this is crazy. common sense doesn't seem to be common in a lot of these cases, people are just being sued other peoples stupidity and winning. this is just mind blowing.
Indeed, the judge is unqualified to be a judge on injury court. He is unjust.

I find this case funny she just don't like the guy and wanted to go to court because she couldn't handle anything with him before even going to be seen by a dr. Also the prankster did it and she should know the signs in the park she lives by and takes her dog to daily
There was no actually evidence that they had dog signs posted anyone can look up a sign and that's why she asked to see a picture of the sign and park together which he never provided

The police knew not the city. They were notified later when they got to work. The police could’ve taped off the area.
Why does that defendant seem really familiar to me? Wasn't he on one of their other episodes? I know they use actors for this, but I wouldn't think they'd keep using the same actor over again?

Well he was wrong…..for not doing his job and the bubbles weren’t there when the dog went in if you paid attention….he should’ve been 100 percent responsible !!

After watching a number of these, this Judge takes personal responsibility in to account very little. My son in law is attorney he he said more and more judges rule from emotion than from logic and the letter of the law. Most of these case the plaintiff have at least 50% responsibility of what happened to them but yet win the case. My son in law say they never pick a jury member that’s was in the military, worked on a construction site or the likes. He said they think to black and white like.
Why not just call the dog in? Walk round the bubbles and keep on calling. Make some noise with his snackie bag.

whys everyone talking about the fountain and the signs??? There never was any evidence proving the signs were posted at that park(no picture of said sign was provided while it was inside of the park they could've gotten an image off of google) and if you pay attention she said that the fountain was not working and that there were little to no bubbles, that is why she let her dog off the leash, it was after she let her dog off the leash that the fountain started working again which produced more bubbles and caught the dogs attention, that was when she ran after him into the bubbles, not to mention if that gate wasn't faulty the dog couldn't have ran inside the bubbles in the first place.
I think the judges decision was pretty fair

What was the worst injury on this show in my opinion was ethier when the guy got toilet water in his mouth and his eyes were yellow or when the guy got hit in his batteries by a base ball

should have gone to the hospital that day not two days later after she sprayed it and caused the infection to get worse.
Spraying it don't cause it to get worse it cleans any possible infections. Its like using peroxide which cleans the infection
@@marysoutherland1235using peroxide is not actually recommended because it kills the skin. It cleans the wound yes, but bit also kills the healthy skin around it. She caused her own infection:..

Common sense needs to be part of the legal system. Just about every case here is avoidable by common sense but the law doesn't rule by common sense
if she got medical attention as soon as the injury happened she possibly could not have contracted an infection but she chose to clean it herself and probably didn’t do it properly. also if she’s been a resident for almost a decade…wouldn’t she have seen the sign? if she knew the gate wasn’t working, if she had knowledge of the dog sign, and if she abided by the park rules, at least HER injury wouldn’t have happened technically.

Why did she wait two days to get treated? That delay could be the reason for the knee getting infected. She shouldn't have had her fog off the leash or the accident shouldn't have happened. You could tell from her attitude that she was full of it.
This show seems to reward people for making mistakes. She lost control of her dog and got rewarded for doing so. smh
I think he is lying about a prankster and if thats the case he should have paperwork from the cops showing he filed a complaint

My point is, she assumed the risk when she went in to get her dog. Also, she let that dog off leash while the gate was open. How did she win?
The bubbles weren't risky when she went they were at 6 when she called 911 but then at 8 they went down a lot bc the fountain turned off which she didn't know and thought they cleaned it up

Indeed the three identified is culpable was correct, of course one might should have included the dog as being also culpable, and thus the lady should have been responsible for the dog's culpability. The prankster should have been found a lot more than 10 percent liable, and the lady's dog at least 40 percent. Thus there is an injustice by awarding the majority of the damage to the city. Indeed, the city should have been found culpable, but the lady and her actions should have made her more culpable.

If she really wanted to keep her baby safe in the first place, she would’ve took her baby elsewhere after noticing. And she would not let her baby off the leash.
