I just found you 3 weeks ago. I am 5'7" 198 But now Im 188. I love when ya talk bout praying. I dont think its in a bad way, i think ya mean it. And I do... I literally say out look.. Help me Lord to do this, its only 10. Help! Haha. But Im doing it. My struggle is with gummie worms and bears and chessman cookies...oh and salt&vinegar chips!!! Help me Lord. I need the self discipline! Thank you Donovan

I don't want to work out some days but at 58 yrs old and a renal patient, I need to PUSH forward. Like now, I have to jump 🦘 back on and be consistent. Thanks for the motivation 💪🏽

I like to have daily exercise...whatever that may be..but I certainly have days that I just feel so tired and hurt and its good to know that it is ok to listen to my body....thank you once again for all you do.
Thank you for your honesty and transparency; it's refreshing. When I'm not motivated to work out, I don't. Instead I give myself grace and do something that I enjoy, i.e., watching a fun movie. Afterwards, my motivation returns and I'm not physically or emotionally dragging. Continue to give yourself grace.
You are so right I know when I was younger and worked out I would get tired but I kept going but now I get tired faster and harder to keep up i just don’t have that same spark I used to have

I started walking, eating better and I don't want to go back to doing nothing. I just want to know how to keep going building new habits
My struggle, retired to be with husband because of his health issues. He does not exercise. I need and want to exercise finding it hard to branch out and do this on my own.
Thank you for this and I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel. I recently suffered a bad sprain in my hip joint and it's slow healing and it's frustrating not being able to work out the way I want, so these mini chair workouts are just what I need!
I have a sciatic nerve on my lower back that's going down to the front of my thigh since February 16th. I want to go back to the gym but the pain won't let me. I'm being patient but not being able to work out and just stretch. It's killing me
