▣This Full Body HIIT workout is focusing on maximizing calorie burn, muscle tone, and weight loss all over your body.
▣For the Faster Results: you can complete this entire routine once or twice a day with my Weekly Workout Plan on my channel. (A good nutritious meal is essential ) Also, consistency is the magic key to achieve your fitness goal. You’ve got this & You can do it~!!! ♥
▶Calories: 100 ~ 300 calories in 10 min workouts (Depends on your weight, height, gender, and muscle mass, the activity level, body fat percentage, etc.….
▶▷How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc..
It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

Doing cardio everyday for 10-30 min can improve your health alot ,i just love doing her workouts stright in the morning or late evening! if you will do 10-20 min cardio + 6-30 min of abs exrisese everyday you will see big changes in your health ,looks,better mood and over all fill a lot better!

After getting a good night's sleep, you can do this whenever you feel comfortable:) You can do it at least 30 minutes after eating, and avoid exercising at least 2 hours before bedtime:)♡
