I'm where your wife is with menopause, I recently had vertigo. This is a balance routine I will use.
Your wife is gorgeous. I know several women who have experienced symptoms similar to hers.
I believe being active and working out regularly (at least 5 days a week), and eating healthy for my entire life has helped me during perimenopause/menopause. I’m 51 and don’t have many symptoms at all, thankfully. I tell people all the time that lifestyle is key. No excuses.
We all need to work on and to maintain balance as we age, so I appreciate this workout.
