Let me help you out here , prove or not she should have ran an inspection once the droppings was brought to her notice if she did ,that would automatically prove that their was no rat but she neglected it . That’s negligence on her part that’s why the court found her guilty
@@big_wunder8480ok but did you see the one we're a guy tried to sue the former owner of his home bc he got bitten by a snake? He tried to say the the former owner had knowledge of the snakes and didn't tell him? So when he got bit he tried to pin it all on the original owner. However the original home owner won bc the judge couldn't prove that he has/had knowledge of it even though the new owners thought he did. How's that any different?
She should've provided evidence of having an exterminator like a bill or him as a witness
If she hadn't opened it the rat still would have been in the coffin and someone still could have gotten bitten.

It isn't a knife it's a sword and why would you have a real sword on your work place without a warning
In their defense i have no catching skills or instincts while dropping my phone, a fork, a water bottle, or food but when i drop a knife for some reason i get the superhuman instincts and end up catching it 😅

Out of fear and panic though. If she blatantly knew, then it could be considered. But because she panicked and out of fear, it's normally disregarded.

Think of all the times this judge has been wrong over the years based on little or no evidence and the many, many life’s he ruined. I realize things may look one way or another. But you shouldn’t make life altering decisions based of how things appear. He probably right most of the time but with high monetary amounts I wouldn’t want to be him come judgment day.
It’s not real. The cases in the show are just pretty much parody’s of real cases.
The lady cleaning should not have stood of a chair. She should have told employers to provide adequate safety equipment to meet their cleaning needs.

Do I even WANT to know how a LIVE RAT got into the coffin with a deceased person? Did someone deliberately put it there, as a cruel prank or did the rat just happen to crawl in the man's pocket by himself and the makeup artist was unfortunately the one who found him. At least it wasn't a child or a family member who was bitten by the rat, so they don't have THAT memory tainting their last moments with their loved one.

That rat must have been huge, and rabid because that's not how rats behave. They want to run away from you, not pick a fight that will end in death for them. Rats are not predators when humans are involved, and have not survived as long as they have by being hyper aggressive towards potential predators. A human would count as a potential predator from the rat's perspective. I think she was just careless and couldn't afford her medical bills

@maryholden3136 can't blame it for that. They will bite if they think they literally have no choice. It's odd for them to do that much damage though. They will usually bite, release, and run as fast as they can. As long as you are up-to-date on vaccines you should be fine. It's important to immediately flush the wound if it breaks the skin. That applies to any animal bites though. Also human bites. And don't try to handle an animal, especially if it's wild, if you don't know what you are doing😆

This judge should not be allowed to practice law. We all know that no one ever works of a chair. It is ait is a breach of the Occupational and Safety Act. I have worked in situations were the employer has told me to use a chair. I just remind him it is a it is a breach of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. As people we are responsible for our own safety.

I think you're confusing them with mice, actual rats are pretty resilient and can chew through anything and can and will bite out of fear and self defense. Which is why people scream. Thats also one of the ways diseases are transmitted, hence the fear

Rats do not do that.......they do not attack they are pray animals they run away from danger, any pressure they run away from....Rats are gentle and clean, they do not attack
