Agereg is a genuine coping mechanism for people who have experienced childhood trauma. From what I know, it doesn't go as far as to sing like a child, it's more like colouring books and watching kids shows in kid-like clothes, etc. It's a way to get some childhood back. I personally think that sort of thing should be kept private, but it's ultimately up to each individual person (I'm not an expert on this and I probably can't answer any questions)

When I was 19 I was living in my car in the bush after being kicked out of home and cut off from my family at 17, getting stoned listening to podcasts by a campfire each night, and working manual labor jobs every day that mean now at 24 I have 2 proplapsed discs in my back and can barely stand for more than an hour at a time and I also have a permanently fucked knee from spending so much time sitting in a car in the same position for days at a time for several years.
