- ▶This 10 Min Standing Arms Workout targets to lose and get toned arms & armpit fat.
[No needed a Yoga mat, equipment, it could be done anywhere at home or in the gym)
To get toned and slim arms, we need to Focus on Overall Weight Loss. Spot reduction is a technique that focuses on burning fat in a specific part of your body, such as the arms. So, I combined this with cardio exercise for better results😊
▶Calories: It Burns between 100 ~ 300 Calories in 10 mins workout (Depends on weight, height, body composition, muscle mass, intensity of exercises)
◈For better results: You know what? Make sure combine this with my fat burn full body workout and a good nutritious food. (It’s even more effective with core exercise and ) Don’t give up! You can do it~!! :)
It takes at least 2 ~ 8 weeks for weight loss. As I always say, everyone's physical condition, genes and bone structure are different, so results can be varied. Depending on the intensity and the consistency of your workout.

I don't know what to say but thank you so much! my waist is now 24 inch not 26 inch with proper diet and life style, I became unhealthy when I got heart broken by a the wrong person and this really helps me out since instead of crying my eyes out I'm over here using my time to get my dream body again, if you want to be depressed at least be a hot depressed person 😊💕 (I don't skip arm day now since this is easier than the others I've found 😅)

I’m gonna try this for two weeks (two times a day)
Before: both arms are 10.5 in/26.6cm
After: both arms are 10 in/25.4 cm
I know I updated late a few times oops haha but YAYYY I FINISHED, I really enjoyed the workout!! Though there’s not a huge difference in the numbers, I am able to notice my arms have definitely slimmed down and I’m super happy! I used to weigh 48Kg and then dropped down to 45 in a month. Also with right diet and everything. It takes time but it’s so worth it

Everyday for 1 month I always did the 10 min full body work out.
The full body HIIT fat burn for 10 mins as well as the 5 min standing total abs workout. (All shirylyn Kim’s workout)
I also went on a no sugar diet for a month and that helped so much!
