I can not be the only one that took over 40min on this on day 1
day 2 was hard but a little bit better took me around 30-35 min (only doing this workout so far)
day 3 I didn't pause at all did take 3-6 seconds breaks but other than that I did the whole videos(and since doing this workout along I lost some weight I was 110.8/50.2kg and this morning I was 109.4/49.6 so working out and drink a lot of water while doing it helps a lot )
It really feels good when relatives says, Hey you r looking slim than before😊😇

As a woman who lifts HEAVY weights 9hrs a week (plus 6hrs of cardio), I'd like to once and for all dispel the utter LIE about bulking in women! Women DO NOT bulk unless they are hard core dedicated body builders (those who lift 6+ hrs a day) OR are actively taking steroids while hardcore body building. Even with the amount of lifting it's taken me 11 months to get toned and am now getting some muscles that I can flex, but I'm NOT bulky! So it's OK to push yourself a bit more than 20 mins a day!

“bulky” looks different for everyone, but my thighs and arms got much bigger after lifting light weights (5x a week, 45 min sessions) within 3 months. it depends on your body type.
bulking is all about calorie intake as well though. if people who don't follow any diet and lived their whole lives eating a bit more than their BMR estimates while working out, it's more likely to bulk up from the high calorie intake.

@@yoongsthethicc Yep I definitely did! I dropped a kilo without dieting and the most obvious change is my body, I definitely got a lot slimmer overall and my body shape was better and more toned, but it wasn't bulky. Rly good workout!!

Just one question, please 🙏 I am 46 now 😳 and a mother of two. I have a couple of cervical slip discs, and started suffering from Fibromyalgia after giving birth, but I don't want to back up and lose my previous rhythm and body fitness. Do you think that I can do this workout without including the separate workouts to tighten my arms and thighs, please, to eliminate and stop the buildup of fat in those parts, or should I add them to focus more on them? I did talk to my doctors in the past, and I know that exercises must be of low impact. So yours are already good, with your low impact alternatives 😊 Additionally, there comes the time when you have to also be your own doctor, knowing your body better than anyone else. So, I'll definitely give your workouts a try, since they're also fun and my type, stopping where I deem necessary 🙂 I have already tried the one to burn arm-fat 😉 and maybe start with the 10 minute full workout out instead of the 20 minute one. Day 1: DONE - IT WAS SO PAINFUL HAHAHA
Day 2: DONE - did it in the morning (still pain full hehe)
Day 3: DONE - was very sore, contemplated on skipping the workout today, but I still did it :)
Day 4: DONE - I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN IT WAS THE LAST EXERCISE LOL, even after doing this for 3 days, my body is still trying to adjust to the pace
Day 5: DONE - Felt slightly weak today, happy that I managed to do the whole 20 minutes, was sweating like crazy!!
Day 6: DONE - me to myself "Why did I even agree to do this" HAHAHA
Day 7: DONE - I can't breathe! Lol, I thought it will get easier as time goes on but oh well hahaha
Day 8: DONE - almost there!

Day 9: DONE - I felt lethargic but got through it :)
Day 10: DONE - how is this the only workout that doesn't get easier? :')

So this is my result, there isn't any difference for my arms and thighs probably because I didn't do this consistently and also I didn't follow any diet. But I do feel stronger and more capable of completing a difficult challenge.
For those of you who would like to try it out, I encourage you to do so. It really is a fun workout. :)

Ok, so I have a question. My usual routine is I do 2 workouts in the morning (thighs and legs and your K-POP MODEL) then in the afternoon I do this one. But I have basketball games around the time I do this workout. So should I still do the workout or just slide it off since I’ll be working out?

If you want to tone your body and lose weight without getting a lot of unwanted muscle, you need to eat lean and do moderate- to high-intensity cardio for at least 150 minutes per week♡
