On the unfinished second floor, what we did was to have the plumbing run up there for a bath for the future. That way it's there for when you may want to finish. It costs about nothing to have then do that.
Nice home. I like the foyer but I would put a coat closet there. I don’t understand the wall in the kitchen dividing the countertop. I prefer wooden cabinets , but if I had to choose between white and colored cabinets it would be white. I didn’t see any place large enough for a freezer. The tour was great Chance!! I have been following your channel since you were at this location before. Love your descriptions of each home.
I really like this layout, plenty of room for everything and it has a good mix of privacy and open space. Surprised that giant shower doesn't have a bench.

So much to love about this house! One of my favorites. Love the porch, the home office, the layout, the staging, the foyer with the cabinets and place for shoes underneath. Really fascinated by the master bath layout. I typically am not a fan of the shower being showcased in the middle of the bathroom, but in this case it works and allows for some neat extra perks like the two toilets and vanities. Only thing I didn't like was only having one cabinet hanging in the home office. It was balanced but I would definitely hang two other cabinets to make it visually appealing and more storage. Thank you Chance for sharing the origins of the pantry dance. Neat story. It's always one of my favorite parts of the tours. (I remember one last year, I think, that you almost got "seen" doing the dance in a refection in the butler's pantry. LOL)

We first looked at Vanderbuilt in 2001. We were liking an R-Anell home, but wanted to combine two floorplans and they weren't too eager. We took the two to another mod builder near us and they were able to create it. I've had a few friends use Vanderbuilt and they are very nice homes. B seriously, the R-Anell brand is very very nice.
Love these homes built in NC. I am from NC and the homes built in NC are beautiful and well built. Well worth the money. You can have them customize the way you want the home. I enjoy seeing all the different types homes that Chance tours across the country. I love Chance’s little boy. He such a cute little boy. His new born son is a cutie pie too. The thing that kills me is they don’t think about if people have furniture their selves I love windows but there’s so many times like in a dining room. There’s no place for my hutch. I have a huge desk that was my great grandfather’s. There’s a lot of times there’s no places for that kind of stuff and I’m not buying a house that I can’t put the stuff that I love in it so and I need every window in the house to open. I live in Ohio and I’m here to tell you, we got some nice spring and some nice fall and I have my windows open every window in my house open so that’s my only complaint. Hope everybody’s doing fine.
MAN I worked all in Sanford last week and drive by Vanderbilt going in and coming home. I hate I didn't see ya this time or last. Glad you came back to NC. There's another modular place near the beach called Modulars for Less i think. They have some VERY nice modulars.
I don't know how to express the importance of building home with love in you in mind something that appealing to your eyes . I . grew up in household whereby my dad used to build rooms on people houses had us His kids on roof top at age seven . And I grew up doing what I knew best when I got older building and trade with Union of North America as Labor unions worker . I can tell you what a deal breaker is those vents in floors. Floors that are overpowered by carpets throughout . Nature light are goods but to many windows raise heat bills in winters that overpower outside layout of the home . Unless you like having glass house in mountain somewhere just fine or in wilderness whereby you're not concerned about breakin . What more Convenient for those living in home that have children are Jackjill bathrooms . I tell you that homeowners in South doesn't like sharing restroom with their visiting guests to their house . Like I said thick crown molding is a must not that thin sore crown molding that stand out looking like a sore thumb making home unappealing throughout the house . Drywall also that doesn't leave unappealing line throughout the home as those paper thin walls do making the cheapness so noticeable . This house is lovely I will say love layout . Haft bath is must in home for visitors. Bathtub is must in master room. Your personal bathroom shouldn't feel like you're in cheap hotel somewhere without bathtub you can relax in feel like you're home . Best ideal is hidden water closet with private doors . Homes are like the female you choses to spend rest of your life with. A home must have class and sex appeal. When we woman goes out looking for house the house we looking for must please our very needs like the man we said I do too. For home is our second love affair . Woman must love her home if not she not going be able to rest comfortably and her eyes will begin to wonder off . .

I think I found my dream home; I could see myself purchasing this! This has to be one of the best I've seen on your channel. I've never seen dual toilets in one bathroom before. 😯😯 The only thing missing from this home is a tub in the master bath. Normally that price would be too high for a manufactured home, but the attic is the icing on the cake! I'd use it for storage. I think the beige cabinets look the best with the gold handles.

Wow such a beautiful home. I love the blue in homes now. I truly like blue exterior now because I see it a lot. The layout is great. I like the kitchen except the wall by the coffee bar area unless structural, I would remove it. A nice Master BR & BA. The shower needs a bench. Thanks for showing this one!

That master bathroom design is innovative. However, since it's big enough, they should put the toilet in separate enclosed area (w/ windows), that'll make the master bath more pleasant.

I'm at :21 I was wondering what home was going in there. They were setting the foundation for it when I was there back in October of 2022.
Awesome pantry, but with all that room it could have a spot for even a small deep freezer.
Nice but vents in the floor are a deal breaker for me. I had those once and they got covered, bent, things lost in them and kids fingers got cut.
