I literally shed a tear after doing this for 10 days, I'm not overweight just a bit chubby and I'm trying to slim down by around March because I want to try out for the cheer team, it's always been very difficult for me to loose weight, but with this workout and a calorie deficit, I've lost a little over three pounds in the 10 days! I know that's probably not a lot to most people, but for me it's very exciting and motivating to see, thank you so much, Shirlyn!
Update: I've still been doing this since I posted my comment and I lost more weight. I'm so happy with how my body has been looking lately🤗
Update #2 I still mostly do this workout, but I'm trying some more of her workouts as well as a few others from other channels on rotation, and I've lost almost 10 pounds, so that's really nice 😋

I had the exact same outcome as you, maybe it's better to do it in the morning to start your day in a motivated mood!
Been doing this for almost 2 weeks now. It is definitely gets easier each session. I do this along with healthy diet. I lost almost 3kgs in a week. There are not much noticable difference since it has only been 2 weeks. But my waist inches cuts from 39 to 36.5. I did skip one or two session btw. Will keep update in a month
Oh, for the first timer, if you did feel abdominal pain after your first session, it is normal. Don't worry. Just take a break from one or two session, and starts again. Make sure you eat lightly before doing exercise. Do not exercise with empty stomach. It ruins your abdomen (dk how to explain it scientifically, but the point is there. That is what my doctor told me)

@nuramira5572 stretching thoroughly and correctly, before and after workouts help with pain too, but if you continue to feel pain i recommend taking a break

Day 1- ✅ Did it today! Started with a 5 Min stretch from other channel, and then did this. Felt really good today.
Day 2- ✅ Did it! Tbh this is the only workout vid where I actually enjoy it a lot! I do get tired,, but cheers from shirlyn keeps me motivated!😊
Day 3- ✅️Did it today too! I feel so good after doing this!!
Day 4- ✅️ Did it! Forgot to update 😅
Day 5- ✅️ Did it ! I feel so great even after doing it for 2 times!
Day 6- ❌️ Took a rest day today, will get back to it tomorrow!

Edit- 27 march- Oml I'm soo sorry, I forgot to update 😭,, but yess! I've been continuing the exercise!! Just took 3 days off for periods 🥲,, also joining taekwondo from tomorrow!! Will continue this exercise!! It did help my weight go down! Even if my weight is only down by a few pounds, I feel much more better! And it's noticeable!! My only advice is KEEP GOING!
I've tried more then a thousand different exercises and stuff and nothing seemed to help me at all this time! The key was accepting that I can DO IT , AND I WILL, and so I did :) I didn't exactly kept a proper diet or something, I just continued eating the way I did (a lot 🧍🏻♀️) but I just also added healthy things into my meals.. like more greens and fruits and stuff!

Doing this for a week and recording my weight at the start and end!! (Please remind me if i dont update)
Day 1 - ✅ Did! Some excersises were a bit harder then others!!, also did 1 leg excersise video and 1 HIIT cardio. (46.4kg)
Day 2 - ✅ Most of the excersises felt better today. I am not going to give up!!
Day 3 - ✅ Felt a bit harder today but im still going strong. Also doing a leg excersise video this afternoon when I feel like it.
Day 4 - ✅ The excersises that were harder yesterday felt nicer to do today. Going to do cardio now that I have finished this video.
Day 5 - ✅ Feels like a normal daily routine now! I can't believe I've done it everyday now. (Also ran up and down stairs for 20 minutes today because I felt like being productive)
Day 6 - ✅ Went so quickly and I feel amazing! So close to 7 days now, can't wait to update.
Day 7 - ✅ I loved trying this workout out, and I've lost weight too!
(End notes) Now that I've finished this workout I'll share what weight I've lost. At the start of this workout week I was 46.4kg and now I am 45.2kg! All I did with my diet was eat less sugar and lollies and stuff and eat more fruit. Definitely reccomend this workout for beginners.

I've decided I should write out some of the changes I've felt!! together with this vid, I also do other exercises for my legs + abs!! I've lost 1-2kg of weight already and my core has strengthened:')) it's important to take note that I don't do this daily because some of the days I do play 2-3 hours of volleyball or I was simply too busy or tired to do so, but rmb that's it's absolutely all right to take breaks and you should have a day off every week

Day 1 : It was okay and pretty easy ! I felt a good burn after doing it
Day 2 : I added a weight ball for the Russian ball crunch to add a lil of challenge. Was like day 1.
Day 3 : Added 2kg weight each hand for the last part of the video (except for jumping jacks) to make it thougher (I'm currently trying to increase my arm strength.) That indeed made a huge difference my body is burning !! I feel even better.
Day 4 : Done. It was quite though because I could only do it not long after lunch. It was tiring.
Day 5 : It was sooo good I feel so great !! I added crunches to the hold exercise as well as push up for the burbpees

