I love this southern bell,, we’ve looked everywhere only so many dealerships have it. The southern charm I don’t like as well. This southern bell there’s only few changes and one being moving the closet door. Lol it’s funny he said that in the video.
At my clayton it's called a southern CHARM and starts at 120k they have a 4bdrm southern charm that starts at 140k

I think that hallway work station should be a coat closet. If you are sitting there you block the hall and that's too much traffic across my back while trying to work. The column in the livungroom needs to go as well. Great vidoe shoot though.

The closet door IS IN the Master bedroom. It's just that it's FIRST thing just inside the door that seems a little odd. 🙃

You need such a large down payment for a mobile home . It’s also hard to find a plumber willing to work on them if you have issues. It’s sad cuz they make them so awesome any more.

LOVE it!! There are a few finishes that I might want to change but Great floor plan! I think I could get used to the master bedroom closet being first thing as you step into the bedroom. I've never been a great fan of having the bedroom closet with in the master bath. Did you say what type of Flooring is installed here? Love the look and coloring of it! ONE BIG QUESTION I have though, is what is up with having the seam in the floor all through the middle of the house? I understand that is where the two sections joined together but I've only recently been seeing that in some manufactured home videos. I've always noticed that manufactured homes will have something at the same line in the ceiling, but I'd never before seen it in the floor!
how much are you able to customize these homes? If it were up to me, I'd get rid of that desk thing in the hall and make it a coat closet or storage.
Generally, they will do what you want because they want that sale.
Really like this one. You do a great job.
I like the wooden walls but instead of white paint I'd rather have vinyl walls...thick on the vinyl give the real glossy look and original color of the wood. Usually that would be hardwood flooring but instead on some of the walls the way you have it set up. Maybe in the bathroom paint the wood turquoise. Not all the wood has to be the same that would make kind of bland. Great home other than that. Farmhouse with a little modern added to it.
I like the kitchen is perfect but I don't like the white cabinets, I would like to the Cherry or mocha with glaze the cabinets. The rest of the mobile home is perfect that what I want to buy the home, I will think about it.

There are several things this house needs changed. The awful Walmart light fixtures in the center of the awful textured ceilings. Textured and popcorn ceilings are OUT! The appliances are all wrong. The white does not go with the white cabinets. Whites don’t match plus you need contrast. Black or stainless steel would have been a better option. It’s an ok house but low budget bottom line.

Why buy a mobile home for so much money that might be blown away by a hurricane or tornado like last week Georgia Alabama area get a stationary house for that price brand new!!!
