Oh his cousin cost him that case when he said he opened the device all the way n free fell. He had it with the exterminator there. I am happy his cousin was honest though. Shows he has integrity.
I said the same thing once it happened. That’s it the case is over. They needed some type of council before this suit.

His cousin said that he must have released the device while he was panicking and flailing around, he didn't say that he released it purposely! So I just don't understand this ruling at all!
It’s part of his job to know what there doing and if you had bin a Gardner for there property you had to have knowledge of what lives on the
Trees and your in an outside environment where there is no telling what is outside.
They lied in cort but still won.

Um... what?! This ruling was completely unfair. Most of his rulings have been ridiculous.
It was fair. Hes supposed to be prepared for rats. Its part of his profession. So regardless of if they told him or not he should have been prepared.
This ruling is emotionally unfair, but legally sound considering the context of this court.

Should have been 50/50 when they lied about the rats. Unless tree rats are different from the ones on the ground.

I truly disagree with this. I watched another episode where a wife threw a brick through the husbands window causing broken glass and the woman who was with the husband ran for her life as she obviously didn’t know what was happening. She fell and hit her head on the table. He ruled in her favour bc yes she fell herself BUT the reason was bc of the brick.
Same concept here. He had to get away from the rats that he was never told about and had to release himself to do that or else he would’ve been stuck up there continuously getting bitten. In him fleeing from rats he wasn’t aware of, he was injured.

Wow these people lied to the judge got away with it didn't tell the guy about rats he got hurt and they also get away with not paying anything don't agree with that ruling one but they should have gone to jail for lying at least
I think it's both there fault I think that's kind of was unfair he should have got something out of it at least half just my opinion but I'm not a judge what do I know🤷♀️
When it's 50 50 there is no payout in the plaintiff favor because it cancels out ( I remember him saying it in a fee episodes where rolling was 50 50
This ruling was BS. Yes he released the strap which was holding him in the air but he did that out of panic because he was being eaten alive
Rolling in their favor which caused his is BS because the owners neglected to tell him about something that ultimately put him in the situation where he was being eaten alive in the state of panic to get away from being eaten alive he released himself!

The judge didn't realize that he was in a panic and didn't consider that he was hanging on the tree. I think he wanted to escape and forgot about it. Wrong judgment.

But what about the rat bites ? He didn't cause those. That sour faced couple must be feeling "overjoyed" at this unfair outcome.

Find most of the decisions by this court to be totally unfair having regard to the evidence. No proper assessment of actual medical evidence including medical cost, actual pain and suffering and compensation cases.
I can see some foolish people comment on the judge without using their brain,im totally shock after watching many case on this court , im sure right now many people is planning to get some money without working hard just like this case but they fail but not everyone will fail like them
one question........ why was the tree trimmer making a video? if its just another tree trimming job he has done so many times before. makes one suspicious

Im really confuse wat type of people is living there because I can see (Son is sueing his father,Father is sueing his wife,Wife is sueing his best friend and his best friend is sueing someone on the road lol etc with silly reason for example I was watching movie inside my room but suddenly someone came in our property without our concern n he break his leg...lol so many people lost their common sense just for the money
I completely agree with this verdict. He is a professional coming onto the property to do a job. He is responsible for his own risk assessments of the job and his own safety precautions. Should the owners say the grass is slippery to him because it’s rained or not to get to close to the waters edge you might drawn. You’d never get anything done if you warned a professional of every possible hazard on the property.
