the worst kind of people are those who do not take responsibility for their own actions. these people should never be invited to anyone's property for whatever reason.
The worst of worst 1st you tell your daughter to look after him no matter what , then she get distracted by her boyfriend and forgets to ride smh I kinda blame her
The fact that he mashed the throttle making it go faster spelled disaster 😞. Who in their right mind would speed up when you're about to park?😢
Let’s be honest everyone that kid set up that ramp on purpose and ask somebody to record him knowing full well what he was getting ready to do this is 100% the kids fault. WELL DONE JUDGE THIS WAS A FAIR CASE😎😎💚😎
Someone would have seen him setting it up and that would have been mentioned in the case and you're so dumb to even assume he would do that 😂
The kids should be disciplined what they did, The kids should learn a lesson be supervise by an adult

You can supervise as much as you can, you cant control someone else trying to show off to his friends and control the throttle

I hope the kid heals soon but it was completely his sister's and his fault.
At what point do our children and their OWN parents take responsibility for their own actions? It was an accident but even if the coach was standing right there as it was happening he couldn’t have done anything about it anyway. Instead of slowing down to give himself time to park it properly. Instead he keeps his hand on the throttle and causes his own injuries. If he didn’t know how to ride the jet-ski he shouldn’t have gotten ANYWHERE near it. Again he is the one responsible for what happened.
They are all at fault. Big Sister should have grab his brother out of the line. Coach shouldn't allow him to ride without an adult. Kid guilty of wreckless riding - he knows better than to ride at that speed as a beginner on a jet ski.

Absolutely right! I was just about freaking out that they were going to win as no one mentioned the ramp and mats. So happy the coach won. Kid should have stepped aside with his sister but obviously didn't because he wanted to jump. He sure didn't look like he had lost control until he hit the sand and didn't get airborne as planned

The judge is corrupt. He donated to her, and he worked under her before he became a judge. He also did not let the lawyers for Trump know about that before the case started. He should have recused himself.

I think she just suing to get some money because she made it clear they don’t have money so they can’t go on vacation and all of that. Am glad how the case turned out and I hope her son recovers asap.
I don't think the coach shared the fault because it was Veronica who left Brian unattended. Plus he was old enough to look out for himself.

The judge is impressed with her acting skills. Those people work hard for the money. He hit his head on the rock. He has a concussion. That’s a brain injury. They said it was his fault. He didn’t win his case.

This is like Evel Kneval suing after a motorcycle stunt goes wrong. This was a stunt and unfortenely it went wrong. Of course if that was my watercraft I would not let people use it for just this reason.

Maybe the coach and team can set up a fundraiser for him or something help him out. I did notice in the video the sand was built into a ramp with mats behind it so something was up like maybe he was going to jump the jetski or something and it didn't go as planned causing his injuries.

Brian says he couldn’t control it, couldn’t they get the diagnostic chip from the craft to see if there was a defect.

Sorry but I have to agree with the judge on this one because Brian's mom should not have had his sister supervise him on the watercraft because even though she's his older sister she couldn't have assumed her brother would hit the Sandtrap.

So, did the coach have to pay 50%? Judge said when it’s 50/50 the plaintiff loses. He ruled for the defendant. So, does the coach have to pay?
no if it's 51 percent , the coach would have to pay 51 percent of the total but in this case it's 50/50, the coach won't pay anything

I just saw this episode and as another commenter said it was completely set up.
The vidio camer was set up ready to take vidio so ramming jet ski onto beach was planned. No way was the defendant responsible for someone deliberately breaking the rules in a dangerous stunt so they could post a vidio of the stunt.

Yeah this is all fake. Thats not a hospital room ive ever been in. Ive had a liver transplant, so ive notice that all cabinets are solid for a reason. So for some reason he is put in the middle of the room and cabinets has glass and the color is way off.

Giving a brochure and assigning an unskilled girl to supervise her brother still is not a means of stabilizing a dangerous situation. He should have received lessons before he ever got on something that high speed and didn't know what he was doing, I don't agree with the verdict
