please. Attic area good for storage with option of having a Attic fan. This house would look great with a garage and screened in back porch.
I love that the closets have doors on them bc the apt we live in don't have doors on closets

Loved the pantry but not as nice as several you have shared with us. I think I've now been a little spoiled to some of the others 😁 I need to work on that. It is nice overall though!

I am originally from Freeport Illinois but I live in Oklahoma now I moved to Oklahoma in 2011 and what I would do with the upstairs is make it into a den and a office
The only thing missing is a coat closet and linen closet. I would get rid of the tub in the master bath and have a big linen closet

If it's got a second level, I am always going to want the master bedroom, master bath, and master closet upstairs. Big enough for all that, plus an office area and a small library area.

Hi Chance, Well you out did yourself with this GORGEOUS HOUSE !!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Pantry and the extra Living Room/Family Room. The only thing I would change is as I have stated it before, NO CARPETS. That's just my opinion because of a health issue. I can't wait to see Cullen doing his sports. Love the layout of this 1. The pantry is great and the price is great for a home this size too. Could do without the upstairs though, just add a garage on the side door.
I am still waiting for a jacuzzi tub in the master bath though. Haven't seen you show any with that feature. Haven't watched every single video though.
Love asparagus!! Like this home, but hate the vents in the floor. Do they do vents in the ceiling?? It just feels more like a trailer with vents in the floor. This is a mod right?? Vents need to go in the ceiling. Loved the walk through pantry, it was AWESOME!! I love the mods with the big attics, just open space. Just like you, love rhe open space.
