Whew!!!! I love these type of workouts, kickboxing with weights. I increased my weights from 2 lbs to 3 Ibs and went a slower pace. Having mobility issues, these types of chair exercises are fun and challenging. Thank you! 😅

nice work- we do many of these moves both standing & sitting in our 50+ class. With 5 lb weights or without, We also hold our arms weight free at the shoulder level or above for 7 minutes- doing different exercises. We also never jab directly from the shoulder. Congratulations Sensei-
