    ▣This Full Body HIIT workout is focusing on maximizing calorie burn, muscle tone, and weight loss all over your body.
    ▣For the Faster Results: you can complete this entire routine once or twice a day with my Weekly Workout Plan on my channel. (A good nutritious meal is essential ) Also, consistency is the magic key to achieve your fitness goal. You’ve got this & You can do it~!!! ♥
    ▶Calories: 100 ~ 300 calories in 10 min workouts (Depends on your weight, height, gender, and muscle mass, the activity level, body fat percentage, etc.….
    ▶▷How long does weight loss take to show up?
    The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
    It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

    Doing cardio everyday for 10-30 min can improve your health alot ,i just love doing her workouts stright in the morning or late evening! if you will do 10-20 min cardio + 6-30 min of abs exrisese everyday you will see big changes in your health ,looks,better mood and over all fill a lot better!
    i do atlist 10-30 min of cardio everyday and 6-10 min of ab exriseses everyday!
    I love doing her cardio workout videos in the early morning of late evening!
    also she is very cute! and her videos are fun qwick and afective!(and the music is grate!)
    The Workouts are verry fun and quick! and most of them makes zero-little noise! i recommend doing 10-20 min of cardio and 6-20 min of abs in the morning and evening! fined the videos that are the most fun for you and make yourself a nice cute playlist! stick to it daylly and anjoy!

    Hi shirlyn I love you so much and every workout I do I feel more energized🖇🌸. But I really have a problem when ever I go on a diet like 3 to 4 days even if it's not strict I just leave that diet and the more I want to lose weight the more I gain I'm really so sad about this and also I want an advice since I'm only 14 years old 🤧😖 plz help me 😖I will be so thankful to u 💖💖 .       After getting a good night's sleep, you can do this whenever you feel comfortable:) You can do it at least 30 minutes after eating, and avoid exercising at least 2 hours before bedtime:)♡
