    I used to work a predominantly sedentary desk job and I found your videos when I had some downtime. I would do these exercises on my lunch break. Thankfully my work now is more involved on my feet, but these videos are great for people who need low impact exercise. Keep up the great work!

    Thank you so much for your free videos. I appreciate it so much. Can I use the weights with golfers elbow. I have been using the weight to do it, but it hurts more. I had cortisone shots, physical therapy, nothing helps. Thank you again for the videos. First time I been using thigh bands. I need to lose so much in my thighs, I hope it will help. Thanks again for what you're doing to help people.
