I love these workouts so much. Working out seated is the best for me with the back issues I have. I've lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks. Several pounds to go but I'm on my way. I joined online because I want these exercises to continue. Love it

Thank you, Donovan. This looks like a good and challenging workout for an 85 year old woman but I frequently do a number of your routines and I’m getting stronger. Can’t wait to do it!

Lol chair workouts with Mr. Donovan is the absolute worst, almost every week I'm ready to unsubscribe lol jk 😂😂.. I learned this yrs ago that his chair excercises are not to underestimated- muscles you didn't know you had will be sore😂😊😊.. However if you stick with it you will see results😊