I’ve been doing your workouts for a while, i feel super comforted with the lovely background and your matching outfits!
gonna do this for a while and update on my results!
day 1: ✅ i was expecting it to be hard but it was actually very easy, yet i still felt the burn.
day 2: ✅ it felt slightly harder to do today but donee
day 3: ❌ i felt too tired to do it today plus my legs are sore 😭 i will definitely do it tmrw though.
day 4: ✅ done!! so far, ive noticed that my body looks a little less rectangular shaped. my butt feels sore but it felt really easy to do this today 😭
day 5: ✅ didnt feel like doing it today but i did ittt!!! this was the first time i actually was out of breath while doing this workout. also the exercise from 9:18 literally hurts so bad everytime
day 6: ✅ donee also i started my morning with lemonwater mixed with salt bc i heard it helps with ur health
day 7: ✅ felt like skipping today but i did it. the thing ive noticed is my stomach looks very much flatter, but i havent measured or weighed myself yet. im gonna weigh myself hopefully tomorrow

Been doing this, plus the Daisy keech hourglass workout for two weeks. I don’t diet because I already eat well but I watch my portions (3 meals a day, no snacking in between unless I’m eating a fruit). I can confirm I have lost quite a bit of fat around my belly. However, because I work part time on weekends, I don’t do the workouts on Saturdays and Sundays (so altogether I have done 10 days of exercise instead of 14 in the two weeks). For me, process is slow because I struggle with loosing weight easily unlike others.
But yes, doing this also helps relive my muscles after standing for my 10 hour shifts. Really like her videos, because I’m not actually overweight or someone considered to be chubby, I don’t do hardcore exercises, I’ve just been easing myself into working out and doing stretches to be physically fit. her videos basically check all the boxes for a simple routine that doesn’t make me want to give up.

i have bad motivation and never manage to stay consistent but ill be doing this for 30 days updating yall each day. starting at 70 kgs. also cutting out sugar, dough, oily food, sodas, mainly on greens vegetables, eggs, avocados, tuna salads.
day 1✅ i actually liked the burning sensation unlike other workouts and felt good afterwards.

I'm a midsized woman so I definitely have a belly, I've been wanting to work on flattening it for a while now. I started with bed pilates but it just didn't feel that effective, I looked for a class and didn't really feel that the first one I found did anything. I found this one and not only was it shorter but it felt so much better. I love all the different camera angles as well because it helped me adjust my form on a few on the exercises. It really felt like I worked my body, I will still use the bed pilates to warm up but this felt amazing. I will definitely be using this video to guide my weekly exercise!

omg do you have any other workout video recommendations?? im SUPER weak and frail and get sick a lot due to health issues (my immune system has gone downhill in the past three or four years) but im trying to gradually get stronger like i used to be before all this and better things out so I've started exercising again (i go on and off every few months but i can see and also feel that working out really helps me), I'd really appreciate if you could share any videos that you found helpful! My weight: 45kg
Target weight: 43 kg
Day 1 It hurt my stomach a bit, but nothing terrible
Day 2 It was great, I felt great, only my stomach hurt a little from yesterday
Day 3 I lost 0.5 kg, I'm happy
Day 4 I took a break because of pain in my stomach and legs
Day 5 My stomach hurt but I managed it
Final weight: 43,5.

Day 1: ✅️ Today was my first day, I went shopping so I walked for about 2.5 hours and did this workout video 🤍
Day 2: ✅️ DONEE, I was doing much better than yesterday, it will get easier over time I think. I'm also going to the gym today for about an hour :)
Day 3:❌️ I was soo tired and just didn't have the motivation, but that is okay. I went on walk for about 20 minutes.
Day 4: ✅️ the workout will get easier :)
Day 5: ❌️ I was tireeeeddd so I didn't do it but thats okay

your weight is normal why would try to lose it? 53 kg are healthy you just need to work out and eat healthy in order not to be sick but why loosing weight while you're already perfect?

I finished 1 set a few minutes ago. Very easy to follow the moves for a beginner like myself, but I still sweated and my heart rate is up when I checked. It is very good, I like it. I will try my best to do this program for a month. Thank you Kim. Regards from Canada.

Day 1: Was a bit hard but I didn't sweat as much. I'm just gonna do 1 and a half hour of dancing. Am gonna do this one more time before I got to bed.

Day 3: was easier I guess I'm getting used to it. Lost 1kg so am currently 61kg and my waist is 27.5inches however my hip is 43 inches now
Day 4:was easier but I sweated much much more than the other days.

Day 6: I ate too much the past 2 days cause it was my brothers bday so I gained 2 kg so am currently 63kg 😩 and ama work out 2 times today
Day 7: was so easy today but somehow got extremely tired

I'm doing 2 more exercises from her channel with this one and during this 3 weeks I managed to lose -2kg, I'm not being very restricted to my diet but I'm not consuming fried foods and soda, fast food during these 3 weeks I only consumed it 1 time, and I sometimes forget to drink 2 liters of water but I still see results my waist from 79cm went to 74cm, I was doing it 3 times a week but now I will do it every day cause I just fell this exercise is so easy to do that I can do it everyday and I'll keep bringing more updates!
