📌 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
: The number of calories burned during a 10~15 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 300 calories in 15 minutes.
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)
Make sure to allow your body recovered as well:)

2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)

@@lanipaw the (10 min flat belly pilates), (9 min seated slim waist workout) and (7 min abs, core & belly fat burn) ! I got results in 2 weeks, and my abs got toner after 1 month of doing them

Hi Shirlyn! I have been gratefully doing your workouts, do you have any exercise plans for making the chest and breasts more firm? I have seen great results from your videos :)
doing this for 2 weeks to see what it does!
day 1: I had a hard time stabilizing my core in some of the exercises, but it was doable
day 2: I feel the burn in my abdomen
day 3: 😅 I'm so glad I did it, it was tough this time
day 4: ❌ did lots of deep cleaning so that was my exercise for the day 😭
day 5: ❌ had guests suddenly visit and they stayed until nighttime so didn't do it
day 6: omggg the burn!!! it's still kind of hard stabilizing my core during the first few exercises, sometimes my muscles even start twitching but I managed!
day 7: done !
