Since I found you, I make no excuses. I do the work to the best of my ability. Partly from you is why I go on. I can hear your words in my head, do the best that you can. Your thigh band is great.     Hey Donovan, you have a great program. I'm an overweight (morbidly obese) 58 year old and tried your chair exercise today and was amazed. You need to take your program to the next level and if you don't already have an app, you need to put together one asap. You can really expand your program to reach more people. I'm a tech guy with global patents on technology and I can tell you that you are missing the boat if you are not reaching your audience on their number one most used piece of equipment. If you already have an app, let me know where I can get it. Keep up the great work.

    Hi coach! As a clinician who supports patients who suffer from swallowing disorders (dysphagia), I would like to add to your consideration that food is also a huge part of our social lives. Yes, we use food for information, nutrition, and energy to keep us alive. However, we also use food as rituals in our social lives. For patients who can no longer eat, research indicates that they also suffer from feelings of depression and isolation. I also have patients who have to modify their food to different textures to eat safely, and they often experience a sense of loss of enjoyment in life because of the changes they've had to experience to stay healthy. I say all of this to help this tribe be mindful of those who can't eat 'whatever they want' not because they're on a diet but because they physiologically have no other choice. It keeps me grounded every day. When I get home from work and sit down to a delicious, nutritious meal with those I love, I'm grateful for it!

    52 started menopause. And oh LORD it's a change like no other. High anxiety, Hot flashes, Migraines and basically home bound for a while due to avoiding panic attacks due to hormone changes in public it effects heartrate and beat. So that k you for you videos. They're going to be my daily morning and evening workouts.

    Thanks so much for this video Sensei! It resonates very much with me. Eating and food choices etc isnt the challenge for me so much as the emotions i allow to 'poison' my spirit and my body. I have lived with toxic levels of stress, worry and other harmful mental habits for too long. These had started effecting not just my emotional self but my body too. Ive learned stress and anxiety produce chemicals that hurt us and cause sickness if we are bathing in them every day. These are the things i am eliminating from my 'diet' and my life starting a cpl months ago. It is going well! and i already notice a difference physically along with emotionally. Thank you so much for what you give us Sensei. I appreciate you so much 💚🌱💚

    Beautiful commentary Donovan. Thank you. We race through life and do so many things, including eating, without intention. I know I’m always in a rush and wind up eating quickly. When I slow down and enjoy my food it helps my overall being. Also, eating well is about living well, and not necessarily about living longer. I want to feel good for as long as possible, and eating and now exercise how I’m doing it. Thank you for your great workouts. Your last video kicked my ass….in the best way.
