    : The number of calories burned during a 10~15 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 300 calories in 15 minutes.
    ★How many times per week can you workout?
    I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
    But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)

    Day 1: ✅ This was honestly so hard 😭
    Day 2: ✅ 13K steps :O
    Day 3: ✅ Ate very clean today!! :D
    Day 4: ✅Also did the 10 min cardio!!
    Day 5: ✅ I binged a lot today :( but i walked 10k steps!
    Day 6: ✅ Ate very well and my meals were very tasty :)

      @@lanipaw the (10 min flat belly pilates), (9 min seated slim waist workout) and (7 min abs, core & belly fat burn) ! I got results in 2 weeks, and my abs got toner after 1 month of doing them

    (I can't do side plank crunch but I can do this one 6:37 I also take breaks during jumping jacks)

    doing this for 2 weeks to see what it does!
    day 1: I had a hard time stabilizing my core in some of the exercises, but it was doable
    day 2: I feel the burn in my abdomen
    day 3: 😅 I'm so glad I did it, it was tough this time
    day 4: ❌ did lots of deep cleaning so that was my exercise for the day 😭
    day 5: ❌ had guests suddenly visit and they stayed until nighttime so didn't do it
    day 6: omggg the burn!!! it's still kind of hard stabilizing my core during the first few exercises, sometimes my muscles even start twitching but I managed!
    day 7: done !
